I didn't want to be rude and take a picture of the person that's in there, but there was a lady in there.

It's 4:40. They are not open. They could be open during working hours. Unable to schedule appointments, they don't take phone calls to schedule, Quest website offers no help in scheduling.

This Quest Diagnostics has THE WORST STAFF. Un polite, Unprofessional and they should re take their phlebotomy courses. Make an appointment! BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE CALL SERVICE SAYS YOU CAN WALK IN, THESE PEOPLE WOULD NOT TAKE YOU ON A WALK IN. I was standing outside at 12:40 and they came in at 1:10 for their lunch break. With fasting from 10pm till that time i was standing outside, i was feeling light headed and ask them if they can take my blood count and urinalysis already. The Fat Lady said "No Walk ins only appointment, wait outside!" "You can't wait inside!" So of course i begged her cause i'm feeling light headed. And she said "i have appointment's from 1pm till your appointment." This picture was taken while sitting outside for 15 minutes and no one was entering their door for clients.

I had to drop off a urine sample for a patient and this was the closest location from their house. I wasn't aware the quest was inside the Vons store so I drove all the way around the building. Once I figured out the location, it was easy to find a parking spot (general store front parking). The most awkward feeling was when I am walking down isles at the grocery store with a sample of urine in a biohazard bag. There is just something about it that I can't get over. (Needless to say, one star docked for the location). Once I got to the end, I found the small incognito entrance. There wasn't anyone at the reception desk but there was the very familiar touch screen check in. Since I had a specimen drop off, I was next in time to be serviced. I believe there are only 4-5 seats for waiting. Nice thing is it's newly renovated and looks more like little office than patient blood draw rooms. Service was average but I liked the homey appearance in a way. I wouldn't mind coming back but it's just weird strolling the the market with some urine.

I had a time sensitive order that needed to be finished and I would not have made it back in time…read moretowards my usual location. They close at 3:30pm on a friday and it was 3:05pm. Bring in Yelp to the rescue! Asked Siri , "find me the closest location Stat" and onward it brought me to this location in Orange. Parking was a breeze, i was greeted by Edith who assisted me with several of my orders. One of which i had to email. Word to the wise, wifi here is a bit tricky. So, i signed onto their "guest" portal via wifi and after several attempts was able to successfully send the order to them. Thank you Edith! I got lucky. It must be noted: Morning draws have to be by appointment: 7:30am-12pm. After lunch, walk-ins are possible. I made it by 3:15pm within walk-in hours and was able to be helped . Key note: this location is located on bottom floor, as you walk inside the building it's straight after security. They are open until 5pm M-F. I had to use the Kiosk to check-in via ID and verify insurance per usual and the rest was sitting in the waiting room. The vibe here is lovely. Its a small waiting room, with limited seating ( i counted 6 chairs) but it has a tv for one to watch while they wait. Edith, Brianna and Sherri at the front desk were friendly, welcoming and super helpful with my email/order issue. Each Labcorp location has its own vibe. This one is cozy yet uplifting. Once inside the Phlebotomist named: Louis Helped me. My arm wasn't being helpful, and mid-way we had to abort mission. I had a small, tiny issue with vasal -vagal nothing some rubbing ETOH can't handle. Luckily, I was able to get some samples needed for an immediate issue. Will come back for the remaining when ive rested for round 2.

This is my first Labcorp experience, having only ever gone to Quest. It was AWESOME! Knowing they are new, I took a chance and went sans appointment around 10am on a Wednesday. 1. NICE STAFF - I am beyond tired of irritable, rude, medical staff. Be NICE - it's a stressful situation and you are in service - PERIOD :). 2. EASY automated CHECK-IN, IPad situation (staff support :)). 3. IN AND OUT - I waited under 10 minutes from start to finish. 4. FRIENDLY - The Phlebotomist was kind, communicative and pleasant. 5. THEY VALIDATE PARKING!! For me, paying for parking when doing medical stuff is like insult to injury! Not only did they validate, the staff even told me about it.

During…read morethe blood draw, the phlebotomist appeared distracted and inserted the needle far too deeply, causing my daughter to experience an immediate electric shock sensation shooting down her arm. It was extremely painful and clearly felt like nerve involvement. Since the appointment at 10 AM, she has been in significant pain and still cannot fully straighten her arm. This is very concerning. I attempted multiple times to file a complaint through their website, but the complaint/rate your explanation page will not load -- it just continuously spins on both desktop and mobile devices. What's even more alarming is that after speaking with friends and family, my sister told me the exact same thing happened to her at this same location about six weeks ago. This raises serious concerns about the training and competency of the staff performing these procedures. I can only wonder how many other patients may have experienced similar injuries.

It states it on their main page on their website that they service people traveling to Hawaii. When I arrived, they told me that they are not approved by the state of Hawaii. I mentioned to the man working here that, that it's on their website and he rudely replied with, "No it doesn't." I went ahead and showed him where it says Hawaii travels approved and he acted like it's now there still. Shocked by how rude he is. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere more professional that isn't misleading on their website and where the workers have a better attitude.

I had to take my 3 year old in for a PCR test today, so that she can board our Disney Cruise. After a traumatic experience at the doctor's office, she was so hesitant to go through this again. They assured us that the test is only at the front of the nose and painless while still providing accurate results. The owners and employees are incredibly professional and reassuring. They took the time to answer all of our questions, guarantee delivery time, and provide as good of a experience as possible for a Covid test. Thank you!

Even though it is not usually covered by insurance, once you get older, my doctor likes to order a…read morecalcium score test every five years to access heart attack risk. Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.
