They have new workers all the time I went Thursday 6/25 this women with very long hair ,fair skin Hispanic to be specific (RUN AWAY FROM HER) she's extremely aggressive the way she overly tightens the band on my arm and switched hands 2xs and I asked her please be careful you're being to harsh and she looked so confused and began being harsh and I desperately need my blood drawn so I sucked it up just for her to have such poor skills the way she drew blood was very scared like extremely forced entered and after she cut me I didn't move at all I get blood drawn frequently for my check ups and honestly I couldn't find a number to turn her in but I took pictures of how she cut me and I will never no matter how desperate I am let a poorly trained worker draw my blood again. read more

This Quest Diagnostics is inside the VON's Grocery at Lincoln and Tustin in Orange. It's really convenient for me that way. It's placed in the very back of the store next to the Pharmacy and has its own glass door when get back there. Most of all what I love about this Quest Diagnostics is the convenience of where its based, being inside the Von's. Sometimes when I'm there, I then do a little grocery shopping at this Von's for some of the things only it seems to have. Added Bonus: 2 Starbucks adjacent! There is a Starbucks right inside this Von's when you want to snag a coffee. And there is the larger full Starbucks on the corner with seating and everything. Other Bonus: There's a convenient US Bank Branch inside the store all the way on the left when you come. I mention that because all the other things which are here is part of what makes this particular Quest Diagnostics so appealing. First, there is plenty of free parking here. The parking lot is quite large. It's super helpful. I always do well parking here and easy bop in when I have an appointment here. Because I had made an appointment for here, the check in at the front desk small kiosk area was super easy. You'll have an appointment code to use for checking in. And it will also ask you for your insurance card. My insurance doesn't have a card. The lady there was able to easily help me. The appointment time? Super fast. She was friendly in a good way and put me at ease for having a needle stuck in my arm. They always check that the information, name and date of birth information on the vial is correct. I will definitely be using this Quest Diagnostic location again for my future blood work appointments. Highly recommend! Pro Tip: You definitely want to download the Quest App and set up a profile. Do not come to this Quest location! The website indicates that they accept walk-ins. I went in there without an appt. Waited almost 50 minutes. The women there are chatting, moving boxes, moving water bottles, feeling the air conditioning, walking around mindlessly pretending to look busy... doing anything but working. There were several moments in between patients where they could take me in but chose not to. Super unfriendly. I called Quest customer service and the lady said they couldn't even take a report because I was a walk-in. So there's no accountability here. So many complaints will go and have gone unreported because they wont even write down a report and the people that work here will continue to be terrible employees because no one will hold them accountable. As long as Quest doesn't track these complaints, these women will continue being mediocre. They have job security. Go to other Quest offices. Don't waste your time here. I came here for blood test as walk-in and i had an opportunity to meet YOUNG. My veins are weird so they should be very professional and believe it or not I had experience with more 10 pokes and the Phlebotomist who has drawn my blood had +25 years experience and wasnt able to do it so just imagine how much I'm picky to find the best ones. I walked in the other Quest that I know only one person knows how do it and after an hour 10 minutes i was still number 5 in the list so i dropped. I was searching and came to this name YOUNG and she had many great reviews and i decided I should take a shot and she was one of the best. She found my vein with first try. It was interrupted that this Quest was inside Vons and if i didn't check Yelp reviews I didn't know It was inside Vons...So first thing and the most important that you check the reviews. I had to drop off a urine sample for a patient and this was the closest location from their house. I wasn't aware the quest was inside the Vons store so I drove all the way around the building. Once I figured out the location, it was easy to find a parking spot (general store front parking). The most awkward feeling was when I am walking down isles at the grocery store with a sample of urine in a biohazard bag. There is just something about it that I can't get over. (Needless to say, one star docked for the location). Once I got to the end, I found the small incognito entrance. There wasn't anyone at the reception desk but there was the very familiar touch screen check in. Since I had a specimen drop off, I was next in time to be serviced. I believe there are only 4-5 seats for waiting. Nice thing is it's newly renovated and looks more like little office than patient blood draw rooms. Service was average but I liked the homey appearance in a way. I wouldn't mind coming back but it's just weird strolling the the market with some urine. read more

I had a number of tests I needed to get done so I scheduled here since it was close and seemed convenient. I needed to get some of my lab work done on a very specific day. 3 days before my dr had sent those labs over. When I got to my appointment there was surprisingly a few other people - it seemed like they go there for routine testing. When it was my turn, the person mentioned they didn't have my labs. I told them I knew my Dr faxed them over. It turned into "well you need to call your doctor" after struggling to get ahold of my doctor, they found my labs had been faxed but not processed. They were kind enough to go through and get the labs set up but it took an hour. I had a lot of labs to complete so that's why it took so long but also, I'm confused since the labs had been with them for 48 hours and I had an appointment? Once the paperwork was done it was quick. I think it's fine if everything goes perfectly but I felt kind of frustrated it took so long. I'm not sure I would go back to this location because of this read more

I waited for about 40 minutes and there was clearly a 5 minute window that she could have seen me in. this location is very good but the service sucks. The staff was not very friendly and seemed very impatient toward guests. went in there and did not get a very good feeling from the beginning. The staff seemed busy and did not bother to greet me at all to start with. After check-in, the nurse did not check with me for all the tests on the order. She seemed very unfriendly and impatient. I felt like she brushed me off and did not even bother greeting or saying goodbye to their guests. The next day, my doctor informed me that the test was incomplete. Jaqueline locked the door as we were walking up for our appointment right at 4:30. We were 10 minutes late. The appointment was for 420 and we got there right at 4:30 and despite it saying it closes at five right on the door she said they actually close at 4:30 and she needs to get home even though her coworker was still with another patient she would not let me and my son in. I have two under two and made arrangements to get my 2 year old for his blood test I got off work early and was 10 minutes late, I have never been to this location, very disappointed. The woman drawing blood at 1:40 pm on Friday, May 6 appeared very grumpy to others and was to me. The order wasn't in her system even though I can the quest number from the doctor. I called and the doctor office said they would fax it right over. The woman said "when are they sending it" in an impatient manner (no one appeared to be waiting) so I got up and walked out for a bit and the order was there when I walked back in. She drew the blood and hurt really bad. I said "wow that has never hurt before really hurt this time" to which she replied "did you drink enough water today?" I had 4 cups that morning and had lots of blood drawn and never anything like this. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Sandy was incredibly unprofessional, was coughing the entire time I was being seen. She seemed very absent minded she asked me multiple times if I was fasting, which I had already answered. I was given little to no direction during my visit which is frustrating because I'm not there to do anyone's job for them. Also she had to stick me in both arms because she didn't get my vein on the first. The other female phlebotomist was also extremely rude and had a bad attitude to my sister who accompanied me. If you are working in any kind of service industry you should have more kindness then what I experienced. Do yourself a favor and make your appointment at another quest location. read more

I went to this QUEST diagnosis. I helped a couple people to sign in because they didn't know how to sign in to have their blood drawn older Spanish men, and then I signed in myself. We were all walking in. I made a mistake sign in at 1:30 pm at this time was 1000. I told Jaqueline to change my status to walking in, and she refused, and told me to come at 1:30 pm. She got upset with me because I interrupted her personal phone call. I got there at 1:30 pm for the second time, and she refused to draw my blood because I have to leave a deposit for 200.00 dollars in case my insurance doesn't pay. I told her that this situation never happened to me leaving a deposit so she refused to draw my blood. I told her that I was not happy with her service then she told me to go somewhere else to draw my blood. I asked her for her name and supervisor. She gives me the supervisor phone number, but not her name. I called her supervisor, and he said that he was going to talk to her kind of brushing me off. That is why the rudeness do not stop. I rushed straight from work and arrived at 4:50pm when they closed at 5pm. The lab tech wouldn't take me even though my doctor had already sent over a lab order and all of my insurance info was already in the system. She said that the blood was being picked up at 5pm and she doesn't take anyone after 4:45pm. If that's the case, change the operating hours to closing at an earlier time so people don't waste their time. It wasn't the cleanest location anyway. My daughter was taking a shot for blood and she was crying because she has a fear of needles. my daughter kept crying after because it hurts for her and she's always hated needles.abut as my daughter was crying the employee called her a cry baby,i didn't know what to say that was really rude and wrong her to say that to a child or even a costumer. My first time here and it was a poor experience. I didn't realize I entered the facility and checked in just before they closed (around 12pm). No one said anything to me when I walked in. I patiently waited my turn and was called. The lady who helped me let me know I checked in at closing and I apologized to her. I would have understood if she turned me away, but she didn't and for that I was grateful. However, her demeanor throughout my time there made me feel very uncomfortable. She raised her voice and scolded another employee for organizing and putting things away incorrectly in the same room I was in. When she came to work on me, she rushed and was abrasive. I went to two locations 38 weeks pregnant possible still birth emergency blood test needed. And both locations still open for 45 minutes SO RUDE AND TURNED ME AWAY!!!!! Because it's a long weekend for thanksgiving and they're LAZY! The second place I had to be stern and ask her what kind of a person she is turning me away IM 38 WEEKS PREGNANT!!!!!! Would only recommend if you ONlY have to come here I would definitely travel out to a different location if possible. Really small and cramped due to Covid only two people allowed if you have an appointment , don't come too early because they'll make you wait outside with no seats. Located inside of a grocery store. As far as staff she was okay , had to wait for some paperwork to be faxed didn't know I needed a paper copy of my blood work , told me if it wasn't faxed in 15 minutes I'd have to reschedule. read more
