The technicians are great but online services are bad. I was on the phone for 3 hours on a Friday morning and they still couldn't fix the problem. read more

The electronic sign-in system is horrible. It did not recognize my appointment, there was no front desk person to help, and the lady drawing labs was too busy (understandably). Since "the system" did not recognize my appointment, the time I took off of work to get my labs drawn was wasted. The system said I could schedule an appointment around noon. Again, no front desk person to help sort things out. I guess they just decided to get rid of the"Rude" receptionist that everyone was typing about and just put in a machine that cannot help at all with anything that is outside a small set of parameters. I DO NOT recommend you go to Quest at all. Even Kaweah Delta/Health labs are better than this. read more

Quest misbilled a blood test over 8 months ago. My doctor's office contacted them to explain how to correctly bill the test, and I received an new EOB showing I owe no money for the test. Multiple calls and emails later, I continue to receive a monthly bill for $241. I am literally at the end of my rope. Customer service is uncaring and apparently billing in incompetent. read more

I had an appointment with email confirmation and text confirmation with a confirmation code. The office was closed. I notice they have nothing but bad reviews. Stay away. These people are in charge of your medical care?? Wouldn't trust their employees to touch me. Very untrustworthy medical company. read more

I took my 87 year old mother for a blood test and the phlebotomist was very rude to her, she didn't even say hello or treat her with any dignity. She was throwing empty blood tubes in a basket while talking on the phone to someone. She was very rough with her and my Mom is very frail. She seemed to be doing everything else except taking care of my Mom. I have always had excellent service at this location and this was shocking. I wish I could remember her name but this phlebotomist needs to find other work that isn't with patients. She also forgot to give my Mom her stool test to take home. I tried to follow up and call the location to see if I could come pick it up but the phone never gets answered and the voicemail box is full. read more

the lawn Avenue in Buffalo, Ny location is incredibly small, does not abide by the 6ft foot rule at all anywhere, has no regards for appointment times as I waited over an hour, no technicians even come out to let you know that you'll be waiting longer, the computer tells you a 5 minute wait time which is an absolute lie, and the facility is dirty. I would NEVER go to this location. horribly disappointing. read more

Robots could provide better service. Absolutely no human concern- not helpful- not even a greeting or introduction.

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment you will wait over an hour. This place is extremely slow!!!! Go to labcorp instead!

Most of the locations are TERRIBLY run with the worst costumer service and nurses that exist. They are all rude, rushed, understaffed, unhelpful and disorganized. Specifically the one on Wilshire is an absolute mess. I started driving to 3x further locations just to avoid it even though its near my house because there is always an issue there and they are so unbelievably messy and rude to patients there. Sitting now for over an hour past my appointment time that i arrived 10 minutes early for. 12 people also waiting i m next on the queue but have been for 16 minutes. Employee attitude ..rude as always, a tall afroamerican women who seems that she does not want to be there.............i live in central fl. for more than 14 years so you can imagine....everytime we go for test we suffer and hopes to find a nice and welcome service...nope....i believe is time ..after so many years for managing to take care of customer service, respect, and manners....it is becoming a nightmare..sadly there is only "quest" and "lab" so no many choices...... read more

I have spent several hours today trying to get some basic information both online and over the phone without success. I was able to start an account, but unable to get through the "verification" process. I spent much time on the phone, only to get passed on when somebody DID answer, never getting the information I needed. The online chatbot was unable to help, I sent a message and never heard back. So if I did make an appointment and got a test, I would never be able to access it online. The worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. I wound up going to a different business. read more

Not sure how their labs are, but if your doctor uses them for lab work (or your insurance requires it), get ready to deal with billing problems that are difficult to resolve! You have to sit on hold to talk to someone and then, they tell you to fax something and wait 6 weeks for it to be fixed, you wait, sit on hold to let them know it is not fixed and they say they didn't receive your fax! Third time going through this on one bill. Hopefully third times a charm! read more

I hate getting blood drawn and have fainted in the past - but Diana was one of the best phlebotomists I have ever had. I barely felt my blood test at all, even though I had to give multiple vials. She made sure I was comfortable and kept me calm. Thanks, Diana! read more

I went to this Lab located at 2105 Hartwood Marsh Rd in Clermont, FL. on Fri. Sept. 2nd. I had read bad comments about the place and I thought they were unconsidered until Friday when I went for a blood work and one of the phlebotomist treated me really bad. In spite of my warnings, she proceeded and collapsed my only visible/suitable vein. She proceeded with my other arm with a big needle (I asked for a little one, because I know my veins) and made me cry of pain and burn. She didn't care at all! After this, she asked for help to other phlebotomist. I went to the toilet for the urine sample and other person took care of me. Surprisingly, this other lady took the vein at once where the first one failed. She filled the vials and because of the vein (already broken) conditions, she took the one in my hand easily and with no pain at all. Very upset, uncomfortable and in pain, I wanted to place a complaint with the supervisor; when I asked who were in charge, I knew it was the same person who mistreated me! This complaint is going to the Corporate offices, the patients and insurances ($$$$) are paying top money to be taken care of in a decent, professional and ethic way! read more

Moss park quest- While I understand that appointments are strongly encouraged, some lab work doesn't fit into neat appointment times- timed lab work following test at another facility. We had a 30 min window to do the lab work. The testing facility-10 minutes from the lab. My son is in a wheelchair, so it adds more time due to getting him in & out of the car. We are down to about the last 5-8 minute window. At first, I was told that he wouldn't be able to do his lab work without an appointment; there were 2 people in the waiting room. We were the third. A kind women said we could have her time slot since the manager came out and told us the appointments get priority. Understandable if this was a routine lab but it wasn't. Sometimes you have to deviate from the box in order to have accurate lab work & accommodate special situations. The time it took to go get the manager, her to talk with me etc, the lab could have been drawn. One tube is all it took and less than 30 seconds. Note: I've used quest numerous times and this is my first negative encounter. Please consider changing your policy with walk ins. Not all walk-ins are routine. It caused more stress than necessary. read more

Avoid this place. They don't have the urinalysis cups at some of their sites, and they now require an appointment yet signs around the office say if you're a walk in what to do.. This company is not very professional. I am going to see that my new employer takes them off the list of lab options. read more

Went to get bloodwork done at 139 Centre Street NYC. My doctor didn't send in bloodwork info and as a result I was treated like a piece of garbage. They were excessively rude, nasty, mean, dismissive. No details necessary as I think this whole co. has serious problems based on the negative reviews I've seen. Unfortunately my insurance co. tells me to go to Quest and doesn't recommend other cos. like Lab Corp which will probably charge me more. I will talk to Cigna and see if extra money is worthwhile. Otherwise I'll try another location but at this point I don't think that will help. read more

Had to take my 1 year old to get blood drawn again. Decided to schedule an appointment 2 weeks from the last one and at a different location, who also "specializes" in babies. Signed in as soon as I got there. Got some attitude from the receptionist (which is why I took out 1 star), because of her, I thought my experience was going to be all around bad. Already feeling a little bummed out, I took a deep breath, sat down and waiting with my lil one, to be called in. Got called in, Sat down and my heart was pounding. Kept thinking that this was going to be a repeat of 2 weeks earlier. I let the tech know that this was our 2nd go and what had happened before. "Did they try to take blood from her from anywhere else?" "No" "Well, let's not put her through that again, so let's try her hands. She has nice big veins in her hands" He put the needle in and got what they needed!. Adalyn cried a little, but not as much as she had before. She stopped the second they took the needle out and I proceeded to give her lovies and lots and kisses. The tech made her laugh and gave her some stickers, which she instantly tried to eat! I walked out feeling so much better! I would bring Adalyn here again. read more

They are the only company that can draw my blood. I havee small veins thus a hard stick. They usually get it first try.

Quest Diagnostic's customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I spoke to five different agents and none of them knew how to help. I was transferred to agent after agent. The incompetency was unbelievable. When I finally got to talk to someone who knew how to do their job, they were unbelievably condescending and rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I took my elderly mother to Quest Lab in Redondo Beach at 520 Prospect Ave. The bathroom was as dirty as a gas station, the phlebotomist had dirty fingernails, she was irrititable with my mom because the doctor had ordered a lot of tests and it took longer. The staff at the front were abrasive and condescending to the elderly. You are expected to do your check-in on a screen which is more intimidating to the elderly. An unescorted older woman was having difficulty with this and understanding how she would access her results and the woman explained by raising her voice and slowly saying WEBSITE in a very condescending way. DO NOT USE THIS LAB or SEND YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES UNESCORTED. Horrible. read more

I go to this one quite frequently because I like that it's not overly busy and they actually get you in by your appointment time. {Highly suggest appointments} However, the lady that drew my blood today... I told her that I would rather she do it out the back of my hand, I know it's more painful.. but I know my body and this is what has worked for people before {they get blood 1st time}. She said "No, I'm pretty good" Than proceeds to stick it in my forearm and dig around.. only to pull it out about 15-20 seconds later and say "I'm going to do it out of your hand" LISTEN TO THE PATIENT! YOU MIGHT BE GOOD BUT WE'VE BEEN THERE FOR OUR BLOOD DRAWS EVERY TIME AND KNOW WHAT WORKS!! read more

First time to use Quest at Fayetteville, AR. Our visits were both great, the staff was courteous and very responsive to our needs. Check in was easy and appointment times were met. Can't I give them no stars. This is the most horrible company imaginable. I made an appointment on 06/30 for a fasting blood test to be done on 07/05. I arrived for my appointment 07/05, having fasted, and was informed that the site had been permanently closed on 07/01. The Quest employee who was packing up for Quest to move out of the site told me that the decision to permanently close the site on 07/01 had been made well before I had made my 07/05 appointment on 06/30. Why was I permitted to make an appointment online at a Quest site that Quest knew was going to be permanently closed on the date of my appointment? I know why. Quest could not care less about inconveniencing its customers. I will never use Quest again. read more

I went to the location on San Jose to get blood work done. The black gentleman that worked there was a rude asshole. I was nothing but polite. In fact they were all rude and unhelpful. My visit to the Waltham Office of Quest Diagnostics was excellent. The office was very clean and it was easy to register. Barbara was prompt, very pleasant, collected my paper work and drew my blood. I would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics to my friends and family. read more

Definitely recommend this clinic! Everyone is very kind and polite. They are on top of things and the wait isn't long with appt., not sure about walk-ins. However, I went with my siblings and they were all walk-ins except for me and they got in a few minutes after me. I passed out during the process(not the first time) and they took care of me! They were very friendly, understanding, and helpful while I became fully conscious! Definitely going to come here for any lab work. read more

This is the worst run lab in all Orange County. The staff is extremely rude and find a problem with every piece of paper provided by a doctor and insurance company. Y wife fasted for a procedure that had to be done by 9am so we arrived at 8. They required us to call UCLA medical center and have new orders faxed because her nap did t appear properly in the paperwork. I went online to make an appointment, for some reason it would not let me. not a big deal I thought I will walk in it's early and I have been fasting! Keep in mind I have never been there before! After standing in line for 30 minutes to get in the door, there is no receptionist to tell you what to do next! I realized after a few minutes that I had to check in at an iPad. After checking in there it said my wait would be 45 minutes. After waiting for over an hour I realized that as long as appointment people keep showing up you are not getting called! They have a screen that show where you are in the que, I was next several times but appointment people kept bumping me down! If appointment people show up continuously you will never get called! Terrible way to treat customers, basically if you don't have an appointment you don't exist!!!!! read more

Do not I repeat do not go to the quest diagnostics in Boca Raton on 13th St. I made an appointment two weeks ago for 930 and waited outside for 9:45 for them to call me. I've decided to go inside To see what was going on, and this little office was full of people nobody was two more than 2 feet apart. They should not take walk-ins during this crisis that we are in. Everyone should have to make an appointment. I wasted my morning thinking I was going to be called and feel safe in a doctors office. No one was checking to see if anyone had a fever. And people were lined up. Do not go in there are you will get sick if someone in there is sick. I got the heck out of there as quick as I could and hopefully I didn't catch anything. Making an appointment does no good. I found a quest diagnostic that only takes appointments and I made my appointment for two weeks in. Luckily I can wait for this blood test. But if you can't wait you should find another alternative. read more

The young woman checking me in today and the phlebotomist were great at Quest Silver Spring location. The person answering the phone in the office and the one in client services were abrupt and rude. In fact, when I asked for clarification, client services hung up on me. Quest is not the only lab in this area. read more

Literally the longest wait I've ever experienced. I did not have an appointment, but that is no excuse. I've been to many walk in clinics without a wait time of an hour and a half. The receptionist tried her best, but was still snarky. It was obvious she was frustrated with the wait as well. Once I finally got checked in after an hour, I told them I had to use the bathroom but I got a long sigh and was told I have to wait, it's a process. There is so much room for opportunity at this clinic. Your customer service needs some serious serious work. I should have been there no more than an hour ALTOGETHER.
