Always love coming to this lab diagnostic center. It was my son's first time getting a lab draw and I was very happy that we had the option to come here. I thought I would be seeing the usual person I always see, Tito. And even told my son prior, "you'll get your blood drawn by someone who always draws my blood, his name is Tito. Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. Needed the blood draw for allergy tests. Quick, simple and easy. read more

Having grown tired of billing problems at lab corp, I decided to make a change and use quest. I was able to make an appointment online which was a good thing. My gripe was with the nurse who draw my blood. She put the needle into my elbow joint then realizing she missed the vein started moving the needle position around while it was still in my arm, punchering me several time literally stirring the area, She eventuall got the blood flowing so she got the sample. But it left me with a very large internal wound that looked like a very bad bruise. Needless to say I was not happy, and Lab corp phlebotinist always did a better job. read more

Clunky queuing kiosk which did not recognize my print at home QR code. Many patients who had arrived after me were already served. There is nobody to ask because there is no reception - only a door that is always shut. At one point I had to wait for someone to exit and barge in to find out when it would be my turn. Only then did a human put me in the queue. When my blood was drawn the tech was the polar opposite of warm and would give one word, disinterested answers when asked. She also by the way hit a nerve which I felt for weeks thereafter. To top it off they billed me $$$ for all tests ordered for which I only did 1/3 of the prescription. Horrible read more

Tito IS DA BESTEST! Ive been coming to this location exclusively mainly due to Tito! I absolutely love him! When searching for a base Quest location for my impending/neverending labs that is needed after being diagnosed with Cancer in 2019 -waaay preCovid, i found the angel Tito. It is the ONLY Quest ofc with 5 stars! And with good reason. I almost dont want anyone else to know about this loaction cuz it might get crazy busy . 1-Tito is great at customer relations, he remembers his patients by name. And greets you with a welcoming friendly tone. (Not speaking bad about the other locations, but ive seen some pretty unsavory attitudes from some of the workers at other ofcs-bible ) 2-Efficient service, in and out quickly. Especially if you have an appt and check in at the kiosk. You're as good as in and out. Ive never been there longer than 20mins. And thats cuz the Technician working that day (Tito was off) had to explain to 2 separate elderly patients how to register on the kiosk. 3-Small waiting room -some would say thats a negative but i see it as a good thing. Less people im exposed to as an immunocompromised patient. Besides there really is no need, as patients are taken care of quickly. Minimum wait time. 4-Lots of free parking. It is also the nearest loaction to my home-so sealed the deal! BONUS! On my first visit i walked in, introduced myself and held my hand out and said you must be the famous Tito? And he said .."why, yes, Yes I am! How did you know who I was?" I told him you were the only office with a five star rating and it's because everybody loves you! Youre YELP! Famous Go see Tito! Sad. I tried online yesterday w/no luck no appt; I tried auto appt - able to but when it got to "say yr name & spell out - I did over & over & over unsuccessfully. I cannot get a hold of anyone I decided to walk in this morning so I can make a line at least for walk-ins, no one it was just a kiosk/machine. What a customer service! So I was able to make appt at another place this afternoon, the only thing I couldn't find the entrance door (I see the address but no directions where the offices are - parked on the side street, I tried calling also with no luck again (no wonder lots of jobs are being replaced by robots). So finally done & talked to someone there about customer service then I heard someone said it back w/a question mark. Tx goodness I was prior military and taught properly how it should be. Will never go to Quest Diagnostics again (if I can at all help it). To get a simple lab done I had to come 4 times over the course of 3 days! And not once was I able to speak with a single person. At the kiosk, I made an appt, their next available, for the next day. Day 2, the kiosk couldn't locate me , so I registered (I was previously a guest) THeN the kiosk didn't recognizable my registration, so had to schedule for next day. When I can the next day, it turns out that I was scheduled for the location up the street. By the time I drive over, it was past my appointment time so I had to wait 2 hours on stand by. Then the tech was rude. Like combative rude, which you do not want when someone is drawing your blood. (In contrast, I went today to Labcorps with no appointment, was greeted by a friendly face. And got in less than 15 mins later. Everyone was pleasant, and worked as a team. Soo much more pleasant, professional & easy.) read more

On average, Quest Diagnostics locations don't have the best ratings. Yelp will tell you as much. This was the only location that had good ratings. And for good reason! As someone averse to needles, I put off multiple blood test requests from my GP. I finally decided to go through with it and am so glad that I did it here. Tito's care, compassion and expertise are evident. I drove out of my way just to go to his location and it could not have been quicker or easier. This was my first visit there this morning. I got there 10 minutes early, there was only a person there and he was GREAT!! Unfortunately I didn't get his name, e was an older Filipino gentleman. He checked me in and he drew my blood. Great interaction and very professional. I was in and out with 10 minutes or do. He made the experience very pleasant. Unfortunately this will be the last time that I will see him due to my medical insurance is using another lab starting next. This quest location is highly recommended by a person like myself who is a seeking person who wants the professional doctor named Tito C. who handles the patient with true trustworthy medical care of getting your blood drawn or any other tests. The place is very clean. The waiting time is extremely low. Appointments are easy to set up via the app or even a walk in check ins as well. You won't be disappointed as everyone is happier that went to have Tito do your health visits as he's knows how to throw out a joke out of nowhere to put a smile on your face. I came to see Tito due to being one of many quest locations from my work site and when I saw that Tito has five stars of ratings here on yelp, well that means a lot of great patients apart from the bad or good reviews from the other locations from other cities or within the same city. I do highly you come to do your blood work here or things like a urine test. You can just visit Tito if you want a good laugh from his jokes. Plus provides plenty of detail steps to handle the process if you didn't get approval letter from your primary doctor sent, as all you need to do is call your doctor to fax it to Tito and he will handle the rest. If I could had taken a photo of this wonderful quest doctor, I would had uploaded with my review. Yet sometimes a photo isn't necessary if you read a long great review as mines that is highly recommending you to come to this quest for a faster less traffic of people to do your lab work done. With an appointment I say you're going to be in and out within less than fifteen minutes from your check in appointment time. I really don't like needles or blood, it makes me really nervous, but Tito makes the experience really relaxing. His personality is really calming and made conversation with my kid to keep her distracted. (It worked with me as well ). She said she barely felt the poke too. I don't like giving labs but after doing my research I kept seeing this facility with the best reviews! I went in to make my appointment and Tito was the person to help me. I started coming to this location for my monthly bloodwork at the beginning of quarantine because I wanted a first floor facility with convenient and close by parking. Turns out I got a lot more. Not only is it a great location but appointments are timely, the facility is clean and the (one person) office is well managed. I had an appointment last week and unfortunately, I missed my ten (10) minute check in window due to me going to the wrong Quest. Tito took me as a walk-in anyway, which I appreciate due to the fact that I was fasting and needed to get my blood work done. I have the worst veins in the world (both collapsing and roaming) and also, I hate needles. Tito was completely professional and got a vein on his first attempt! That never happens! This specific Quest patient service center has become my favorite location to make all my appointments all because of this amazing phlebotomist Tito! He makes the experience amazing with his skills and persona, always a clean stick and I've never had any bruising or any negative reactions from any of his blood draws. I will continue to see Tito exclusively at this location for any future laboratory work because he is very trustworthy and skilled with what he does. I met him early last year while pregnant with my first baby girl, now I'm seeing him again this year during my second pregnancy. Also, out of several locations I have visited, this one has been the fastest! I've never had to wait so long to get seen for services.
