If I could leave ZERO stars I would! After being on the phone with Don for just about an hour asking him to send me my records he said he couldn't and wouldn't give me a reason why. He said I'd have to come in about a week for a copy of my results. When I went there about two months ago, I requested that a copy. Please be sent over to me via email. The receptionist stated that there was no issue in sending them via email and I was patient so I waited and now they're telling me that I can't get my records and I have to make the drive in over a week to get them. my appointment was at 8:00 I filled out all my paperwork online prior to coming . it was over an hour and a half before they called me back... it was the receptionist fault. She took literally an hour to process one patient so that got the whole mammogram machine an hour behind for the rest of the day. and there were several people at the desk none of them would help her process patients and I asked several of them for help it took me two years to get the appointment and then they tried to get me to come back 24 hours later and I had one lump now I have two. their reception system is the worst. very unprofessional. People do not have three hours to waste getting important tests like this plan on spending 3 to 4 hours to get any test here. read more

Where do I start? Yes, COVID. I know, but there is no excuse for this experience. I went in to get a CT scan only to come out of there not being seen at all. My appointment was at 4:15. So, I got there 4:07 because they asked you to be there early. Done. In the email and the doo , it says we can text a number to "check in" when we get there. Twice ! Done. 1 hour later- I went in to check why the heck they weren't calling me. I wasn't checked in and their response was "Maybe the technician didn't receive the message." Then , why ? Why in world would they implement an option they are not keeping track of?? I came here only through referral. read more

Mammograms suck. But RadNet does their best to make it a pleasant experience. Is pleasant the best word? Hmmm... they make it bearable. The staff members were all so nice and apologetic as they smooshed my boobs between the 2 glass plates. I did my check in paperwork via text a few days before my appt so I just breezed right through the check in process. I was immediately brought back to the mammography waiting room. They sanitize between people. Gowns were wrapped in plastic and I saw everything being wiped down before I was led into the changing room and given a locker in which to put my belongings. The whole process was quick and they really do their best to not draw attention to just how humiliating it is to have to go through the whole rigmarole. I'd come back here next year read more

This review is for the scheduling department over at the central Radnet office. I had a bit of a complicated case as a lump was found, and I needed further imaging. The gentleman on the phone, Richard, could not have been more thorough, more knowledgeable, and more helpful. He is really an exceptional employee of that business. He found me a cancellation to update my appointment, and also informed me of the financial responsibility upfront, and made sure I was really getting the images that I need. The wait was longer than it took for me to drive, which is all the way from Los Angeles! I literally could've gone to a restaurant , eaten lunch, returned and still would be waiting! Horrible location and I have been to many BreastLinks and Radnet Imaging! This is the worst! At least with the locations I had been to before, I was at least waiting no longer than 30 minutes!!! My mom was told by a person over the phone that she was okay to come to this location to do her X-rays before doing her ultrasound. So, we came 2 hours prior to 4pm that way my mom could do her X-rays (no appointment required) and when she got here she was told that she could do her X-rays until the next day but that her ultra sound they could do, and chances they could take us before. We decided to wait, well the girls were going and coming (were running their mouths that had nothing to do with work which was very unprofessional) and secondly they would see us and instead of taking us in they had us wait until 4pm. This is far the worst place to come to get your X-rays and ultrasound. I will never again bring my mother here and definitely recommend anyone to avoid this place. read more

Had an appointment for a 1:30 ultrasound of my thyroid and I showed up at 1:15 like they told me to. At 1:19 they collected my payment and at 2:04 I had to leave because they still had not called me. They obviously did not value my time that I had to miss at work and now had to leave because I was getting called back to work. Freaking joke!! I could not not perform my 3 mri's due to my claustrophobia on a Monday at 6 so I had to get medication and come back I have surgery on Friday so the soonest they could rescheduled me a was 830 on Wednesday but they didn't tell me 830 Pm so I showed up at 745 am to tell me it's at 830 pm They did nothing to squeeze me in and there are a couple problems though I took my meds already they only good for a certain time and need to get a ride from 30 miles away they are very busy which means less detail to patient care they could not help me and told me to come back they should differentiate am pm I've never had a Dr appointment at 830 at night that should be told read more

The check in and procedure I would give 5 stars. Everyone was professional and friendly. What needs to be addressed and watched out for is the appointment instructions that are included in the online registration for Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration. Instructions say to stop any blood thinner medications five days prior to FNA, get a driver, among other things. Because my leukemia medication is a blood thinner, I stopped that; and my husband put in the paper work at his job to take the afternoon off. All was fine until the DAY before, I was sent an email saying I didn't need to do any of what the instructions said, and didn't have to get a driver either. So I had stopped my medications for nothing (dangerous to me), and my husband lost an afternoon of pay. Needless to say I have already complained to the manager and am in the process of reaching farther up. This is NOT the way to run a health business, and Mr. Howard Berger, CEO, needs to implement changes Immediately. read more

Horrible service and wait today. Appt at 10 am. Got in at 9:15 am Not seen til 10:35! Lots of techs walking around or standing against shelves killing time. White female long hair seen doing one patient in 1 hour. Black femail tech with dreadlocks maybe did 2. Short hair female, short stature maybe 2. At ten am there were approximately 10-12 patients piling up in room.Slow patients completing forms take up to 25 mins to do so, and back up earlier patients. Others have to drink die slowly and create back ups.. No office manager visible to unclog traffic and make smooth flow. As said earlier came early and being elderly no priority given. And when my son asked 15 mins past appt time, was told "techs are behind", but he had to ask, as no courtesy to inform us unless asked. Girls at front are courteous and competent, but no signs regarding distances or marks on floor to separate people. There was a sign about paper cups,and a sign of where ro put used pens. But other than that, no order and or safety. They need efficient officer manager, and conciencious techs and staff. It is a medical care place after all! We will go to the one on los coyotes diagonal next time and cross fingers for better service and wait time, and dont ever make appts middle of the day, make them early in the AM!. Very small office and a staff of one. Although there's only one person there the wait is not very long. There is plenty of parking and it's on the second floor. There's also a small little gift/snack shop as you walk in the building, handy if you're hungry for some chocolate. :-) read more

My friend is 81 years old, and is frail by reason of having undergone a double bypass cardiac surgery at the beginning of August. The receptionist informed me that there would be only a few minutes of waiting time. It actually took over TWO HOURS (2 hours!!) of waiting time, even after I had repeatedly told her that my friend is ready to pass out. I found this treatment simply awful. Had I known the truth, I could have taken him to some other, more responsive (and far more responsible!!) laboratory, but the staff lied to me in a most callous and high-handed manner. Los Coyotes Woman's Imaging Facility at 3320 Los Coyotes Diagonal Imaging Center Long Beach, I am writing you this email to begin a grievance process with you Facility because of the un-professional behavior that i have just experienced with you department listed above from the staff the answers your calls on Phone Line # 562-627-0903- Rachel, Myra and Gloria are the three employees that have hung up on me numerous times, placed me on hold for over 15 minutes, and proceeded to hang up on me when they were not able to answer my simple questions about phone numbers, Doctor's names and procedure information and when I asked for their employee names and supervisor information. These individuals are the most un-professional group of receptionist that I have ever encountered and I work in Customer Service. How these individuals got their jobs, and have managed to keep them with this type of behavior is appalling. These incidents occurred yesterday afternoon (May 28th) and today May 29th @ 4:15PM with multiple receptionist that told me a variety of names: Gloria, Rachel and Myra. I had to call over 15 times to simply get someone to answer these questions. Upon asking these employees names I was hung up on and put on hold, upon calling back I was met with resistance when asking for their supervisor and supervisor names. After having my Wife call to get this information I was told the managers name is Heidi and that she wasn't there and we couldn't talk with her (she must have a # and voice mail). I was also told there are 2 Myra's so the couldn't help me with who I had just spoke with. Also, using Caller ID my calls back were forwarded and put on hold and I had to call from another phone to get through, and as soon as I called on another line they picked up right away while my # kept being put on Hold in you Que, Your receptionist are using Caller ID to screen customer calls- For Recap: Yesterday and Today (May 29th 2013) on Phone # 562-627-0903 Hung up on over 10 times- Placed on hold for over 15 minutes on 2 occasions- Placed on hold-hung up on while on Hold- Asked for Supervisor-Hung Up On Asked for Supervisor Heidi and was told she wasn't there at 4:22PM PST and not given her extension... Asked Employee's Names-Hung Up On Asked Doctor's Names and was told there are over 100 doctors, cannot tell you them..... Radnet operates a CHAIN of imaging centers in the Long Beach area. You call (562) 216-5120 to make an appointment and give info, then they schedule you at this or that office. You will not enjoy the next several hours. First, 15 minutes on Hold. You finally get a person, then "Oh, your order says STAT? Another office handles that. Just a moment." FORTY minutes on Hold. You hang up and call back. "Oh you want to talk to a supervisor? Just a moment." HALF AN HOUR MORE (!!!) on Hold. I am a repeat customer. Radnet's phone intake system to schedule appointments has always been bad, but is now beyond ridiculous. Special warning: if your doctor requests two types of test, like an ultrasound AND a CT scan, you will have to endure Radnet's entire, unspeakable phone system TWICE, because one person can't help do both. Meanwhile, the phone system assures you how important your call is. NOT!! I am so fed up with Radnet I'm on Yelp, shopping for a different imaging center. read more
