Seeing my future grand daughter on the screen was a wonderful experience, it meant a lot to us! We found out that the baby has dimples, full lips, hair growing and a cute button nose. Like most of us, my wife does not enjoy getting blood drawn, but she said the staff was courteous and competent. Tip: My wife had a 10am appointment, we arrived around 9:40, it was very busy with many people waiting. She was called at 9:50 so appointment really helped. Parking: paid lot but we were able to find 2-hour street parking next to the Thrift store across the street at 9:30am on a Monday.

I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm.
