Recently had a knee MRI and as usual, it went smoothly and I left happy and thankful! The front desk was so helpful, especially Kathy! I felt really taken care of and calm before my not fun MRI. My tech, Mernaz was absolutely wonderful and explained every step. I was even told through the microphone how many slides were remaining to be taken which helped calm my nerves! I visited this establishment for 2 MRI's forms were texted out to pre-fill out and was checked right in. The receptionist was polite, and accommodating. The 2 MRI's lasted 10 minutes each and were done with the "open" machine as I am extremely claustrophobic. The MRI staff made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Ih ad a very positive experience at Expert MRI. I didn't realize there were open MRI units where you can sit in a chair, and for someone who is severely claustrophobic, this made all the difference. MRIs usually cause me a great deal of anxiety, but I felt much more comfortable during my visit here. The only minor issue I experienced was that the sides of the machine became a little warm during the scan. However, I simply pressed the call button and the staff quickly adjusted the fan so it was blowing in my direction, allowing me to comfortably complete the MRI. The staff was very nice, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. Overall, everything went well, and I would definitely return to this location for future imaging needs. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who struggles with claustrophobia. read more

Went in for three MRI's very early in the morning with an appointment. The staff were very professional and helpful! Everything was on time and promptly, the MRI Thecnitian gave me perfect instructions and everything went smoothly and fast. What I liked the most is that they have an open MRI so it's not as claustrophobic as the normal ones! They they images of my neck and back sitting down!!! After 2 closed failed MRI's & 1 open laying down MRI fail. I was in desperate search for a facility with an upright MRI after finding out they existed. I was still so nervous for the upright one. I arrived at the facility & all the staff was nice. I finally went through with the MRI. To say I wanted to cry from finally getting over it is an understatement. This place is god sent. The employees were very nice and professional but I have got MRI many times also in your place in the past with no problem. but today's MRI was the worst 20 minutes of my life. The machine was very very old, even with earplug It was so loud that I got a worse headache and dizziness that I had to seat and relax for 25 minutes to be able to drive. The staff and technicians are all so very patient and kind. This location has sitting MRI available, open 7 days a week, clean, organized, efficient and friendly. Parking can be challenging. This place is strange to say the least. I should've just requested an MRI through my PCP rather than deal with this headache. Today I had an appointment at 10am, I've been getting confirmation texts every other day. I arrived at 9:45am, looked at my phone and saw a text that the machine was down and that they'd text me to reschedule my appointment. I ignored the text and went in anyway. I filled out the paperwork and 15 minutes later I got called to the back to change into a gown and pants.....notice how no one said I needed to reschedule?? I change and sit in the little mri waiting area and they said they're finishing up with someone. I THOUGHT THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN?! The 2 guys ( I think one was a student) were nice. I get in the machine and Spanish news is on. I didn't want to squeeze the bulb just for that so I waited until someone came in to the room. I asked them to change the channel, and at this point, Negar came in with the remote. I thought she turned it to some singing competition show but it was Vietnamese television! Why on earth would she do that? I was already uncomfortable and she's just making it worse. Her attitude were horrible. The guys came in to reposition me and he said "she turned it to that?!" I asked them just to shut the TV off because the anxiety of being in the space, the fact that they never offered me earplugs for the noise, and the BS on the tv was just too much. If I'm ever told I need an MRI again, I will make sure I never have to come back to this place! The quality of care was sorely lacking. read more

I called on a Thursday too make an appointment. Office said to email prescription so I did and got confirmation that it was there. "I'll call you back by the end of the day" . Left a voicemail on Friday because I never received a call. No call back! Called Saturday, "Yes, we have your paperwork, but we'll call you back on Monday to schedule." That's great efficiency! I guess I'll find another place that will actually communicate and work. read more

Arrived at the end of the day and they were running a bit behind, which is totally expected. Staff greeted me, had me sign a few things and took me back. They explained the procedure and the time it would take. This was a sitting MRI and was very comfortable, especially for someone claustrophobic. Great Morning. Today Saturday 3/7/26 my day started out awesome. I arrived for my MRI appointment and the staff was helpful from the get go. Arrived on site had an early MRI scheduled and was greeted immediately. Was confirmed for my appointment and proceeded to be informed of what was next to happen. Process was explained, issued scrub pants and a locker and was advised to change and step out for the tech. The tech called my name verified what the plan was and assisted me to the scanning room. Once inside we helped me get set and explained the process one more time and began the scanning process. Tech checked in on me a couple times, asking if there was any discomfort or issues. The whole process due to two type of scans needed took about 1-1/2 hours. Not bad as I though it would take longer. Thank you to the staff and the techs for assisting me today. You are truly appreciated. Unfortunately no cell phones are allowed in the immediate area so I do not have any pictures to share but the space is immaculate and clean. No issues in the housekeeping department. Once again thank you very much for your assistance. read more

I had an open MRI of my left shoulder. The staff checked me in on time and was very pleasant. I was brought back to the MRI room in a timely fashion. The person doing the MRI informed me step-by-step of what I would experience and the timeframe that all the images would take. The MRI specialist was patient and reassuring. I went to have 2 each MRI's done today at noon. I was excited to have found an MRI you can sit up straight in. What they don't tell you is that its only approx 20" wide so even crunching in my shoulders I did not fit. You have to squeeze all the way to the back wall and it very narrow for a big shoulder guy like me. They were very nice and tried everything but in the end it was futile. The staff was very courteous and outstanding in effort, and on time.The facility seemed very clean and had lots of bottled water on hand for all. I just wished they had published how wide the sit down MRI was so as not to waste my time and day. My rating is 4 stars! read more

First of all the tech was great... I'm a patient with Multiple Sclerosis, fat, and very claustrophobic and I use a walker... It's easy access and getting an MRI is never an easy experience, but this one is... All you have to do is sit in the machine, it's open in the front, nothing in your face and watch TV.... I've had a brain, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar... For years I would panic at the thought of get those done and now no problem... Thanks guys read more

I had 2 MRIs 15 min each. And was pleasantly surprised that they had sit-down MRI. I'm claustrophobic and was so happy when I saw the type MRI...Made my stress go away. The MRI techs were so sweet and attentive. The office is very nice, spacious and clean as I entered the front lobby. I also want to mention that Kathy helped with questions I had in filling out the firms. Very very helpful and patient. Also after I came out to the lobby, the young ladies were very friendly and handed me a CD of my MRIs and the other will be automatically sent to my Dr. Thank Expert MRI staff. I drove down 45 to the center bc they offer an open machine for claustrophobic patients . As soon as I walked into the facility , I was greeted and given so much care and respect . Samantha and Danny have the hardest job checking everyone in at the front desk and did it with grace and ease . When I was taken to the back , I experienced a little bit of anxiety but Juliana and her students calmed my nerves and took the role of caring , kind and compassionate nurses .
