Seeing my future grand daughter on the screen was a wonderful experience, it meant a lot to us! We found out that the baby has dimples, full lips, hair growing and a cute button nose. We couldn't be more happy to see her on the monitor. She looks beautiful, healthy and adorable! This was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end, it was a generous 5 stars! The ultrasound went amazing and the second girl who finished the ultrasound was able to get a lot of photos of my baby boy. She was even able to get one of him smiling. I truly recommend this place. All 3 girls were so sweet and nice the office is super clean, and well maintained. The ultrasound room is very spacious and the bed was super comfy! Very relaxing and calming over all. We booked our appointment over the phone for the next day. Going into the appointment they had us fill some quick paperwork, we waited about 15 minutes and they took us in. The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. On the night (6:40 pm on a Thursday) we went to our appointment we were greeted and accommodated right away. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

I wish to share a great experience I had with this Urgent Care faculty. I went in with a severe…read moresinus infection Saturday afternoon. The wait was not long. The waiting room looked like a typical waiting room area. Once called in and taken thru the doors...this place was amazing. It looked like an emergency room at any major hospital. All the rooms had beds. They have X-rays, CT scans and MRI machines. I saw NP Courtney Rompel. She was as thorough, skilled and experienced as any Internist I have seen. She was very proactive and was able to address all my medical needs. You are a rock star NP Rompel! I was so appreciative for her concern, care and bedside manner. She even noticed I had some wax build-up in my ear. I can't remember the last time my ENT looked in my ear. My ear was subsequently flushed by the great technician on duty assisting NP Rompel. Side Bar: A few days later I was having an issue with some antibiotics I got at CVS (on the same property). The medication was cracked and disintegrating. CVS refused to exchange the medication without a new prescription. I wish I was kidding but I am not. So back I go to the urgent care and they immediately contacted CVS for replacement medication, without hesitation. I was so grateful for for the treatment I received by NP Rompel, the responsiveness for the medication re-do request, and just in totality an overall fabulous experience. WAIT TIME: ARRIVAL TIME: 7:51am (they were open early) APPOINTMENT TIME: 8:00am SEEN TIME: 9am SCAN TIME: Took 5 minutes LEFT BY: 9:05am SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT: They were able to get me in rather quickly and on short notice. They initially scheduled me for when they technician was not working so they had to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Once they rescheduled, they fit me in on the same day at 8am when they opened and I knew they were squeezing me in since I told them it was the only day I could come. When I arrived to check in the front staff told me I wasn't on the schedule. I explained the situation and she also moved things around to squeeze me in AGAIN. I am grateful, but they also seem disorganized. Since I wasn't on the schedule this second time, they didn't verify my insurance prior, so I have to do my appointment then get billed an unknown amount for the services/copay later, which is inconvenient. TECHNICIAN: Literally took 5 minutes from the moment the tech called me in to the time the CT SCAN was completed. SUPER FAST once I got inside. OVERALL: I'm glad they were quick to answer phones and get me on the schedule. It was slightly inconvenient that they didn't actually have me on the schedule upon arrival. I'm glad each person I talked to was very understanding of the situation and didn't turn me away and made it work. Conclusion, I was still seen on the day I came for, just had to wait a really long time. There were 10 people who went in before me, even tho I was the 3rd person to arrive when the office opened at 8am due to the scheduling mix up.
