The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. On the night (6:40 pm on a Thursday) we went to our appointment we were greeted and accommodated right away. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

This was something we wanted our baby girl to experience, and it ended up being such a beautiful moment for our little family. The process was seamless from start to finish. We were able to get both a video and pictures, and our package lasted about fifteen to twenty minutes. The price was just under $100, which is honestly amazing for what you get. The team was kind, patient, and made the entire appointment feel special. If you are expecting and want a memorable ultrasound keepsake, this is absolutely worth it.

Outdated machine definitely not HD images. I've been to a different place and for the same price I got way better service and images. I went here because it's closer for me but not happy at all. The package promotion was listed on their website when I booked for $65 and they charged me $72 it was about 15-20 min session. The exam bed has no paper nor sheets, during this Covid19 they should at least have the bed covered, once my session was over they didn't even provide any towels nor paper towels/tissue to wipe ultrasound gel off my belly I had to wipe with my undershirt. Seeing my future grand daughter on the screen was a wonderful experience, it meant a lot to us! We found out that the baby has dimples, full lips, hair growing and a cute button nose. Highly recommend…read more I had looked up 3/d and 4d ultrasounds and saw a different location but when i called to get info the lady on the phone was rude and didnt really seem like she wanted my business. Which backed up all the bad reviews they have. Came across Procreate 4d ultrasounds. Marisol replied to my ever question and gave me more info than i had requested. She is so nice friendly and gave me advice on what to do to have the best scans before my appointment. Please follow her directions. I loved seeing my baby. It looked so clear. Fernando made me feel comfortable and explained to me everything he was doing and told me what to do to help my baby move so we can get better scans pictures and videos of my baby.
