With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

They did X-rays and was told the radiologist wasn't in and they'd confirm with me today if there is a fracture. I've called twice today and still they tell me the report is not back yet. I am baffled. This is supposed to be URGENT care. The receptionist just told me that they could have it ready tomorrow. I have sons who have had fractures and the urgent care place I went to were able to tell me right then and there. I will likely take her to my usual place today and what a waste of time, money and energy spent here.

The exam bed has no paper nor sheets, during this Covid19 they should at least have the bed covered, once my session was over they didn't even provide any towels nor paper towels/tissue to wipe ultrasound gel off my belly I had to wipe with my undershirt. Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.

This most recent visit, was in here for a simple x ray. I checked in and went to grab a magazine and no more than 7 minutes later they called me up. They did call me up with a group of 5 other people but sat us in a different waiting area. From there, I waited an additional 5 minutes and was called in promptly. I had my x ray done start to finish in 25 minutes(with appointment). All the staff members are cordial, kind caring and polite. The business itself is wonderful and plenty of room to sit in. There is a separate line for each procedure you are here for(mammogram, mri, ray, etc). I do recommend getting an appointment online, will save you time. Overall, excellent experience!
