Wonderful MRI specialist, Estefany was very professional, patient and knowledgeable with a sweetest and kind actitud on my special situation, and make sure I was comfortable at all times during the procedure. Update **** Thank you Lisa Mac. For reaching out regarding my experience. She was professional and understood my frustration and made accommodations to have my MRI done sooner than later. I came here as a result of an Injury. The process has been brutal and difficult. Needing multiple appointments and seeing different medical staff. Since booking this appointment I have been nothing but promt and proactive. Original my appt was at 8 am and I had a van left asking me to come in early at 7:45 so I agreed being accommodating for them. I arrived at 7:38 and the door was locked so I drove next door the Taco and waiting to see if a car would pull in soo once I saw a black Prius pull in I got in my car and drove right back Into the parking lot. It's now 7:48 and I wait for the employees to unlock the door and then I walk in. Once I walk-in I let them know I was there for a 7::45 appointment and she immediately just said I missed my appointment. I was shocked because I just saw her and another man unlock the door. I said but you we not open. she said you were supposed to be here at 7:30. She was so cold and not caring and just said we need to reschedule you. I drove all the way here at 7 am. I was so upset I had to just leave before I got so upset. I just walked out. I've made a complaint with my attorney and will try to contact the BBB. I cant because they we're late my appointment gets canceled and she was so rude and didn't offer any accommodations. She kept claiming I was supposed to be there at 7:40 am. I have text ! Extremely Claustrophobic had to take a MRI for my shoulder and I kept on telling my doctor that I can do a closed unit so he sent me here for open unit, and honestly still couldn't do it the top is literally so close to your face still ! But thankfully I was assigned the nurse Eliza! Right off the bat she was friendly and kind. I laid down and my heavy breathing already started. She noticed and told me that it was ok and showed me how it will feel inside to see if I can handle it and I went inside and I couldn't ! I started having a small panic attack and she was there to soothe me ! I felt no judgement and compassion. I actually had a great time here! Sounds funny to say because it's a medical exam facility and I went here to get an MRI done. Plenty of parking and the ladies at the front were very friendly. I filled out my forms as needed and used the restroom. The gentleman who helped me with the MRI procedure was Juan. He's friendly, considerate, and very relaxed. He gave me ear plugs so it wouldn't be as loud. I was in the MRI machine for 25 minutes and that went by quickly! Because I was at ease and had good support up until then, I just laid there and time flew. Really great experience due to kind and efficient staff! read more

Worst customer service ever at the Downey location. I arrived 15 minutes EARLY instead of 20 minutes early because I couldn't find the place and they refused to honor my appointment. When I asked to speak someone they ignored me and told me to call the main office and wouldn't even allow me to speak to the person in charge. I told her I didn't want to call anyone about it, I was early for my appt and what they were doing wasnt right. The lady kept insisting I call someone else and gave me a number then told me to leave since they were canceling the appt. I told them my phone was dying and to please call on their landline which was right in front of me so I could speak to whoever was in charge. The lady ignored me and walked away. I tried to call from their landline phone and she came over and quite literally ripped the phone out of my hands. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt assaulted. I tried to call the number from my cell but had to go to my car to put it on the charger. The only guy working there (the technician) started following me to my car trying to record me (I think he was hoping for some kind of reaction from me for his tiktok or whatever) I wasnt comfortable with him stalking me and asked him to please stop as I had left the building. Even as I drove away he was trying to record me and it literally made me feel sick to my stomach at how creepy he was being. Again, I was early to my appointment by 15 mins and they refused to see me. If they wanted me there exactly 20 minutes early then they should have made my appointment for that time. I like this imaging center a lot! I got in an car accident few weeks ago, went to chiro, chiro said will send me to get MRI done. I got a call after the 1-2 business days outside of the weekend since I went to a chiro on Friday afternoon. Mario who was my technologist was super nice, will chat w you and make sure you are comfortable in the position you are going to be in for about 30 mins. Super cool guy super cool place! Had to get a MRI scan for my back today and I was so scared because I'm claustrophobic but the MRI scan was thankfully open so it wasn't too bad but the MRI tech Mario was so comforting! He gave me a blanket if I was cold and told me to let him know if I couldn't handle it to tell him and he'll stop the scanning. It was super quick too!
