The waiting room looked like a typical waiting room area. Once called in and taken thru the doors...this place was amazing. It looked like an emergency room at any major hospital. All the rooms had beds. They have X-rays, CT scans and MRI machines. I saw NP Courtney Rompel. She was as thorough, skilled and experienced as any Internist I have seen. She was very proactive and was able to address all my medical needs. You are a rock star NP Rompel! I was so appreciative for her concern, care and bedside manner. She even noticed I had some wax build-up in my ear. I can't remember the last time my ENT looked in my ear. My ear was subsequently flushed by the great technician on duty assisting NP Rompel. Side Bar: A few days later I was having an issue with some antibiotics I got at CVS (on the same property). The medication was cracked and disintegrating. CVS refused to exchange the medication without a new prescription. I wish I was kidding but I am not. So back I go to the urgent care and they immediately contacted CVS for replacement medication, without hesitation. I was so grateful for for the treatment I received by NP Rompel, the responsiveness for the medication re-do request, and just in totality an overall fabulous experience. I am on the mend thanks to all the great staff at Continuem Urgent Care! With gratitude!

The package promotion was listed on their website when I booked for $65 and they charged me $72 it was about 15-20 min session. The exam bed has no paper nor sheets, during this Covid19 they should at least have the bed covered, once my session was over they didn't even provide any towels nor paper towels/tissue to wipe ultrasound gel off my belly I had to wipe with my undershirt. Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.

I was delightfully surprised. I arrived an hour early, and when I arrived, the waiting room was busy, but I was able to sign in within five minutes. The attendants at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was prepared for a long wait, but I was called about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The technicians were also friendly and warm, taking the time to explain the process and help make me comfortable. The level of attention was better than I received at centers in Irvine. The test was easy and painless, and they got me in and out in a fraction of the time I expected to be waiting. The only reason I couldn't give them a five is that the facility (compared to Irvine) was old. One of the bathrooms had a door handle that couldn't be locked, and a sign on the mirror said the sink was out of order; use the hand sanitizer. Facility aside, the service was very good, and I would return if I had to again.

This most recent visit, was in here for a simple x ray. I checked in and went to grab a magazine and no more than 7 minutes later they called me up. They did call me up with a group of 5 other people but sat us in a different waiting area. From there, I waited an additional 5 minutes and was called in promptly. I had my x ray done start to finish in 25 minutes(with appointment). All the staff members are cordial, kind caring and polite. The business itself is wonderful and plenty of room to sit in. There is a separate line for each procedure you are here for(mammogram, mri, ray, etc). I do recommend getting an appointment online, will save you time. Overall, excellent experience!
