Suffered with a nagging cough with congestion for last 10 days. Scheduled an appointment with my PCP but it is a week away. Could sleep last night because of my cough. Visited this urgent care facility. Was seen by Dr. John. His bedside manner is awesome. He was attentive, kind and showed that he actually cared! He examine me and presented some recommendations. I I was treated at the facility. Breathing treatment, and medication. Marisa and Susy, the medical staff, very professional and helpful. By the way, it was not too busy, today is Thursday and it is 10AM. Did not have to wait long. The lobby is large and the facility is clean.

Simple clean room. Enough space for a single patient with guest and doctor.

The weekend will be the busiest, so I went. Lol But that is hey I give this place 5s. The wait was still reasonable. I waited about an hour and a half before being called back, and once I was inside, I waited no more than 20 minutes. The service was fantastic. This is the first urgent care I've been to that truly went above and beyond. they didn't just write a prescription and send me on my way. They actually took the time to hear me out and offered several treatments right there in the clinic. The staff was very open to answering all of my questions and the ‍doctor didn't mind side conversations, even when they weren't directly related to my visit. The clinic itself was very clean and honestly one of the best urgent cares I've been to. I also appreciated that they didn't push any unnecessary testing. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return.

Strong clinical support staff and pharmacy services, but cost proved prohibitive as dose increased. I had to switch to a different provider.

She was admitted saturday morning and was discharged in the afternoon on Sunday. Visitation Rights: 2 times. Location/Parking: Located between Venice and Catesby Ln.. Paid parking can be found in their private parking structure, meter parking along Grand/surrounding streets, and/or the place we decided to park near the metro station next to LA Trade Tech which was free on Saturday. It was about 15 to 20 minute walk. Ambiance/Decor: Hospital is alright and relatively clean. They also have a outdoor patio to sit and enjoy some sunshine. Order Of Visitor Operations: 1) Walk in and get a visitor badge. They have face masks on the counter for you. 2) You can visit the gift shop or just take the elevator to where your love one/ones are. Service/Experience: Service was great. The nurses and doctors that were assigned to my mom provide great care and was thorough in explaining of the procedure that was going to be done on the following day. The nurses didn't struggle with operating the aspirator device compared to the other hospitals that she was transferred to before going to Diginity. Long story short, my mom had gastritis and was actually able to go home on the same day she had the EGD. Dignity Health For Thought: Overall, my mom's experience was good and the nurses and doctors were professional and thorough in their explanation of the procedure that was going to be done. Glad she able to go home on the same day.

If you have loved ones, please think carefully before coming here…read more My brother passed away while under this hospital's care, and our family was not properly informed about how critically ill he truly was. For weeks, we were told he was "sick" and that his liver was "not doing well." It was only at the very last moment that we were told he was actually in severe liver failure with kidney and multiple organ issues. We were led to believe he was improving, which is why he was moved to the 9th floor to "recover on his own" with minimal support. If his condition was truly life-threatening, we do not understand why this was done, why he was not monitored more closely, or why our family was not clearly warned. When his condition suddenly worsened, we were only told at the very last minute how serious it was. We were told he could not be transferred, despite the situation being life-threatening. He had been hospitalized since Thanksgiving, yet critical decisions and communication were delayed. My brother passed away last week. What hurts most is not only the loss, but the lack of transparency, urgency, and communication during his care. Families deserve honesty and timely updates -- especially when someone's life is at risk.

We checked in, got a visitors pass and went to the maternity floor. We got to the floor and had to push a button at the intercom to be let in to that section. A nurse came in to teach my sister in law how to get the baby to latch when breastfeeding and just giving her great information. She was extremely friendly and patient when my sister in law would ask her question. All of the nurses were extremely friendly and so helpful. They were taking great care of my sister in law and niece. On the main floor where you check in they have a coffee robot. I ordered the iced dirty matcha (w/espresso & almond milk) it was $6.24. The drink was maybe a medium size. (I did not get a picture I was too excited to see the baby ). The drink was so delicious, it was perfect not sweet and well worth the price and convenience.

Beware, this ER is not safe and they do not prioritize their patients' care and wellbeing…read more My sister is dead now. But I still remember her first day in this ER and the atrocious care she was given. She was discharged home from the ER at midnight, in an ambulance (in an ambulance because she could not walk due to paralysis she was having on one leg -- scary, right?), and the ambulance drivers brought her upstairs to her apartment on a gurney and placed her on her couch and left. She lived alone and had no friends/family nearby. She realized her cell phone was almost out of charge and could not physically get her power cord, so she called them to come back and help plug in her phone at least (which they did.) Once it charged, she call her far-away family with the update that she was home, but still having paralysis -- with no realistic diagnosis. During days of expensive in-home nursing care 8-8pm while the family regrouped on next steps, one late night she tried to get to the restroom on her own, but fell and fractured her leg. In the days immediately following, at another hospital, she was diagnosed (after proper scans were done) with stage 4 cancer -- a 28cm tumor on a primary organ. That would have been hard to miss had Glendale even done scans to explore her symptoms of PARALYSIS. (Oh, about the leg paralysis: the cancer had metasticized to a primary joint that was so badly necrosed her leg did not work. And that was before the fracture from a fall.) She was already in bad, bad shape when she initially got herself to the Glendale ER that first day. Next, we quickly moved on with a new hospital and providers, and did not have time to deal with that first 18 hrs at Glendale. Eventual follow up calls to their patient satisfaction team quickly resulted in: "Call the manager of the ER with your complaints." No real accountability from the pt satisfaction team. Or maybe they were just sick and tired of trying to field the complaints about their ER. Between the midnight dumping on her couch by the transit company (at the hospital's orchestration) and the egregious misstep of not performing some tests to begin to identify her issue -- my poor sister received nothing that I would say resembled "care." Far from it. Their dismissiveness and poor care even paved the way for an additional injury from a fall -- a complicated hip fracture that took 3 painful months to heal, on top of stage 4 cancer. Glendale, you made her health worse and delayed her from getting the right diagnosis and care at a catastrophic time. There are amazingly empathetic healthcare workers out there who have devoted their careers to caring for others and do it well -- keep searching for those dedicated, skilled healthcare workers! Avoid this Glendale hospital if you need help.
