The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

I was delightfully surprised. I arrived an hour early, and when I arrived, the waiting room was busy, but I was able to sign in within five minutes. The attendants at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was prepared for a long wait, but I was called about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The technicians were also friendly and warm, taking the time to explain the process and help make me comfortable. The level of attention was better than I received at centers in Irvine. The test was easy and painless, and they got me in and out in a fraction of the time I expected to be waiting. The only reason I couldn't give them a five is that the facility (compared to Irvine) was old. One of the bathrooms had a door handle that couldn't be locked, and a sign on the mirror said the sink was out of order; use the hand sanitizer. Facility aside, the service was very good, and I would return if I had to again.

Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.
