Walking me through the whole process and keeping me informed of what is happening. Plus adding humor to the whole thing really made me relax. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the front desk staff. As a person who manages a medical office I understand what should be expected when you walk in to a place like this. When I stepped in it seemed the main person in the front computer was on the phone while the one in the back was just on the computer. Neither one acknowledged me as I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do. The one that was on the phone eventually asked me if I had an appt. That was it "no hello welcome" nothing. To me that's just bad manners and terrible customer service. As I was leaving I had to wait for Mario to hand my disc copy of my images and once he gave it to me that was it once the again they were on the phone I wasn't sure if I had to do anything else or if we were done with the appt. I understand being busy and having patients on the phone but a quick "hi welcome take a sit I'll be right with you" goes a long way and more if it's the first time a patient comes in for these exams. I arrived at 8:20am today (Wed), door was open, and there were already 2 people waiting ahead of me. Front desk lady was friendly and smiled. 8:45 rolls around and I get my xrays taken. Quick and easy. I also used the restroom on my way out and it was very clean. To the other bad reviews about the wait time....for an xray clinic (or for any walk in clinic, for that matter) it is rather inevitable. My advice would be to come first thing in the morning like I did (or even earlier, perhaps try 8:00am). Or, call ahead of time and try asking what would be a slower time of the day. I walked out at 9am and there were already more than a handful of people in the waiting room. Tip #1: Arrive early. They open at 8:30am, but try arriving at 8am. Tip #2: Building is easy to find off of Beach Blvd. Actual office location (Suite #106) is located on the northeast part of the building.

I was also concerned by the way Lily interacted with other employees. From what I observed, her communication came across as disrespectful and dismissive. The staff appeared overwhelmed and uncomfortable, which reflected poorly on the workplace environment. Additionally, I noticed her spending time on her phone rather than appearing focused on work responsibilities. Because of this experience, I decided not to schedule my appointment and will be seeking care elsewhere.

I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .

Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.

They offer many different services like finding out the gender, ultrasound as early as 6-8 weeks, 3D/4D, and a combination of 3D/4D/HD live. You can also add on a stuffed animal that has the sound of your baby's heartbeat! We chose the package for 3D/4D/HD live. We were able to see our baby move and see her cute little face! It was such a cool and fun experience. After the ultrasound, we were given print outs and a little USB of all the pictures and video of the live footages of the baby moving! If you're thinking about doing this, I highly recommend this place! You can book an appointment online and they are flexible and have a lot of time slots available.
