The most amazing and pleasurable experience we could ask for! Dawn, the owner, was so knowledgeable about everything we were looking at. She was very thorough with her explanations and very kind and generous with the time she spent on us. We got some amazing images and a cd with video of our ultrasound. Miranda was also very helpful. She was one of the techs who also spent a great deal of time with us looking at our precious little baby girl. I highly recommend this place. ***ALERT!!!**** DO NOT go to this place!!!!!! My husband and I went to this place a few weeks ago to find out the gender of our baby and after being there for about 45 mins the tech told us we were having a BOY!! I was very excited to find out I was expecting a boy (since I have two daughters already) only to find out days later by my OB's office that I'm having a GIRL based on (NIP) blood test and ultrasound done at my OB's office. I called Peek- A-Boo office and spoke to Jessica and explained to her that the tech who performed my ultrasound had made a mistake and had given me an inaccurate result and would like a refund. Jessica, said she would have to speak to the owner in regards to the refund and that she would call me back. She called me back in within the hour of speaking to her and told me the owner wouldn't be able to refund me since the money I paid for applied towards the tech's time spent while doing my ultrasound (even though she gave me the wrong result)! Not only did I waste my time here but my money as well! I am conscious and understanding that we are far from perfect and we as humans all make mistakes but when we do we must take accountability, and not make a profit when not deserved!! I bought my daughter a groupon for the "Classic" peek. We went this past saturday and it was a great experience! I forgot what the first girl's name was that was doing the ultrasound...sorry! She tried really hard but couldn't get a clear view of her face. The baby likes to have her arms in front of her face apparently LOL. My daughter is further along than they prefer because it's easier to get a good view earlier in the pregnancy. But she tried for a long time! Then Dawn came to the rescue and was able to get some great shots of the baby! They were super sweet and patient and made everyone feel comfortable. My wife and I have been going here throughout our entire pregnancy. Every visit has been unreal. The staff and especially the owner are totally friendly and personable. The owner knows her stuff, she's been doing this for decades. The most recent 4D pictures we got were amazing!! It's unbelievable being able to see our daughter before she is even born. I cant recommend this place enough. We are looking forward to being able to come in again should my wife and I decide to have more children! My wife and I recently had an appointment to see our little princess, we heard her heart beat, saw her face, little hands, nose, cheeks, etc. Very professional and relaxing environment. Definitely recommend this place. We were given print outs of our baby and also a disc with the images. Our princess was stubborn and had her face covered with her hands, as mentioned in previous reviews, patience prevailed and our princess finally said "peek-a-boo!" Definitely recommend this place. I forgot the lady's name but this is her main office. Her staff is over at Fetal memories. I chose her main office because she is able to send the 4d through email making it easier and accessible to caption parts or screenshot parts of the video while in Fetal they dont have the option to email only DVD. Not sure why. Overall I love how she was patient, very friendly, and does everything she can to explain parts of the baby that are hard to see lol. She has a good sense of humor she gets really excited when she gets a good shot considering she has been doing this since 1997. Prices are affordable. She also collabs with a photographer. I asked about the beautiful baby pictures she had on the wall. She gave me a certificate for a discount since I asked. read more

First off, we loved this place! Karen and her ultrasound tech student were so awesome! My fiancé and I had the chance to share this special moment in finding out the sex of our baby through them. I came in at 13 weeks 2 days preggers and she was able to tell us and point out that our child-to-be will be a girl on the screen. I was searching for a 3D ultrasound that will take same day appointment, and a lot of places that I called went straight to voicemail or they just won't pick up. So I found this place and I've tried calling them once but she didn't pick and I saw another number that says text. I texted her and she replied right away, and I was able to make my appointment. I started talking to her via text around 1130 and she was able to see me at 1230 same day. She was very accommodating, and she's so nice. It was kind of hard to find my baby girl face because she was covering her face the whole time, so Dawn told me to take a walk and eat some candy and it works, she finally moved her hands from her face and we were able to see her beautiful face. So now we have a couple pictures of her smirking and just being cute. I recommend this place to all the mommies to be if you want to see your little ones in 3D/4D. OMG, WOULD HAVE GIVEN HER MORE STARS IF I COULD!!!! What an amazing experience we had yesterday. DAWN was so patient, friendly and caring person. Our little one was being so stubborn and would not show us HER jewels but she had me walk around a couple of times, turn on my side, coughing, LOTS OF COUGHING, and try to drink Gatorade and eat surgery candy. Dawn was sooo awesome! She was able to take me same day and she was sooo accommodating! She took her time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. She pointed out all my baby's body parts and was able to keep the gender a secret and write it down so my husband and I would be able to open it together! I had my anatomy scan the next week and they also confirmed it's a girl! I will definitely be back to see Dawn within the next few weeks to see how the little baby is growing! I had a great experience with Dawn, she was patient and very helpful, it took us a while to get a good 3D picture because my baby was hiding behind my placenta at times.
