Been listening to a recording for 20 minutes! Trying to schedule a mammogram. The irony is the canned message says" We are working to improve our service so you may experience longer wait times" haaaaa And another irony is I heard these same message 6 months ago. What could have been an anxiety filled waiting period was stopped immediately after I spoke to Karin. She made me feel heard and assured me I was in good hands. I just turned 40 and went in for my very first mammogram and breast ultrasound. Since I have dense breasts, I asked my doctor to order an ultrasound along with the mammogram for extra peace of mind. I was nervous at first, but the entire experience turned out to be smooth and reassuring. From the start, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles--thank you Rafaela and Veronica for making check-in so easy. Ally, the ultrasound tech, walked me through everything step by step, and Kimberly made the mammogram completely painless and quick. I also decided to add the AI option for just $49, which gave me even more confidence. When Dr. Meng recommended a biopsy, I was terrified--but Liz was so kind and supportive during the procedure, which really helped. A couple of days later, I got the best news: my results were negative! Gina, the nurse navigator, even called to check in and answer my questions. This whole team is amazing. They made what could have been a scary process feel manageable and supportive. I highly recommend this center to anyone--don't let fear get in the way of your health. I'll be reminding all my friends and family to stay on top of their annual mammograms too! read more

Care is good, but I really wish they offered Trabecular Bone Scores with their DEXA. Although it's important to repeat your DEXA on the same machine each time for greater accuracy, I may end up finding an imaging center that includes the TBS with their DEXA at my next visit. read more

I am only reviewing their awful AI-driven phone menus and billing system -- not the staff who perform the mammograms (they are kind and professional). The problem is everything else: - Their bot texts schedule appointments I never made and demand insurance info they already had five months ago. - Their phone system is a dead end--you call, get stuck in menus, and never reach a human. - And worst of all, the billing is predatory. Medicare covers my biopsy. My insurance has told them twice that if they simply corrected the coding, Medicare would pay. I wrote three letters spelling this out -- no response. Instead, they refuse to fix their mistake and sent me to collections while I'm in cancer recovery. My insurance confirms I am not responsible for this bill, yet I'm the one being harassed. The imaging staff is pleasant, but the cold, impersonal, robotic billing system and horrible, robotic phone and text messages make this place unbearable. Their refusal to correct obvious errors shows arrogance and zero compassion for patients. Until they fix their coding, billing, and phone systems, I will never set foot in this place again--and I'd advise others to think twice. read more

Wonderful care and staff. My first visit was for the ultrasound and they were very thorough. The patient advocate and nurses are incredibly caring. For my biopsy Dr Meng was incredible fast no pain and also very caring. Lie Flemenco the Ultrasound Nurse was so sweet and really helped me relax and feel taken care of! I recently had a core biopsy and stereotactic biopsy back to back and it couldn't have gone any more smoother. The core biopsy took all but 10 mins and Dr Lee and Lizbeth were amazing. Dr. Lee did my stereotactic biopsy and I had a technician named Bobbie who was just as awesome. I can't say enough how amazing that stressful situation went. The post biopsy healing process has been going very well also. read more

I had a mammogram and bone density test on 12/1/25. Both were on time and very professional, friendly, and non-stressful. The receptionist was extremely kind and efficient after I had left my dr's order at home. She calmly had it faxed to her, making me feel better. My only complaint is the underground parking--do not like it! read more

Kim the technician was the only part of my visit that got any stars at all . She was warm and professional and very adept with her skills. The parking is $5 with no validation. I waited 45 minutes before my name was called and then was told it was because of a computer 'issue' yet the person in charge didn't think to mention why the wait was so long. Poor management, poor communication. read more

Booked an appt with a surgeon for a consult and it was 3 weeks out. Day of I had not received confirmation so I chatted with customer service via text on their website site and no appt found. WOW! I even spoke with records who requested all my records from my former breast center. I will not be returning here. read more

I found a lump in my right breast and at 32 I was terrified. I got a referral to women's imaging center for a mammogram and an ultrasound. I had the worst anxiety leading up to my appointment and when I was called back by Janessa to do my mammogram I was sweating... by the end of my mammogram I was so relaxed, even laughing. Janessa was so kind and gentle. She ended up easing my anxiety without even getting results! Turns out I'm fine luckily but it wasn't as bad as I had imagined! It's also so amazing that they give you your results immediately before you even leave! read more

She looked at me with such reassurance and said, "I'll be your technician--don't worry, everything will be okay." Her kind words and calming presence made a real difference that day. When I returned for the biopsy, Lizbeth was just as warm and compassionate as I remembered. She reassured me once again, comparing the process to a simple dentist visit, which helped ease my nerves. During the procedure, she talked me through everything and even shared taping techniques to help with the initial pain of the anesthesia. I had a horrible experience at this location 4 weeks ago. The site is lovely, clean and new, but the service is horrendous. It was literal chaos with women trying to check themselves into kiosks that did not function. The front desk staff was extremely rude and told the women they did not know how to operate the kiosks, which was clearly not the case. I had a lot of trouble and was yelled at across the room to come to the front desk and I would be helped. I explained I didn't like the way they were talking to people telling us. We did not know how to operate the kiosks when it was clearly a problem with their software. /Hardware/kiosk. To top it all off I have a bill saying that my insurance denied the claim. The people who. " Helped me" at the front desk put in old insurance information for me despite the fact that I gave them my insurance card. I believe this was done out of malice on that day because I dared to complain about the way we were being treated. I will be asking my referring doctor to find a new location for services. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but now that I have this billing issue due to their ineptitude, I felt compelled to tell my story. read more

Love this facility but don't care for the new location. Couldn't figure out the parking and ended up getting dropped off. Just as well because they don't validate. The patient parking is underground. When you drive in straight ahead its employee parking, just before that there's a sign on the right side on the sidewalk that points to parking. That's the parking for patients. BEWARE the underground parking structure at their new Main Street location. My experience with parking there raised my blood pressure and heart rate. The Center itself is fine - the usual professional staff, quick service, etc. If you have to go there, use an Uber/Lyft or have someone drop you off. Sadly, the underground parking structure's design is horrible - you can get stuck in a line going in or out, you definitely need a compact car or smaller vehicle, and you have to pay electronically - no cash. The markings on the elevators are bad (I had to help someone who got lost in the elevator). And the parking is not validated by the Center. There's no free parking nearby. Not the staff's fault, which is why I give the actual Center 5 stars. read more

Several issues Please note that I did reach out to the office prior to posting this but no return call which tells me I don't matter to them. The billing is horrific and as another reviewer mentioned robotic. I was unable to use my care credit because of this issue. My main concern is that I was placed in a hall after having additional views taken to be given my results in the hall in front of another patient. This is beyond unprofessional and I believe a violation of HIPAA. read more

First of all, this is like a third world country address. Multiple "for lease" signs as you walk around the entire building. Then you FINALLY find it. Only to discover that the front desk personnel are CLASS A surly. And they demand to see your PHYSICAL order from your doc. Stating "we were told you were a physical hand carry". Not sure WHO said that, because it wasn't me. When I said that I didn't have the PHYSICAL piece of paper and that maybe we needed to reschedule, MAGICALLY they were able to produce the order. Not sure why this cranky front desk pretended they couldn't find it. Oh wait, more games designed to make patients feel like they are BOTHERING the staff. Listen dudes up in here. You don't have jobs if patients stop coming. And patients should stop coming because they get treated like THINGS that are bothering the front desk. Not sure what happened to kindness and courtesy, but this office is sorely missing any of those attributes. Do NOT come here. I went to this facility for bone density scan from a back injury I suffered last December. The facility is located on Batavia St near St Joseph's Hospital Medical Center. The facility was nicely maintained with lots of parking. I had an appointment at 10am and I was in treatment room almost immediately. The small room I was in was was very clean and orderly. My technician was absolutely amazing...very helpful in patiently explaining the process. He put me at ease and helped me to get in position to be scanned.
