Service is horrible. They lie with appointments. I don't know why the doctors office even uses this place. They need new management asap.

In spite of the fact that I couldn't get a breast ultrasound/mammography appointment in Anaheim where I live, I love going to the Orange location.

Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.

I left my house at 12:46 (I live two minutes away) so I could get everything in order and still make it in time to pick up my son from school at 2:30. Well, parking was a mess, and I really needed to park close because I still don't know if my knee is fractured or just badly banged up. By the time I got inside, the receptionist had three people ahead of me to check in. Once it was finally my turn, the first thing she said was, "You're late, we're going to have to change your appointment time." REALLY? I asked what she meant--"a later time?"--because when I made the appointment online, availability was already limited. She responded with attitude and said it would have to be at a later time. This lady clearly saw me in discomfort, literally wincing from the pain, and still showed zero empathy. I worked in healthcare for over 10 years. The minute I felt myself losing patience with people, I left. Not everyone can do that, I know--but damn it, if you're in this field, you're supposed to care. Now, four people have gone in before me--and I know not everyone got here on time, especially with how slow she processes everyone. Empathy matters. And today, it was very clearly missing.

I know other locations closer to my home do not charge for parking. I choose this location because it was on the way to my mother's house and had the soonest appointment. Next time, I think I'll take the later appointment. Once I got in the office it was OK. They were very efficient at getting me checked in. I did have to wait for a bit. The gentleman doing the test was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. There were patients taken before me who arrived aftermath but I think they were there for different testing. Mammogram I'm guessing. I was there for a DEXA and that is not available at all locations.

The second time this happened was at UMI Garden Grove. Luckily, the machine broke before they were supposed to inject the contrast. Imagine if they had already injected it and then the machine broke -- that could have been dangerous, especially considering the potential impact the contrast can have on the kidneys. Now they're asking me to come back for a fourth attempt? No, thank you. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. United Imaging has been the worst radiology experience I've ever had. Do not waste your time or risk your health here -- you'll only be disappointed.

Amazing experience from beginning to the end…read more Need an affordable MRI quick to diagnose unexplained problem. You will almost certainly never get it from your insurance company or will have to wait weeks while referral back and forth. HTC imaging just solve this whole issue. The pricing is very affordable with the amount of scan and result that you got. The peace of mind after the thorough scan of your body is priceless. Appointment was easily made. The great owner Sean was able to put me in in 2 days. And he was so caring and personally assuring throughout the whole process. Identifying possible problems right after. The MRI experience is not as scary as I thought. He assured me in every process and you are not going to stuck inside for hours. He let you came out and back in periodically. The ultrasound process is as amazing as the MRI. This is not the first time I did ultrasound. But he knows exactly where and what to look for and show me exactly what my body is doing at the same time. We got a short consultation right after the scan and a detailed board certified report a few days later. Also, all imaging will be given to you in a flash drive. Amazing service. The only thing is it's a little hard to look for. Remember you are looking for a trailer in a parking marked with Siemens. (See my picture). It's next to the medical building. Will recommend this to anyone who need a comprehensive scan and care for your own body more than your insurance company
