Beach Imaging Center was able to accommodate with an open MRI. Max, the tech who handles the MRI machine and testing, made the experience smooth and easy. He spent the entire time sitting next to me telling stories about himself, his family, and more. It was awkward at first because I wanted to respond, but was told to relax. I spent majority of the time listening. It was comforting though. I was able to focus more on what he was saying rather than the enviroment, the machine, and flashbacks I was having. Max was super sweet! I appreciate how he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks Max! This facility is very clean, front staff is friendly, appointment was easy to arrange, and prices are reasonable. Stuck up women took me in for xray, didn't even look at me, vaguely telling me where to put my things, irritated tone and demeanor. I asked about the MRI to was here for as well and she looked at me like I was an idiot, it was literally on my paperwork but she couldn't be bothered to look, "just go to the waiting room". Again couldn't be bothered to at least show some direction to the waiting room like almost EVERY damn nurse does at a doctors office! I come back out and of course all the "nurses" in the waiting room are loud with their personal conversations and all openly just eating at the desks. Rude and just not professional. Idk why nurses it's just normal and acceptable to act like people aren't hurting 10 feet from you, little courtesy!

While I was waiting to schedule an appointment, I could clearly hear an employee, whom another staff member identified as Lily, discussing highly personal matters with coworkers in a public area. The conversation included details about family issues and the use of offensive language to describe family members like "bitch" and "whore". And to also hear that her son is going to jail or something related to that . This was inappropriate for a professional healthcare environment and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for patients. I was also concerned by the way Lily interacted with other employees. From what I observed, her communication came across as disrespectful and dismissive. The staff appeared overwhelmed and uncomfortable, which reflected poorly on the workplace environment. Additionally, I noticed her spending time on her phone rather than appearing focused on work responsibilities. Because of this experience, I decided not to schedule my appointment and will be seeking care elsewhere.

However throughout the years of visits I experienced gradual disrespect mainly from Walter and then eventually it became Christina as well as them not picking up the phone or cancelling appointments. I'm not sure if it is due to the fear of being called out that they misdiagnosed me many times for a tumor to have been malicious to be told that it's benign, or just simply Walter's and Christina's disrespect had grown to a level of arrogance where they thought there would be no consequences.
