This was my third time here, and the service has consistently been amazing. The entire team is so kind and incredibly patient--something that means a lot during such an emotional time. At my most recent appointment, Jackie took care of us and she was truly amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time to get the best possible pictures of our 26-week baby. I couldn't believe how clear and beautiful the images turned out! My first time here and it was the best. I had about 14 people viewing the session (the room can accommodate a lot of people!) My baby wasn't cooperating so our tech offered to have us come back about an hour and a half after we had lunch. We ended up getting some good shots! Thanks for a lovely experience! read more

I was so excited to see my baby and couldn't wait for my doctor's appointment. I made a same day appointment and there was no wait. I got to see my baby and was provided with ultrasound pictures and digital. My actual dr appt was not until a month away but being able to see and hear my baby's heartbeat was totally worth it. Katrina was so sweet. We came in on Saturday and baby girl wouldn't cooperate so she told me to come back tomorrow (it was Mother's Day and they were closed). She opened in the morning just to take me so I could get shots for my baby shower ad spent an hour with me. Soooo sweet. She's committed to getting you the photos you want! I booked the massage and 3D scan combo and it was worth every penny. Our photos are so cute and perfect to print for the shower and the massage was everything. You won't feel rushed, they take their time getting all different angles of baby for you. Located on the second floor. We came 10 minutes early to find parking like they suggested. There's not a specific parking lot for them. Luckily I found a close parking spot on the side street that the entrance to the location is on. The entrance is right past the Lola's restaurant on the side street. Made an appointment on a Friday with their flash Friday deal. I really love that they provide a flash drive of all the pictures they take. I also enjoyed the personalities of the technicians who ran my session. My fiancé and I really enjoyed seeing our baby girl here. We were able to see her so clearly. Our baby was being shy at first and kept putting her hands to hide her face. But the technicians had me push the side my belly a bit to see if she'd move her little hands out of her face. Luckily she did and we got to see the cutest expressions from our baby girl. She was smiling and even stuck out her tongue. We were able to get such great pictures of these moments of our baby girl in our belly. They even gave a free tumbler cup and pair of socks to my fiancé for Father's Day. I came in at 26 weeks for a 2D and told the tech we didn't want to know the gender- baby wanted us to know so the tech and to turn off the TV and look for better angles for us where it wouldn't ruin the gender for us. Great service! I received a prenatal massage, and Quiana was so professional and sweet. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage, explained her procedure, and gently pampered me for 90 minutes. This facility is located on the second floor, and it uses two suites: a spa and an ultrasound area. Very kind receptionist/owner lady explained their services and answered all of my questions. As IVF patients, my wife and I were used to seeing our little babe week after week and when we graduated from the IVF clinic, the OB told us we'd get one ultrasound from 12 weeks until birth. We stumbled upon Babes & Bellies and what a wonderful surprise it was. We made a last minute weekday appointment around 16 weeks and were so surprised with how clear the image was! Even with our stubborn little boy,Jackie and Katrina have always gone the extra mile to help us get some quality images to send to the grandparents and keep as keepsakes in the baby book. My wife has booked a few prenatal massages and always feels fantastic after. We love that Babes also has a nice big viewing room so you can bring some extra special guests with you and don't feel super crowded. Make sure to be check out their First Friday events. Attached are some progressions of our little one from 16 weeks to 35 weeks plus we did a True View 8k upgrade during our last session. Wow. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I booked the power to the bump package and surprised my husband with this since he hasn't been able to attend any of my ultra sounds due to COVID-19. Katrina went above and beyond for us. She scheduled our appointment during non office hours to accommodate our hectic schedules. When we arrived the baby wasn't super cooperative (fetus flipped us off for like 30 min). Katrina was very patient and tried different methods of moving the baby's hands from her face. We weren't very successful so Katrina booked an appointment for us to return a couple weeks later and try again. We saw much more the second time around! We are so grateful and appreciative for Katrina. She gave us an experience that no other place could! read more

I went for a 4d ultrasound twice because we can't see his face. One thing that I noticed, if you are the kind of pregnant that feel suffocate lying down all the way and need to be a little in a seating position, this is not a place for you. I don't know if we were not able to see him because of that, I was very uncomfortable and hard to breathe all the time. In my opinion feels not very professional, don't take me wrong, they are not mean or anything but if feels like careless. We weren't able to see my baby and they told me to comeback and pay $40 if I want but I just don't think they try right enough. So I came back home with a bunch of nonsense pictures. I don't recommend it. In my experience it was a waste of time and money. I hope this help other mothers because I really cry all the way back home. read more

Offered bathroom breaks, music, and even gave them snacks to get her to move! They did get some great shots and the owner still offered for them to come back and add to their USB in a few weeks, once the baby has moved her legs! Having two kids of my own, and going to the mall and getting this type of ultrasound done, I was impressed with the owners determination to help my friends see their previous baby! We loved coming to Mommy 4D Ultrasound. With COVID I have not been allowed at doctor's appointments and Amber at Mommy4D allowed us that first time ultrasound for me. Amber was amazing, the baby was very cooperative and we even got a gender (surprise in an envelope for our virtual gender reveal). Amber went above and beyond all expectations and even postponed her lunch time because we got there a bit too early (the excitement!). I had a great experience here! My first try I brought my family and they have adequate space for the ultrasound viewing. Our baby wasn't cooperating much, he kept covering his face with his foot and arms so they told us we can come in for another free session which was awesome. Lexi was great and super patient. 2nd time around it was just my husband and I. Baby was worse and barely let us see him. Can't remember the girls name but we came on a Friday evening and she was great. They told us we can come in 1 more time for free which surprised me and I was so excited to have another chance to see my baby. 3rd time around we had Lexi again and she's wonderful. She's so sweet, patient and does what she can to get the perfect shots. Baby did cooperate so much better this time around and we were sooo happy!
