I had a pretty good experience here. Although they take walk-ins, I made an appointment online for a shorter wait. Prior to your appointment, they'll text/email you a link to check in. The waiting room can get packed so you can wait outside or in your car until they call/text you when they're ready to see you. I probably only waited about 15-20 minutes. They will ask for the order your doctor placed and may ask for your medical card. The staff were all nice and made me feel at ease. They drew my blood pretty quickly and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The results were sent to my doctor's office within a couple of days. This is one of the few Labcorps in the area that's open on Saturdays so I would definitely come back if I needed to on a weekend. read more

Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and was one of only 3 others in waiting room with appointments; all the others were walk-ins. Appointment obviously meant nothing. I was finally called into a room 40 minutes after my appointment. Waited another 10 minutes for a technician to draw my blood. Flobotomist could not find a vein after several painful attempts. He had to call on another person to draw blood from my other arm. She came in 10 minutes later, laughing like Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons. I let her know that I was not happy about their service. She laughed even more saying that's too bad, they are awfully busy. I told her about several walk-ins being treated before my appointment time, but she didn't seem to care. I ended up having to cancel my physical therapy appointment because of the delays here. Why bother going through the trouble of making appointments if can walk in and get served first? read more

I arrived at this labcorp location at 9:02 AM and waited nearly an hour with absolutely no communication, accountability, or organization. Patients were left sitting indefinitely while staff acted as if everyone there was an inconvenience rather than someone seeking medical services. The receptionist was openly rude, dismissive, and hostile, not just to me, but to every single patient she interacted with. I sat in the waiting room long enough to hear every exchange, and not one was respectful or professional. The level of contempt shown toward patients was shocking. What was especially disturbing was watching two elderly patients who clearly needed extra help checking in and had questions. Instead of assisting them, the receptionist intentionally skipped over them, repeatedly calling back other patients while they stood there confused and waiting. It was obvious they were being made to wait longer because helping them required actual effort. The behavior came across as deliberate, malicious, and cruel, particularly towards people who needed basic assistance and patience. As if that wasn't bad enough, the office itself was dirty and unsanitary. There were what looked like fleas crawling on the floor and on the walls in a medical lab. That alone should be deeply concerning and unacceptable by any standard. This location is chaotic, unprofessional, and unhygienic. It should not be trusted with anyone's time, care, or dignity. This place gets many poor poor reviews and I can definitely see why. Really odd operating system, small space, pretty cramped and crowded, if you don't come right when they open, potential very long wait times. The person allowing guests in 2 at a time isn't very clear on the operating system & it comes off pretty rude especially for folks with language barriers. The woman at the front desk isn't very helpful, guests are walking in & being told to go right back outside to wait with no additional context. Someone came in and asked to use the restroom & they asked if it was number 1 or number 2, I found that so ridiculous! I have been using Labcorp as my provider's preferred lab for years. They have become increasingly argumentative about collecting my needed specimen's and performing the lab tests. If they don't like the doctor, they refuse to draw the labs, resulting in me having to re-schedule doctor appointments (which takes months to get another one) and delaying needed care. My most recent visit the phlebotomist initially refused to draw my labs, stating that my previous results were normal, so it wasn't necessary. I argued I just had my doctor's appointment 5" prior and she ordered these done, therefore they needed to be done. She left saying, "I am going to check with the nurse". She returned and I asked, "Well?" She said she would do only the things ordered on that day, not previous orders....and there was no talking her out of it. the doctor had just told me of at least 5 other things she was ordering on that day. But she refused to do anything further. Additionally, I received email that 2 tests results were available but only one result was in the chart. This has happened on several occasions where they just collected the specimen but never ran the test, again causing delay in my appointments and care. I complained but they did nothing. I am letting my provider know I will not continue to use labcorp and have these battles, especially when the phlebotomist thinks she knows better than the doctor what should or should not be done. read more

Great Experience and Takes Walk-Ins on Saturdays!! There are two kiosks to check in on. If you need help checking in on the kiosk, you can always tell an employee, and they will help you. I already have all my information in the system so all I do is scan my I.D., verify my information, and click on what I need done. The waiting room is not big, it's a pretty tight fit during peak hours and Saturdays, but you can always wait in your car and wait to receive a text message for when it's your turn. There's 7 regular waiting room seats and 1 larger waiting room seat. The T.V. plays advertisement, and it has a list on the right that shows how far people are in line. The rooms where they take your blood and such are always clean when I go. There's also two doors; one to the waiting room and one that I'm assuming is supposed to be accessible only to employees as it leads to behind the front desk. The door that seems to be employees only is easily accessible to anyone because they keep it unlocked. It makes me a bit worried for the employees behind the front desk. The employees are usually nice! The front desk people are never mean, they talk very professionally but it is usually spoken in a tired, annoyed tone. The phlebotomists are always great though! They've always easily been able to take my blood. For a LabCorp that takes walk-ins on Saturdays, you can't be too judgy on your experience there. While we were checking in, an elderly woman came and asked to check in, and an employee told her she needed to use the iPad but refused to help her do so even when it was clear that this woman was not able to navigate the technology. Best time to come in is right when they open. I've been here multiple times but I am hating my last visit for sure. I checked in at 9:10am. I've been here before so when i wasn't called in at around 9:50, I went up to the front counter and asked were I was in line. I wasn't mean. I asked the lady if she could tell me where i was in line bc i was there for almost an hour. Her response: "it'll be about 10min." I was called in to a room at 10:38am. Waited in the room another 15-20 min. Lady comes in and I'm done 3min after. My recommendation is come in early or expect to be there like 2 hours. Never really had a bad experience here. To me it's all common sense- like if you don't have an appointment/just walk in obviously you're going to wait a long time. Very nice area with plenty of parking, although its shared with other units. Due to CoVid, only four patients are allowed to wait inside. I love the system they have going. They have a check in machine where your information is collected. Your medical number along with the reason for your visit. The machine is an awesome idea because not only would it keep the staff safe but it would also keep the line moving. They provide alcohol prep pads to clean your hand before and after using the machine. The also provide sanitizer. Also to keep the clinic clear, the staff would take down your phone number and send a text when they are ready to see you. In the meantime, they have you wait in your car. Due to the fact that walk-ins are allowed, the wait could at times be an hour or more. Bring some entertainment with you. Games and movies read more

Here is what's wrong with it: Unless you get there about an hour before they open, you will be waiting about 45 to 3 hours to get bloodwork done. Not even complicated blood work. This is true fit those of us that must fast before bloodwork. This is true during the week too. Less experienced techs seem to work on the weekend and have caused bruising from the blood draws. We get this every week. Tried them several times and each time there is a problem. Instead we go to another location in another city that has much better techs. Labcorp: please improve your service here. We have to drive twice as far because of the inferior service at this location. We have gone too many locations, at least 10 over the last two years and this one is by far your worst location. read more

I went to lab corp this morning at 6:59 bevause on the phone it states they open at 7:30 (not just on Saturday's) it said Monday through Friday 7:30- until. I experienced a very rude staff named Sandra. I asked for her last name and did not receive it. I still called the number to complain and also emailed the site supervisor. He was very helpful. His name was glennn. I left my ID in the car and I went outside to get it, when I came back inside she told me I had to go back and wait in line... I was already inside and just left my ID in the car why would I go to the back of the line?! She also said she heard me tell others " I was in the car " so let me get this straight you heard me tell other people " I was in the car " and you still let me in? incorrect. I was talking to the old men I was with letting him know we been here so early we were in the car waiting over an hour. We came out the car once other people started to pull up. She tried to close the door in my face and I pushed it open, I walked in and I said who is her supervisor? The supervisor Jennifer then took her side at first until i explained to her me and the other older men was here since 7 AM: she then said let me verify with the men and she did: she came back and apologized, took my information and I was placed in a room. How embarrassing l on their behalf, I'm also pregnant and did not eat yet which is why I was there so early because I needed to do blood work. Sandra was very nasty;, almost racist like.
