With my wrist and arm swelling up by the second and the rest of me hurting from the fall, they asked me to leave and go to the hospital instead. I have never! My husband is a neurosurgeon. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! This clinic has fell off big time compared to when they first opened…read more The waiting area is nasty and trifling. The floor looks like it has not been mopped in months. The staff is lazy, unprofessional and will misdiagnose you but wants you to come back and pay another fee if your symptoms have not improved within 3 days. They give me scam vibes. The nursing staff is probably the reason nursing is not considered a professional anymore because every staff member is sitting on their lazy ass. The staff members work on demon time, rude, act like they hate their job and not friendly at all. Most of them should be fired and the clinic needs to be shut down because they are clearly running a shit show up in there. ONCE AGAIN, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Got to the clinic on time, checked in, and had to re-provide everything because the woman at the front counter couldn't figure out how to pull my chart/appointment. After waiting 15+ minutes a nurse finally came to take my temperature/weight/blood pressure. I then waited nearly 2 additional hours before going outside to ask the women at the front desk to reschedule as I still haven't seen my doctor by 5PM when I had an appointment scheduled for 3PM. They laughed and admitted that doctor is "never on time" and "probably forgot about you and may not even be at the clinic anymore". So I wasted 2 hours sitting in a medical clinic waiting for a doctor that didn't even meet with me, exposing me to potential COVID patients for TWO hours for nothing. Then I received a "summary email" from today's consultation as if I actually met with a doctor. I don't know if they are billing my insurance or not, but this location is a joke. I never even met with my doctor but I received an email summarizing my meeting with my doctor?!? This place is a fraudulent, disorganized, unprofessional joke...
