She made us feel very unwelcome and obviously does not have a passion for what she does or, compassion for the people she provides her services too. Not sure if she's always like this or, if she was just having a bad day. Hoping that it was the latter and I Pray that your experience will be different from ours. As the face of the facility, I expected better professionalism. In my personal opinion, she could use some public relations training. On a better note, the technicians and nurses did an excellent job and represented the company well. They're the reason I gave this review three stars rather than a one. Hopefully the receptionist can brush up on her people skills and understand that people who are entering the facility are only there because they're hurting and seeking medical expertise. They don't need the additional burden of dealing with a sour attitude in the midst of their pain. Especially the ELDERLY!!! Thank you for reading the entirety of this review. Hope it helps someone. May God Bless you and have a Great day.

Yes, I understand that I brought my 84yo mother here for a "cold", which is low priority compared to other medical issues. But, it is also quickly diagnosed (even an on-site COVID Test they'll require doesn't take but maybe 10-15min) However, OVER 2 HOURS is Ridiculous‼ So far I've seen 4 Cars leave in total. Next time, I'm taking her to the other "Newer" "Urgent" care facility that is AFTER the Hospital when heading toward Walmart. When we passed their building to come here, there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. I only brought her here, because she wanted to come here as she has been here before! Obviously, having visited previously didn't help speed up their treatment of her. And 2 HOURS for an easily treated Cold is just (unexpected) and disappointing. EDIT: Now 4:17pm = Approx TOTAL TIME OF VISIT = 3HOURS‼ (For a COLD - COVID Test, a shot & an antibiotic script) I hope that if You are feeling sick and miserable or You have an "Urgent" Medical NEED that You and Your Loved Ones receive TIMELY care, where ever You Go‼ But, No, I do NOT Recommend this "Urgent" Care Facility‼ Good Luck!

The worst place ever!! You would think if you set up an appointment you would be seen at that time,…read morebut NO! Ive been sitting in pain and sickness for over an hour! Anyone who just walks in can go before a person who has an appointment. Three people have gone before me (all walk ins, as it shows you on their waiting room screen) and I have an appointment at 10am, yet now it is 11am! This is absolutely the worst service. The staff are not friendly either and took way too long to get back to me. When I was finally seen, it took them another hour just to get back with me. Two hours I have been here--this is absolutely insane!! There is nothing urgent or care friendly about this place.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! This clinic has fell off big time compared to when they first opened…read more The waiting area is nasty and trifling. The floor looks like it has not been mopped in months. The staff is lazy, unprofessional and will misdiagnose you but wants you to come back and pay another fee if your symptoms have not improved within 3 days. They give me scam vibes. The nursing staff is probably the reason nursing is not considered a professional anymore because every staff member is sitting on their lazy ass. The staff members work on demon time, rude, act like they hate their job and not friendly at all. Most of them should be fired and the clinic needs to be shut down because they are clearly running a shit show up in there. ONCE AGAIN, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
