I was called back to the MRI room before I had completed a questionnaire and the Technician helped me finish. I was treated with kindness and respect through the process. There is plenty of parking; note that the parking lot is accessible from Napoleon Ave only, not Claiborne...which is probably safer. The staff was pleasant and efficient. There were dressing rooms and a locker to place your valuables with keys so you felt safe. The imaging is unpleasant, easy, annoying, disconcerting, no big...depending on what you're having done. Because of the location, I'll definitely be moving all my testing to this location.
