Arrived around 1:00pm, and have been sitting in the parking lot for OVER 2 HOURS‼ This by far can NOT be called "Urgent" Care. Yes, I understand that I brought my 84yo mother here for a "cold", which is low priority compared to other medical issues. But, it is also quickly diagnosed (even an on-site COVID Test they'll require doesn't take but maybe 10-15min) However, OVER 2 HOURS is Ridiculous‼ So far I've seen 4 Cars leave in total. Next time, I'm taking her to the other "Newer" "Urgent" care facility that is AFTER the Hospital when heading toward Walmart. When we passed their building to come here, there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. I only brought her here, because she wanted to come here as she has been here before! Obviously, having visited previously didn't help speed up their treatment of her. And 2 HOURS for an easily treated Cold is just (unexpected) and disappointing. EDIT: Now 4:17pm = Approx TOTAL TIME OF VISIT = 3HOURS‼ (For a COLD - COVID Test, a shot & an antibiotic script) I hope that if You are feeling sick and miserable or You have an "Urgent" Medical NEED that You and Your Loved Ones receive TIMELY care, where ever You Go‼ But, No, I do NOT Recommend this "Urgent" Care Facility‼ Good Luck! read more

The worst place ever!! You would think if you set up an appointment you would be seen at that time, but NO! Ive been sitting in pain and sickness for over an hour! Anyone who just walks in can go before a person who has an appointment. Three people have gone before me (all walk ins, as it shows you on their waiting room screen) and I have an appointment at 10am, yet now it is 11am! This is absolutely the worst service. The staff are not friendly either and took way too long to get back to me. When I was finally seen, it took them another hour just to get back with me. Two hours I have been here--this is absolutely insane!! There is nothing urgent or care friendly about this place. read more

I had to get a tuberculosis test fo r a job, I went in signed all the paperwork and waited three hours for them to call me up to the front and tell me there's a problem with the paperwork my job gave me. Annoying but no problem. So I get new paperwork and the same thing happened I sign in, wait three hours get called up and told that I basically waited for nothing and that they can't see me. Up until this point the paperwork thing has been my fault so no hard feelings. I go to a different clinic to get my tb test done and they tell me there's a problem. In there system it said they already have a test in progress. I don't. We call the tb provider to get it straightened out and he tells us that lake after hours has already registered a test in progress and has been paid 75$ for it. The provider tells us that to fix it we need to call them and get them to change it online. We call them and they tell us they had never heard of me and don't have any record of me despite me going and filling out paperwork twice. I told my aunt about this and she said it's no surprise cause she's had many problemss so with them too. read more

Arrived before closing after calling ahead. It was clear they locked the doors the moment I called. Only took me five minutes to get there. Was rude to me when they let a patient out while I was standing there. I showed them it wasn't even 9 yet and they informed me they use their own time... wtf does that even mean other than we intentionally close early. It's 2017. The little fellow nurse was so nice and had such patience with my scared 4 year old. And the doctor was amazing. She knew exactly what was wrong and called in the medicine fast (pink eye). Her eyes started to get better within the first three applications. Even the lady at the front desk was amazing and so nice. I've never experienced any office where the staff was amazing from start to finish. All star team and all star office. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my precious little girl. read more

What's a family vacation without a trip to an urgent care clinic (and/or ER)?! Needed medical attention for my foot, while traveling from TX to FL for the Christmas holidays. I called ahead to check hours and insurance first (it was Christmas Eve), and the gentleman who answered was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was able to complete most of the intake paperwork online, which made check-in a breeze. Once I arrived there, he quickly scanned my driver's license and insurance card, and all I had to do was sign a quick intake form. I was called and escorted to an examining room in less than 5 min! The intake nurse tapped away at her iPad as I told her my symptoms, medications, health history, etc. The doctor appeared like a minute after the nurse left - so efficient! After listening to my symptoms, asking me questions, and examining my foot, the doctor ended up having to refer me to the ER, but she's definitely a pro. I think I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes = awesome! Random observations: There seems to be a steady stream of patients at this location. The lobby is small, and there isn't a TV or kiddie play area/nook. But, honestly, you won't likely have time for any of that anyway. Note: Only one bathroom in the lobby, and there is NO diaper changing table. If I lived in the area and needed urgent care, I'd definitely go here. read more

I've actually been here several different times over the years for various things. I literally recommend them to everyone. The staff are all professional but really nice, and make you feel at ease during your visit. The whole place is spotless, who doesn't love that. I noticed the first time I went here that they had a touch-less check-in option where I could upload all of my info onto their secure website right from my smart phone. You can do this while in the waiting room or before you even get there. It's nice not to have to be sitting around filling out paperwork in a waiting area with potentially sick people. My family loves the touch-less option and I love that if I brought my grandmother in, she could sit there and write down all of her info by hand on a clipboard the way she feels comfortable doing it. We love options! Anyways, we've been here for everything from basic X-rays to tetanus shots and we were in and out. My family has had nothing but good experiences here. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! Every one is so nice and professional. I have three girls and everyone of them has been here for pink eye to sore throat etc.. I had a great experience here the other day. I came in tonsils swollen with fever and the pain was miserable to the touch. The doc gave me some meds and that same day later after being in bed that night before vomiting, throat closing up, not being able to swallow, having chills, uhh yeah thinking it was food poison. BUT YEAHH he was a major blessing. This facility was being that north oaks doesn't take my insurance and my primary care doctor was like 30 minutes away. Like who wants to drive feeling like that.
