Yes, I understand that I brought my 84yo mother here for a "cold", which is low priority compared to other medical issues. But, it is also quickly diagnosed (even an on-site COVID Test they'll require doesn't take but maybe 10-15min) However, OVER 2 HOURS is Ridiculous‼ So far I've seen 4 Cars leave in total. Next time, I'm taking her to the other "Newer" "Urgent" care facility that is AFTER the Hospital when heading toward Walmart. When we passed their building to come here, there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. I only brought her here, because she wanted to come here as she has been here before! Obviously, having visited previously didn't help speed up their treatment of her. And 2 HOURS for an easily treated Cold is just (unexpected) and disappointing. EDIT: Now 4:17pm = Approx TOTAL TIME OF VISIT = 3HOURS‼ (For a COLD - COVID Test, a shot & an antibiotic script) I hope that if You are feeling sick and miserable or You have an "Urgent" Medical NEED that You and Your Loved Ones receive TIMELY care, where ever You Go‼ But, No, I do NOT Recommend this "Urgent" Care Facility‼ Good Luck!

Dr. Brice had the most professional and personable demeanor. He did an amazing job of asking all of the pertinent questions, while still being friendly. I was able to get in, get out, and get my prescription sent to a convenient pharmacy --- all during my lunch hour. Took my nephew here while I was babysitting him after he developed a fever/flu like symptoms. I was freaking out, I'd never seen him so ill. They worked their magic and we were out within 30 minutes.
