Very disappointed in the food. Everything was cold. I had family visiting totally felt embarrassed. We ordered Dry Aged Strip Steak (medium) it came out like chewing gum/rubber. QB Crispy Fried Wings, absolutely dry, no season the worst wings I ever had on island in over 8 years being here. Kaui Shrimp Pad Thai, over cooked. Island Fish Tacos, tuff like over cooked grilled chicken. Fries were cold, as I'm writing this review I still haven't received my Ceasars salad. Absolutely the worst place I've been to eat on this island in the last 8 years. I'm totally disappointed and embarrassed. I would give it a zero star but tonights performer Is awesome, welcome everyone and ask them where they are from as they walk into the seating area. Christian the performer is the only reason I give this place a 1 star and I rarely post. As a local business owner I will not ever come back here or recommend this place. read more

Queensbreak-more like give me a break. Unfortunately, this was our first & last time going to this restaurant. Oahu is expensive anyways, the more the tourists, the higher the prices. Hotel restaurants will always cost more than regular restaurants, that's a given. But wow, this restaurant was a joke. The "meals" start at $15.00 & no side is included. You have to pay for sides separately (they are $10 each.) I used the term "meal" loosely because each is the size of a sampler or appetizer. The food had no flavor at all. I ordered the fish tacos & my husband the chicken wings. This was the most dissatisfying meal we've had in a long time. I would understand paying a good price for fantastic food. But this was just not worth it. We were still starving after our "meals", we just walked across the street to a very crowded Burger King. The server we had was funny & great. The drinks were good as well which is why I gave it 2 stars. Do yourself a favor & pay $100 at a better restaurant. read more

Three bartenders with three customers and they can't even acknowledge you. Seems extremely poor customer service for the hotel industry. This isn't suppose to be your local sports bar.. or am I wrong? No aloha, no thank you. I had much higher expectations then what was received, and much better service at a dive bar. read more

OVERPRICED. It's 17.50$ for all the cocktails and the wine and beer came in a plastic cup, so where is this money going? The service was slow and it seemed like every table was waiting to place their order or get their food. Maybe that's managements fault for not properly staffing. The ube colada was good but not worth the 17.50$ I got the pizza and it was 20$ for 4 slices that were TINY. (No sides) My husband got the wagyu burger that tasted so mid , 5 guys burgers are better. They even added a 25% gratuity AUTOMATICALLY . I always tip 15-20% regardless of service bc of tough times but my bill was 120$ and my husband and I left hungry. Don't recommend. read more

Great Maitais and bar menu. Kalua nachos and the Caesar salad is what we usually get. I enjoy the ambience especially since it's outdoors and it's got cute patio/outdoor furniture to chillax in. If you're poolside I'd recommend being a bit more proactive to get a menu from the staff, they often miss people who want to order. If your dining in. Yea the wait can be a bit long if they're busy but we've been satisfied with our experience each time we've been there. read more

Worst place ever! Definitely don't waste your time Never got waited on, had to go to bar to get drinks, that didn't bother us at all. 30 minutes later still waiting! We're gone! Definitely the worst service we've had The Who week we've been in Waikiki, there are west better restaurants and bars to visit that This place! Again definitely don't waste your money here! read more

First time visiting Honolulu, stayed at the Marriott and this restaurant is conveniently located in between the two hotel buildings. Nice outdoor seating. The staff was good, frequently checking on the table and refilling drinks. The food was excellent! Quality and taste was fantastic. Would recommend. read more

Great ambience and good drinks. These are the only two positives about this place. The drinks came in flimsy plastic cups, which I thought was very tacky considering the price of the drinks. Food was mediocre. Fries and nachos were good. The mushroom flatbread was chewy and hard to eat. The live music was not good. Not sure if it's the same musician every night but he was boring! If you are staying at this resort, maybe stop here. It is not worth going to if you are staying elsewhere. read more

I ordered the wagu burger but did a double decker 1/2 Pattie's and it was fantastic!, oh man it was worth the $45 lol! Try it out

We are currently on a staycation and have eaten here 3 times. Each time the food has been really good. Chips and salsa are super fresh, drunken clams are great, and steak looks great but we haven't tried it yet. Yes the service is slow...for the tourists reading this there are major hiring shortages and working in Waikiki is a huge pain with traffic and parking so probably even harder to recruit staff. The live music is on point and the atmosphere is really good. read more

Dry tough 35 dollar ribs. 30 Pad tai not cooked. Good fries but cold. You get it. Don't mind paying good money for good food but.... Sent ribs back. Nice server he did not seem shocked. Would have sent the other back but we had to eat something read more

Not so hidden awesome spot for cocktails and tasty bites. Set in the third floor of Marriott Waikiki and Spa, this is the spot for the best sunsets with a perfect island drink in hand. The flatbreads, the burger and the katsu sando were all stand outs but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Live music in a beautiful space sets the tone for a great night. read more

We ordered several apps and many drinks while at the pool. The drinks were all descent, beer selection is ok, would have been nice to have a darker beer option. Wings were a 2/10, worst wings I've ever had, no flavor whatsoever. Flatbread pizza was a 8/10. Nachos were a 7/10, surprisingly good, but confused on why the nacho cheese was cold and the shredded cheese wasn't melted. Service was average, but expected better since we had a cabana. read more

only thing on the menu that is worth it - wagyu burger. it's delicious, comes with fries. don't waste your money on the nachos or the pad thai. the view is nice. the ambiance is good. and so is the live music. read more

The $20 nachos were absolute trash. Tons of bad queso and almost zero toppings. Literally 4 kernels of corn and 2 olives.

Staying at the Waikiki Marriott resort which this restaurant is part of. Was lounging on the 3rd floor by the pool areas and looking at the menu for about 10 minutes before the host returned to the host stand, i then approached her to ask "Hi, when we are ready to be seated do we just come up here?" to which she replied that this is a restaurant and I need to be wearing clothes (I was in a swimsuit bc both pools are 10 feet away). I told her no problem that I had clothes and asked again if we just come to the host stand when ready to be seated. I asked this since we had been there for over 30 mins and nobody was at the host stand the whole time. She then proceeded to tell me 3 more times that I need clothing and that she's ready to seat me now. Very rude and unprofessional to directly not answer a question and continue to be repetitive and condescending. This host lady had very short dark brown hair and was elderly, not sure if she just wasn't understanding me or just takes her job too seriously. Decided to just leave and take my money elsewhere. What a shame that this is the service being given at an expensive resort while people are trying to enjoy their vacations. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere :) read more

Beautiful spot at a wonderfully revamped hotel in a prime area of Waikiki. Great food and ambiance.

Great view, good drinks. You will be drinking into the 300s within the first 20 mins of sitting it you dont watch out. read more

Queensbreak Restaurant - Mango souffle - New American Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Great atmosphere. Food was good. Highly recommend as an option. Live music was outstanding.

Moving the bar a football field away from the ocean was amazingly bad decision making at its peak

This was my second time there. Chicken sandwich was really dry. Then I tried the burger and same thing super dry. I will say they had great drinks though so that's a plus! It's a pool side hotel restaurant so I didn't expect much but would probably not go again unless I am lounging by the pool and hungry. read more

A group of us went last night for the first time. The vibe was great and the live music was on point. We will definitely be returning! I recommend this place for outdoor casual dining. read more

The only good thing about this place is the vibe/atmosphere. The service is horrible. We walked in and waited about 10-15 minutes for a host to even acknowledge us (she even made eye contact but kept walking without saying anything). Must be under staffed because we had to wait forever to see our server when we were trying to pay. Literally had to get up and chase her down because she wouldn't make eye contact with our table. Food was eh, overpriced and not much flavor. Drinks are expensive and small, come in plastic cups. Won't be back read more

I would have given 4 stars, but the food here is seriously overpriced. $20 for 6 chicken wings is a little steep. Overall the food was tasty. read more

Went for happy hour and drinks were in plastic cups made by the pool bar and they were extremely watered down and not good. My margarita was terrible. I ordered HH nachos and they were ehh, it was a good portion but it barely had any jalapeños so when I asked for more I was charged an extra $2 on the bill. Very nice view but I would not recommend what we ordered. read more

Great bartender!! Jose!! Excellent mai tai then nice whiskey. Music was good too. Did not try the food but menu looked interesting

the portions are comically small for the price. I got the poke bowl and was genuinely stunned when it was put in front of me due to how small it was. I felt bad for asking my family to stop for mcdonald's on the way home, but they also were left hungry after eating here, so it worked out. the view and live music were wonderful, but overall this was not worth it in the slightest. read more

Great service. Rooftop restaurant with nightly entertainment. For hotel food its good, little pricey but its nice not having to leave the hotel to get dinner. read more

The food was good. Something for everyone. We had Pork ribs, Pad Thai, Fish Tacos, Grilled cheese. Cheeseburger & fries. The service was the best we've had in Hawaii! Thank you, Scott! read more

This has to be the worst restaurant we went to while on vacation. We stayed at the Marriott so it is convenient but RUN to another spot. The waiter was rude and the food is outrageously priced for beyond mediocre food. The only half decent food there was the burger. The wings were terrible.. the drinks are ok. Slow as can be to get you food, anything extra, drinks, and check. read more

We ordered food at the poolside at the family pool inside Marriott. Unfortunately the food was bland, and we ordered a lot of different dishes. The pad Thai tasted nothing like it, it was greasy and oily with no flavor whatsoever. I paid for a pineapple and I was given a quarter piece that was so overpriced. My husband didn't like the pizza, tasteless and lacked flavor. The only thing worth ordering was the drinks! We won't be ordering food from here again. Save your money! read more

Visited this place for dinner. Food was OKAY nothing I can say was great. The drinks were pretty bad though... like bad. Never wanted to send something back more than those drinks. And for the price they can at least be BEARABLE. The ONLY thing my family and I enjoyed was the live music. The guy with the ukulele (Chris I believe). He was so great and made our visit worth it. read more

I should of looked at the reviews before going here. It looked hip and trendy on the insta add but it is basically a poolside restaurant serving to a tourist crowd that is replenished daily. Food was bland and expensive. Almost $70 for a pork sandwich a chicken sandwich and some wings. No drinks. Chicken sandwich was so dry and bland. Try brining the chicken or seasoning it because that is not worth $25 anywhere. The tonkatsu sandwich needed better trimming on the pork and the chicken wings were again bland and dry. Overall a complete dud and we won't be back. Positive note is the live music was nice. read more

Hi Folks! This is my first yelp review ever--but this place needed it. My daughter and I came here for Thanksgiving Dinner. We had a 5 pm reservation. Our waitress was fabulous! Jeanine. Ask for her. We ordered a Prime Rib Dinner (this was off their special Thanksgiving Day menu), salad and asked for an order of cranberry sauce on the side. Let me tell you, friends--this was the WORST. MEAL. I'VE. EVER. PAID. FOR!! Holy Moly. The $20 salad was nothing special, but I'm fairly certain you get twice as much salad at your average restaurant for 1/4 the price. Seriously! The mashed Taro was good. The Prime Rib was incredibly overcooked. There wasn't one spot of pink in it! I realize they don't have this on their every day menu, but if you're offering it to people who are willing to pay $55 for a smallish-Rib, one scoop of mashed taro and FOUR--count-'em FOUR stems of asparagus, you darn well should practice making them first. The menu said "smoked for 12 hours;" if this is the case, it was at least four hours too long! And the cranberry relish? I have never in my life eaten anything like it. It was so SALTY you couldn't eat it!! I had-literally 2 tablespoons (I kid you not!) and I added an entire packet of Splenda just to get it down!! I don't know what they do to cranberries in Cape Cod (it was called Cape Cod Cranberry Relish), but cranberry was not in it!! We just couldn't figure out what the heck it was! We paid big bucks to share a small salad, a Prime Rib, one scoop of mashed Taro and four pieces of asparagus! Oh and a rum and Diet Coke in a seriously-less-than--eight-ounce-glass that was mostly ice. This was a $100 meal that might have been worth about $40. In Honolulu. Probably $27 stateside. Seriously!! Never. Again. One. Star. Sigh. read more

The location was fantastic! We were able to watch the sky as the sunset changed it from blue to pink and then dusk. It's open air, and of course it's always perfect weather here in Hawaii, so that was really special. The musician Johnny Helm was excellent. He mastered old covers such as brown eyed girl. He was a little loud for conversation, but that was OK since we had been bikeriding and we're tired anyway. Now, onto why I only gave it two stars overall: the portions were tiny and way overpriced! My ginger ale cost $5.25. It was basic Canada Dry on the rocks and a plastic cup. I had the Katsu sandwich, which looked great on the menu description, but when it arrived, I was shocked! It was a tiny chicken Katsu patty smushed between two pieces of white bread with the crust cut off and then sliced into four portions. I couldn't believe I was receiving only this for $18! There was a sauce on the side, and a tiny pile of cabbage and pickled onions on the side. And that was it! I was starving by the time I rode my bike home and had to have an actual supper. My friends had the fish tacos which were tough and tiny. Our service was mediocre at best. He actually started clearing the table before my friend was finished eating! I would recommend this place for drinks and to listen to the music, but for dinner, go elsewhere where you can get a better value. read more

The food is excellent, the atmosphere relaxing and we look forward to visiting every time return to Waikiki.

Overpriced appetizers. Fish tacos were decent. Mushrooms on the bruschetta tasted like they were dehydrated - hard and chewy.

the service was good. food is your standard hotel restaurant nothing special and overpriced. they had a live band, who was great and they interacted with the guest. read more

Reviews almost turned me away but I had to see for myself. I took some of the recommendations though. Chicken sandwich was so good! Nacho with pork added was perfect! Yum! We were pleased read more

Local family who did a Resort Pass cabana for the day and had THE WORST server (Chevelle) at the pool I've ever experienced! her attitude was so fake, service took forever, it took her an hour to go get a side of pork from the kitchen because apparently it was far for her to go. she was extremely rude and then charged my card after claiming she didn't and our meal was comped. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get proof of comp. I'll literally go anywhere else but here! Asked for the manager and he never showed...do NOT waste your money on this overpriced bar food. I make better nachos at home. The drinks and food are way overpriced for what you get! read more
