First time visiting here I went in for a refill. My original nails was shellac polish and I changed to powered nails. The overall process took about two hours because the nail tech took her time which was great. I was very pleased with my nails when she finished. Too my surprise when I went to check out the price came out to be $70 for nails and nails only. I felt like the amount was definitely over priced. I didn't get anything out the ordinary as far as diamonds or jewels. Not sure if I'll be returning. read more

I've been to many nail places before and this has to be one of the worst ones by far. The guy at the entrance told me they had the colors ready in the little palettes and for regular polish they were extremely limited. He didn't allow me to pick a color from the wall (they had more than the palettes) because he was just rushing me to sit down. The color I chose was "unavailable" (this has never happened to me anywhere else). They only take cash and he swore they didn't charge a fee with their ATM machine, the machine wasn't working properly so I had to do 2 transactions and to my surprise it was $5 total. The pedicure was terrible the massage I paid for was no more than 1 minute and I had to keep telling the lady to fix my nails because they were crooked. I am never coming back.... read more

Its not mandatory and I think it should be known that you are needing to TIP when you are here. They are horrible! They put on blast for not tipping! Calling them a B**** on Instagram and exposing them. Canceling appointments because people won't tip and won't expect them anymore. Again tipping is by choice what happens if she didn't like the set or the vibe by the people. Tipping isn't mandatory it's by choice. Don't come here. I've had a really good experience until today and I won't be returning to this nail salon! I went in like I normally do - asked for the same thing like always. Pedicure with Shelac & a Refill with Shellac Color! I went to pay & he said $90. I've never paid $90. He told me to go back and look at my bank account so I did. I showed him where I've never paid $90 but he still didn't say anything. This was the work done today. It's hard to tell because of the color I choose but the white is not even & have distinct lines in the polish. I'm disappointed because I truly loved coming here! First, the place is clean and they have a great color selection. However, the quality is average at bvest. As soon as my tech was done he got up and went to another customer- I couldn't redirect his attention back to my nails, which turned out so thick despite repeatedly asking for them to be buffed down more. I know with powder overlays they cannot feel 100% natural but this could be drastically improved. Next, my nails were so square! Coupled with the thickness, it looked like chickets were glued to my fingertips. Based on how undervalued I felt when I left, I decided not to deal with any potential aninmosity and just refiled them myself. I'm not saying this is the worst salon I've been to, but it is definitely not the best. In an area where nail salons are more prolific than Starbucks, the quality should meet their above average prices. read more

Cute spot, very clean, and modern looking. I went in at 6 on a Friday for the dipping powder ($42), which took about 30 min . A young man did my nails, I didn't get his name but he did a good job he was gentle with my nails. I would recommend you bring cash because if you pay with card they charge more, but like others have stated they do have an ATM available so it's convenient of you forget to bring cash. So I guess it's time to update.... after all, it's been a year and most of the staff have changed - minus a select few core techs that have stayed behind. Not a bad change though, the new ones are phenomenal and extremely courteous! Plus - a year in and I'm still a client deserves some much needed praise...Even though, the reviews should speak for themselves. First - Don is truly a gem with the drill. I'm beyond picky and particular about my nails, all the way down to how they even curve. Never once has he squirmed and has performed without fail each session! I'm always met with a smile, asked how I've been, and never handed anything less than pure pleasantry. Miss Kathy - the only tech to handle my pedicure - doesn't even need to ask me what I want...She just knows! For me, that's indicative of the service you get from someone that pays VERY close attention to detail and values their client. I'm always greeted with smiles and a "hello Ms. Bree!" which honestly is a major score factor! I've been coming here for a while now, and from the numerous posts/photos - you can see I'm clearly satisfied. So much so, that I think they've finally earned their 5th star from me. From the refreshing beverage selections - ice cold too (water, wine, soda..), to the massages, & the wonderful personalities that work there - I think they've made their mark in the Champions area. I looked everywhere fOr a salon that was clean, affordable and had naIl technicians that were creative, talented and loved doing what they are doing. This is it!! The salon is extremely clean. The choices of colors is huge. The technician's work is meticulous and the results are stunning and long-lastIng. I've been fortunate enough to have Don as my nail tech, but the others here are also excellent. It is best as with any salon to make an appointment ahead of time to ensure your technician has adequate time to do o tHeir best work. They do take walk-ins if they are not busy, but I would recommend getting a scheduled appointment. My nails have never looked better and I couldn't be more pleased. The people here are very kind and welcoming. It's a small studio, but it didn't look very crowded when I came in at 6pm on a Friday. I went for a mani/pedi the staff were very friendly. I believe Tom did my manicure which was great and someone else did my pedicure. My pedicure was okay. In the end, you could see the layers of the pedicure as if it was rushed. My first time at this salon, and I know I'll be a returning customer. Went in early this morning, to get a refill, with shellac color on top(with Don), and he did an amazing job! The salon is extremely clean, and staff is super friendly. I usually do full color powder, but don made a good point, that when you do full color, it's hard to switch colors every 2 weeks. My nails couldn't have come out more perfect..in between shaping, and painting don made sure that I loved everything about my are nails, so he could fix any imperfections that there may have been..there weren't! I absolutely LOVE how my nails came out!! Don also assured me, that if anything were to go wrong with my nails at any point in between refills, as far as breaking, or chipping, I can come back in and have them fixed at no charge. Very polite greeting, got me in a chair right away fancy massage chairs, purse hooks on wall are a nice touch. New modern renovated interior design. I got organic pedi, least rushed treatment ever. Massage on massage on massage was just what this mama needed. My guy tech, Nick, let me zone out into the realm of Facebook and checked in just enough to make sure water stayed warm, to make sure his massage was good and that I was just ticklish not hurting. I don't think my feet have ever been so clean and had such a detailed cuticle cleanup. He even checked that the color was what I wanted after 1 toe... trust me, this is VITAL, colors don't always look right out of bottle. I'm new to the area and have tried several locations and there is nowhere that compares. They are the best hands fine. The exterior and interior of the salon was very nice and modernized. Don was very detail-oriented when doing my nails. He confirmed prices before start, asked about length, thickness and gave recommendation. The duration was about an hour and throughout he would ask to make sure I still liked the length and shape. Went in because I live literally one minute away and I wanted a place to go around my house but was not welcomed warmly. I went in on a Saturday at noon and there were only two customers in the salon. I came in hoping to find a location to recommend to my friends in the area since we all recently moved but the gentleman at the front ask me what I needed not even a hello. I said just a pedicure and he looked around and then looked me up and down and said sorry we are fully book for the day. Didn't feel sincere and like I said before only two people were in. So I went down to Sweet Retreat that's only 4 minutes down and it was much nicer. They offered drinks and very friendly.
