I love it

Good service, friendly staff and I love my nails after the manicure, will be back for sure!

Love my nails!
Emma A.

I checked Yelp before coming here and they said make and appointment, and boy they were right. I made a 5:30 appointment and arrived early just in case, and the place was packed. I space is pretty small and crowded, and I didn't feel like I got personal service. Since they were booked up, my manicurist was working on me and another girl simultaneously. But, for the price, it was fine. The mani is only $15 and they include a neck and upper back massage, so I was happy! The woman who did my nails also advised me on the best brands for gel polish (she was removing my gel polish and it was ruining my nail beds, and she advised to make sure I only use OPI or gelish). She carefully restored my nails back to health by buffing, adding cuticle oil, and the parrafin wax treatment, (which was included!). I did spend two hours there, but not because they were slow, but because the gel on my nails was hard to remove and it took a few extra minutes of soaking in oil to restore them. I'm only removing a star because it was crowded and small and didn't feel personal, but otherwise, I got a great mani-pedi for not that much money, and I will return again!

I saw FANTASTIC reviews on here for Queen Nails and that's what made me go. I saw that people got offered a drink, I didn't. The "massage" lasted literally 30 seconds. My nails did turn out beautifully! But the girl who did mine also didn't say one word to me until it was time to pay. I was looking forward to a nice pampered afternoon

I decided to give this place a try today. They fit the bill of a close by & affordable nail salon. Walking in I was immediately greeted by friendly employees willing to help me out (that all spoke GREAT English, which is hard to find in a cheap nail salon!) I opted for the "Classic Pedicure" - the most basic package, and I was impressed! The girl who did my pedicure was very sweet and a great conversationalist. I relaxed in their massage chair while she did her magic on my feet! The end product I am very happy with. I will definitely be giving them my business again. Worth every penny!

First piece of advice: make an appointment! They are SO good at what they do that they are always booked. I learned about this salon from my husband, yes he's kind of a Diva, who went in for his regular pedi. He had a wonderful experience as did I. I met my girlfriend for a shellac mani and pedi. The experience and end product were amazing! You can tell that the employees take pride in their work and making sure that their customers are satisfied. My mani includes a paraffin wax treatment --what a treat! Their prices were very reasonable for the quality of service. I can't wait to go back!

Crusty dried glue she just left sit on my nails...

Wow. Horrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I've gotten my nails done by different salons in different states, different people, different shapes and ways and this was by far the worse nail job I've ever gotten. Ever. The lady took over an hour and a half to do a SNS fill. So there's no excuse for the sloppy job that was done. Nails themselves aren't smooth, glue left all over the place, my nail beds and cuticles are smeared with polish that she didn't care to take off... when she knew the job was getting botched she asked me "what color gel do you want me to put over the top?" UHHHH it's SNS. You don't put gel color over the top or I would've gotten gel?!... I asked manager on the way out to be honest if she thought they looked good and she replied "I think they look okay". OKAY THEN, my point exactly. If I wanted an "okay" nail job I'll do them myself at home. Not go out of my way and pay $35 for a botched fill in. Seriously, would NOT recommend. Don't even know how they have so many 3+ stars. The only reason I gave them 1 was because I told them I'm not paying full price so they just charged me for supplies so I could leave. Time for me to go home and fix them... smh.

Shellac on shellac: glitter with pink!

I absolutely adore this place!! I swore getting my nails done would only be a special treat but now I come in at least once a month. I get shellac manicures and recently started getting pedicures here as well. The staff is always super friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable. They spend a lot of time on my nails--my manis usually last around 90 minutes! It's also important that they use CND Shellac polish as opposed to some of the cheaper brands by other nail salons as it's much less damaging to nails during removal. An appointment is an absolute must: I usually go Thursday's and they are sometimes even full then!

How do you get an appointment? They don't answer the phone. They are open and I have called half a dozen times....

In the past, I've been loyal to one local chain boutique nail salon, but after a bad experience the last time, I was ready to branch out and try someplace new. Enter Nail Yeah! I had the best experience. I can truly say this is where I'll be coming now. I was impressed with not only the quality of the manicure and the cleanliness of the studio, but also the conversation with my nail tech Paulina and owner Crystal and the small, intimate feeling of the salon. I wasn't elbow to elbow with other clients or squeezing around work stations! Further, I felt super safe in regards to COVID precautions being taken by the salon with everybody wearing masks, receiving a temperature check at the door, being asked to wash my hands upon entrance, and Paulina wearing gloves and changing out paper towels and towels on her work station throughout my manicure. Finally, I'm really impressed with the social media presence of Nail Yeah!. I love that Crystal uses her business and her platform to amplify important causes. I love that I feel not only safe, but welcome as a gay client. I love that their values align with mine and I know I'm supporting good people and good values when I come to Nail Yeah!

I liked the short pinkish color I settled on. There want many options but I am very satisfied with this color. I purchased short press ons that included the entire kit. I followed the directions. I installed right before bed (so that my nails could set without any use after install). At least three didn't even hold up for a full 24 hours. The application process was a bit difficult compared to other press ons (like Kiss).

Never been to a nail salon as fancy as this one and the set up was nice and organized. Upon arrival I didn't have an appointment but was able to get in a pedicure seat in ten minutes. They do ask you to wash your hands when you come in and then choose your color. They also ask for your name and number. Would definitely return, but be aware they do charge a convenience fee for using a credit card. Didn't realize this until after I got in my car. Not a big deal but would have been nice to give me a heads up or the option to pay in cash to avoid the fees.

I came in for a pedicure and was placed with Khanh, who is not my regular nail tech. As soon as I put my feet in the water, I asked about my go-to polish color--Mellow Yellow by Perfect Match--which I've gotten many times before. Without even checking, Khanh immediately told me they didn't have it. I mentioned that I get it often, and the eye roll and stare she gave me were completely uncalled for and honestly disrespectful. She then stormed off with clear attitude to go look for the polish, and at that point, I decided to end the appointment. I put my shoes back on and left before the service even started. I called the owner from my car to explain what happened, and while I did get an apology, I was also told to "just book with your regular nail tech next time." That response, after being a consistent client for over a decade, was extremely disappointing. They just lost a loyal customer, I will never return.

This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately it confirmed why I shouldn't have…read morereturned. I didn't realize it was the same place as my first bad experience, so I decided to give them another chance. I got both a pedi and a mani, and neither service was acceptable. The first technician who started my pedicure cut my big toenail unevenly. When I pointed it out, he said he would "file it down" to fix it, but filing it only made the nail crooked. Already frustrated, I asked for someone else. June stepped in... while she was kind and gave a great foot massage, she also did not correct the issue. After realizing neither technician could fix the mistake, I ended up filing it myself. Then came the manicure. An older lady, who was the only person not wearing a mask, began doing my nails. I immediately noticed smudges and polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, she grabbed the acetone and (supposedly accidentally) squirted it in my face. This was honestly the part that upset me the most. While she shaped my nails pretty decent, the polish application was sloppy, and she even scratched my skin. She tried to file my other hand, but I declined because I was already marked up from the first. After all of this, no one offered a genuine apology -- and they still had the nerve to ask for a tip. I do not recommend this place.

I was honestly really excited to visit because there were so many great reviews, but unfortunately,…read moremy experience did not live up to what I was expecting. I got a basic pedicure, and there wasn't any hot water available for my pedicure. Instead, the technician took what appeared to be an Amazon massage turbo/stick and placed it in the water. That was already disappointing because I expected a more relaxing and polished experience. There was also some confusion about the pricing. The technician showed me the total price, but I was simply asking for a breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was being charged for. Another employee, who wasn't involved in the conversation, jumped in and repeated the price breakdown in a way that felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. I didn't feel like my question was unreasonable, so the reaction made the situation feel much bigger than it needed to be. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has also been disappointing. It has only been a week, and my "gel polish" is already chipping. For the price I paid, I expected the polish to last significantly longer. I also understand that I came on a Friday about two hours before closing, but I still feel that customers should receive the same level of professionalism and courtesy during business hours. Overall, I was disappointed because I came in with high expectations based on the reviews. I wasn't looking for anything extra, I simply expected a basic pedicure, quality gel polish, clear communication about the pricing, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. Everybody was rude.
