The vibe was stale. There was a fishing show on tv. I already had gel on my toes, so the nail tech drilled it off instead of trying to soak them. Of course, 24 hours later my toe nail is already broken. The nail tech was super rough on my feet, putting extra effort into cutting off my cuticles on my big toes. I don't ever have ingrown nails or anything, so I'm still not sure why he cut my right big toe nail until it bled. The massage was so rough that my ankle is sore today. I paid $45 for the deluxe pedicure. I was informed that the gel was an additional $15. I paid and will never be back.

Out of respect for the technician (who I started seeing after I delivered my son), I will not post her name. My pedicure went well, but everything went downhill afterwards. I requested that my existing nails be soaked off. Instead of properly soaking them, the nail technician essentially ripped them off my nails. The process was so rough that my thumb began bleeding. She took a fake nail and slid it under the acrylic to remove my nails. She said "oh no, I'm sorry". What upset me even more was that instead of just apologizing, I was told it was because I have "thin nails." That is simply not true. My thumb was bleeding because my nails were not removed correctly. When I checked out, I spoke with who I believe was one of the owners to explain what had happened. Rather than showing concern or offering an apology, I felt dismissed and looked at as though I was overreacting. The interaction was demeaning, and I left feeling like my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, when I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me in a way that felt rude and dismissive. I have never left a salon feeling so embarrassed, disrespected, and insignificant. I can't say why I was treated this way. I don't know if it was simply poor customer service or something else, but regardless, no customer should leave feeling this way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I believe customers deserve to be treated with care, respect, and professionalism--especially when a service results in an injury.

Her work is very messy, first off she ask if I need to cut down I said yes please, instead of using a nail clipper she use the nipper (which is for the cuticles) to cut my nails, which OK but then she filed my toes nail with a file she pull out from her apron instead of using a new file in the pedicure package. Next she started cutting my cuticles which she not really cutting because she was yanking my cuticles which it hurt and she started cutting the side of my toe nails which I don't understand why she did that because I do not have ingrown at all. But now she cut all the corners and side of my toes, which I left in pain because again she was yanking it out.
