I have been here twice for a full set and pedi. Both times, for my full set, the nail artists did not even do any kind of cleaning to my hands besides cutting my nails and automatically moved to putting on the acrylic. Most nail salons I have been to ensure to do full service and cover not just the art but the hygiene. Have they not here of a nail file or taking care of hang nails or dead skin? The second time I went I asked for matte maroon with the ring fingers being marble. I paid $39 for my full set alone and the "marble" was a joke. Came out looking like damn spider legs. Idk if they switch tables on weekends, but if not, don't go to table 8 with the male. He shapes the nails decently but can't paint. I've been going here with Michelle for quite some time she does a good job with nails but the one thing that bothers me is that she always has a really bad attitude always rolling her eyes breathe. This last time I visited this salon to get a refill I had terrible service. First off seems like Sam, the guy that's really good is really self centered and only works on certain people not everyone. The lazy that did my refill had a really bad attitude, she got upset because I got a glitter polish on my ring finger and asked for a second coat. She did it all fast like she didn't care and practically yelled at me to wash my hands. When she finished I was left with a bunch of air bubbles on the polish, I regret paying her. They kept getting new workers with not so great attitudes and it was super hard for them to understand what I wanted. I also had my favorite girl for pedicures I think her name was May or Mei and she also left! My mom has been coming here for years and the staff has been increasingly rude to her. She had her appointment on Thursday and when I asked her how it went she was very upset and told me that the owner and his staff were rude to her telling her she was there too early (the appointment she was given was for 9 15 am. Then when she got there they were like "we don't open until 9:30." So then why give out appointments at 9:15? She said the water they used for her pedicure was extremely hot. The nail tech that did her manicure was so rough with her hands. She said the nail tech twisted her finger. My mom is a senior citizen. The lady that took me started to work on my nails and I told her that my pinky nail was burning and she was trying to help me which she did. However, it started to burn again and she replied with "it's burning again, maybe you didn't wash your hands right" and in that moment I didn't know if she meant to offend me or not but I felt offended. Continuing on I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and they were not coming out the way I wanted it so I asked her if she can just take it off and just get a French tip instead. Keep in mind I went in at 1:20pm and left around 2:45pm because she had to redo my nails. When it came to paying I paid $65 for a FILL AND A FRENCH TIP!!! I left after paying and was so mad because I got my nails done not the way I wanted them and left paying $65 which is what I usually pay with the nails that I actually want. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my entire life, and I left in tears. My problem was not with their work, my problem was with the way I was treated while in the store. I took my 13 year old daughter in to have a manicure and pedicure before her eighth grade promotion ceremony, and decided to have the same myself while I was there. While one of the ladies was working on my nails, she commented on my facial hair, stating, "Your face hair is very long, would you like wax?" I responded no thank you, and while a bit embarrassed, hoped that would be the end of that. The lady who asked then started talking and laughing with the other ladies in the store in their language, one I don't understand, and after a few moments one of the other ladies yelled to me from across the store "She says your face hair is too long and you need wax, would you like wax?" She YELLED that my face needed waxing across a crowded salon, in front of other customers, all of which turned and looked at me at that point.
