I went on a Tuesday Place was easy to find and very clean . I liked that all of the spa chairs were covered with plastic bags in the foot sinks. I ended up getting a very cool nail technician named Phoebe. Phoebe had a lot of confidence and she knew what she was doing I also found her to be very funny and knowledgeable. She was very gentle and gave a great foot and calf massage. I Probably should've tipped her more than five dollars. They kept getting new workers with not so great attitudes and it was super hard for them to understand what I wanted. The lady that took me started to work on my nails and I told her that my pinky nail was burning and she was trying to help me which she did. However, it started to burn again and she replied with "it's burning again, maybe you didn't wash your hands right" and in that moment I didn't know if she meant to offend me or not but I felt offended. Continuing on I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and they were not coming out the way I wanted it so I asked her if she can just take it off and just get a French tip instead. Keep in mind I went in at 1:20pm and left around 2:45pm because she had to redo my nails. When it came to paying I paid $65 for a FILL AND A FRENCH TIP!!! I left after paying and was so mad because I got my nails done not the way I wanted them and left paying $65 which is what I usually pay with the nails that I actually want. One of the reasons I wanted to go to queens nails is because of their instagram and how they do such amazing and pretty nails so I assumed they could do mine the way they did theirs but I was wrong. She had her appointment on Thursday and when I asked her how it went she was very upset and told me that the owner and his staff were rude to her telling her she was there too early (the appointment she was given was for 9 15 am. Then when she got there they were like "we don't open until 9:30." So then why give out appointments at 9:15? She said the water they used for her pedicure was extremely hot. The nail tech that did her manicure was so rough with her hands. She said the nail tech twisted her finger. My mom is a senior citizen. I was 5 mins late to my appointment which was 5pm due to traffic. I walked in and was asked what I needed, I indicated I had an appointment with Michelle and noticed she had a women at her station. I couldn't believe her attitude with me, it's ok when she's running 20 mins behind but I was 5 mins late and you act like this? She proceeded to say well you need to call, again I've called several times just to make appointments and get no answer. Bottom line is Michelle needs to recognize good customer service being rude is not ok. There have been several little things that annoyed me every time I've gone like when I would show them a picture of what I wanted they would tell me they could do it....they couldn't. For my pedicure I only ask for Febee she is really good takes her time also and is very friendly. The price varies on what u ask for but it is a bit pricey. My co workers often make appointments at 12 with him during their lunch and they still come out with time to eat. I had an appointment today at 12 with Ken for a simple re-shaping & design, I waited 45 minutes and he still wasn't done with his client. They did not honor my appointment at all & I kept reminding them that I only had an hour lunch, nothing happened. Needless to say, I left, waiting 45 min for an appointment at 12 is ridiculous in my opinion. I have another appointment tomorrow at 12 again, will give an updated review. UPDATE: 6/30/17 So my appointment went perfect this time. Ken was waiting and we got started right away. I love my nails, the design is so cute & he was pretty fast. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my entire life, and I left in tears. My problem was not with their work, my problem was with the way I was treated while in the store. I took my 13 year old daughter in to have a manicure and pedicure before her eighth grade promotion ceremony, and decided to have the same myself while I was there. While one of the ladies was working on my nails, she commented on my facial hair, stating, "Your face hair is very long, would you like wax?" I responded no thank you, and while a bit embarrassed, hoped that would be the end of that. The lady who asked then started talking and laughing with the other ladies in the store in their language, one I don't understand, and after a few moments one of the other ladies yelled to me from across the store "She says your face hair is too long and you need wax, would you like wax?" She YELLED that my face needed waxing across a crowded salon, in front of other customers, all of which turned and looked at me at that point.
