DO NOT GO HERE! I tried this place maybe 3 years ago. I went in for a simple gel manicure with design. Within 2 days all of my nails were chipping. I went back to the salon and explained my dissatisfaction and they reluctantly patched them up. I never went back until now. Today I went for a fill in and when he finished filling them I told the man that I wasn't happy, they weren't filled to my cuticle line (which drives me crazy) he told me that they were. I knew I wasn't going to get the quality I was looking for from this place and I didn't feel like debating the obvious. I guess the pictures will speak for themselves. Not filled in professionally and some of the polish isn't even painted on efficiently. Queen nails? More like peasant nails..

I really love having my nails done here. The prices are right and the staff are friendly and do a wonderful job on my nails. I get a uv gel nail fill and my nails usually last me around three weeks. There are tons of colors to choose from. You can bring in a picture of the design that you want and they will do it for you. (I find my designs on pinterest). You can also get a pedicure, all types of waxing, and different types of nail sets. There are three people who work there and they all are great. I may be wrong on this but I believe you can make an appointment Monday through Wednesday but Thursday through Saturday are walk ins only. They are open long hours on all days but the place can get busy really quick. I have been lucky and have only had to wait a long time once. What's keeping me from giving five stars is the walk in only thing and when they are done with your nails you don't get little hand massage with lotion but that's just me being really picky.

They did what I asked for & got as close to the picture I showed them as possible. My only complaint is that I waited 2 hours to be seen.

I love how the airbrushed pink ombre came out. They look very similar to the picture I gave the nail tech as a reference. I love that they aren't exactly the same & have my own added details. I paid $45 in total, that included the gel, glitter gel & rhinestones. My only complaint is that it took 2 hours for me to be seated, in total I was at the salon for over 3 hours for a pink acrylic set with airbrush. I had originally planned to also have a pedicure done as well as my eyebrows as a Mother's Day gift to myself. I arrived at 6: 15PM and didn't leave until 9: 30pm. I just couldn't sit any longer & wait to get the pedicure or my brows waxed. Overall I still love this place, just be ready to wait a while before being seen.

Had a "meh" experience here. My pedicure was done really sloppy. One of my nails after getting a manicure here had bubbles in it . Otherwise it was $25 for a regular mani-pedi and that I liked.

I'm obsessed with this French ombré look I got done!! It's exactly how I wanted it to turn out!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I've tried going to other places but nothing compares to Queen Nails. I got an acrylic full set with gel nail polish, eyebrows waxed, and a pedicure all for $60. Pricing is not bad at all. I highly recommend for people looking for good quality nails and affordability.

I decided to come to Queen Nails after a recommendation from family members who frequent this place. I'm not sure if it's a common thing but the woman who did my nails was dressed inappropriately. Her shirt was extremely low cut so that when she was doing my pedicure you could see down her shirt. Also, she did not ask what kind of shape I wanted on my nails. She cut them short and filed them round, when I wanted square. The manicure was good but the pedicure nail polish I took off and redid myself the next day since it was sloppy. Pricing was decent but for the quality of work, I'd pay more somewhere else.

Got an acrylic fill in with gel & a broken nail repaired for only 30 bucks, not bad.

Overall pleased with my experience here. Got an acrylic fill-in with gel. Was seated immediately and the nail tech did a fantastic job on my nails. Only giving 3 stars because the place is pretty outdated; giving it a rather unpleasant, untidy appearance.

I received a text notification that I was booked with Tracy so I went ahead and looked for work shes done to have an idea of what to expect as a first timer. Well, Tracy was not who I was with. I was told to go upstairs that Diana would be working on my nails. I should deduct a star for this because when I told my sister (who frequents here regularly) she said they do this often. Book you with one person but at the time of the appointment you're being seen by another. Shes requested Pilar specifically and each time it's been a new person. However, she hasn't had a bad tech yet. Keeping the five stars solely because Diana did such an amazing job for being relatively new at nails. (A little over a year of experience) Moving back to my review... As soon as I sit down Diana makes it clear that her job is to make sure I get what I came here for and that I leave here happy. Immediately optimistic about this pairing despite not having any expectation of what she can do. My biggest fear was wanting a design that she couldn't do but tried anyway and I'm stuck paying for a set that I'm going to cry about later. Happy to say that didn't happen. Shes very detail oriented. She made professional suggestions to my inspo picture and I honestly trusted her to do her thing. She sampled a couple colors for me and really took her time perfecting the design. I dont think I've seen cleaner line work... she really is only going to get better. Shes already so talented. I cant thank her enough and cant wait to see how far she goes.

To make matters worse, one of my nails broke today. With how expensive everything is these days, it is very upsetting to pay that much and receive poor-quality work using what seems like cheap products. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your time and your money there are plenty of other places that provide much better service and quality.

I can write a review after three great visits. I have had…read moredifferent nail technicians for each visit and I was very pleased with all of them. Most recently I had Rocio for my SNS manicure and she did a wonderful job. Mary did my gel manicure and I really enjoyed it as well. Rocio was very patient and took her time perfecting my nails. They are exactly what I envisioned. Mary gave a wonderful massage and I felt completely relaxed. Rosa is always sweet and kind when I walk in too! Overall really love this spot. So glad I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a new nail salon.

Well lets just start out by saying I was coming here for 6 months based on a referral from a beauty…read moreprofessional. Upon first coming in, it certainly wasn't as nice or high end as many local salons I've been to but I gave it a chance based on the referral. I've had very nice SNS manicures here, a few so-so spa pedicures but last Saturdays appointment took the cake. They seem to not be able to handle too many people at one time, they are tiny, and are bad with scheduling despite the emails, and multiple text reminders they send you. My doctors office doesn't send as many as they do. Please also be aware this establishment plays religious music the entire time with an accompanying video on a loop ALL DAY. No other music is ever played. Its very odd. So the brass tacks is....at this particular appointment the nail tech was not able to match the requested SNS powder to the (gel) sample that was shown to me. Results were a muddy khaki and a toothpaste color green which they tried to fix with the cat eye overlay I requested, but the results were horrible. Due to not being able to communicate with the acting manager OR the nail tech they turned my nails into a Christmas red and green when I finally asked them out of frustration and lack of time to all to be one color. They also blamed my "skin color"...not sure what that means...and I was also told it was my fault as I "chose this color" (that was not the color I chose lol). I stayed till this was fixed I wasn't about to go three weeks with this horrible combo. My previous chrome manicure from them only lasted a few days before peeling ($68.00) and revealing the bright yellow underlay, they didn't like that I mentioned that. Apparently neither did a young customer there because she started making comments and launching in on me, as the acting manager was trying to damage control my manicure and stopped working on her. Can you believe it? The rest of the customers were silent because I don't think they could believe this young girl had a problem with me trying to get the manicure I'm paying $68.00 for. IT escalated as I wasn't about to take that from anyone. The nail tech (not the manager) apologized (she still was given a $26 tip). The acting manager apparently couldn't care I was being bullied by essentially a child here... I was there close to 4 hours for a half hearted spa pedicure and this...and after all that I had to *demand* a discount as nothing at all was offered to me as an apology. I wasn't paying for my afternoon to be ruined and to be snapped at by a stranger (her and her mommy are longtime customers I'm told-5 years more important than 6 months business). So after *all* this the owner called me the next day which was SUNDAY at 4:00pm to reiterate all the same nonsense and stick up for her salon and tell me it was again my skin colors fault and that I got too big of a discount from them. No apology, no nothing yet again-she called ME. I work in NYC and also work locally part time. I have many years customer service experience...these people have a lot to learn as we slide into a recession, them being in the service industry. Don't bother with this place. ITS cramped, it's depressing, no waiting area and when you spend $$ on a pedicure you'll also have a nice view of the open bathroom. They also charge $20 extra for cat eye and chrome which is posted nowhere and have a late/ no show fee..apparently they think they are a doctors office lol. Dont even bother
