Luckily I had the sense to not get my toes done. My friend got the laziest most unsanitary pedicure. Reused dirty paper towel etc. To top it all off I was on the phone saying I didn't love my nails and the lady over heard me and instead of trying to rectify she went to the other lady doing my friends nails to talk about me in front of my friend!!! I love the products they use, from the hand soap to the sugar scrub (usually used when you come in they ask you to wash your hands) I get pedicures from Lieyah. She does an amazing job. She's very attentive to detail, takes sanitation seriously and extremely patient with me as I take all day choosing my nail color. Lieyah energy gives that she loves what she does. My favorite part is the foot massage with the hot towels and hot stones. Furthermore, my pedicure last for a nice time. If you're ever in the area definitely visit.

They didn't tell me it was expired while I was there, let me use half of it, then crossed out the expiration date and made it a date in expire 10/30/25. I was unaware they back-dated it because I was in a hurry to put it in my pocket since I was in rush. Fast forward to today, I went to use it and obviously it wasn't honored because of that new date. I understand that it expired and of course I'm fine not using it since it's completely my fault. It was just the most bizarre experience because 1. No one mentioned it was expired the first time I was there (which I would have been fine paying for my pedicure if someone explained that to me instead writing in a new date so couldn't use it again) Also I'm just not sure why they would give me back a gift certificate that I can't use anymore or never mention that it was expired. 2. What kind of place has a 1 week or 1 month expiration date? (Thinking about it I'm wondering if it the date a typo since it was handwritten because most places around here have a 1 year expiration date when I buy them or am gifted them.)
