There are only 3 stations for manicures and 2 stations for pedicures so unless you have 2hrs minimum that you are able to be there, I suggest not going. I got dip powder manicure ($45) and gel pedicure ($40). I had great options of colors and the whole visit was pretty relaxing. Nails are nice and worth the price. Update as of Monday: I posted this review on Friday when I got my nails done. It is now Monday and my nails are all cracked and flaking. Pictures included.

Being late can happen, but basic customer service and communication are important. I was acknowledged after I got up and said something. A simple greeting, apology, or update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism made me feel like my time wasn't valued. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

The place is super dirty, starting from windows and decor and finishing the stations. Instead of towels they wipe your lags and arms with brown paper towels which prob were taken from Dunkin bathroom. They did not have begs to put into the pedicure station or gel samples. The stuff is nice tho. Lu was very nice but due of usage old materials, my gel manicure was chipped on the 3rd day! I went on Saturday 7/22 and today is Tuesday! Chipped !' already !!!!! Usually I have my nails for at least 3 weeks!!! Horrible and won't recommend anyone this place TILLL THE OWNER CLEANS her business! Owner, please stop playing candy crush as you did and start doing business !!!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the only place I come to get my nails done. To make this long story very short my nail technician was accused of putting acrylic on one of my broken nails... she did not. My nail was short but not short to where it needed saving. I had to show the owner my hands flipped over so she can see that there was no acrylic and she still didn't believe it. I was extremely upsetting considering I've been a loyal client and never had an issue paying anything. As to no surprise my nail tech is no longer working with the company. I love the nail techs here but truthfully the older women that work at the front desk suck! It should be embarrassing that as an owner I need to flip my hand over to prove to you something that was already stated by your employee and your costumer. Now I don't want to entirely bash the girls at the front desk because there are 2 young ladies that are extremely nice and attentive to me when I'm there.

Her painting is awful, cleaning cuticles, awful. The salon itself awful, she didn't know how to shap acrylic, I mean just top to bottom a disaster. It felt like a prank. All I will say is this, I can GUARANTEE if you go here you will be disappointed. It's ONE lady who I believe is the owner who is doing the nails so all of the REAL reviews here are talking about her and all will tell you she is terrible and needs to close up shop immediately. She has the nerve to nickel and dime you for everything but is TERRIBLE at everything. Please save yourself the time, money and disappointment. Do NOT go here.

I specifically booked a Botox treatment with Zoila, the owner of the salon, since her name was listed among other stylists in the booking app. However, when I arrived, although she greeted me and explained the different treatments, she did not actually perform the service. Instead, someone else with less experience handled it, and I could tell because they kept asking Zoila questions during the process. For the price of $447, I expected the service to be done by the professional I booked with, especially the salon owner. The final disappointment came with the haircut -- I requested a butterfly cut, which Zoila herself did, and unfortunately the results speak for themselves (see attached photos for transparency). Overall, I left feeling let down and frustrated. When you pay a premium price, you should receive the experience and expertise you booked for.
