Good job, beautiful colors and fast service. The techs paid attention to detail and assisted my mom, my daughter and me at 7p. They welcomed us and saw to us right away and as soon as possible. They didn't rush us and treated us with respect under some trying circumstances with three loud, disruptive and disgruntled customers. They continued to work and didn't forget to ask if we were ok throughout the process. my first time going here and it was a horrible experience the young lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. I think her name is Elena or something like that. I'm sorry if I got her name wrong beautiful young lady she did them so well. My issue is with Jan and Peter Jan. Tell a customer that she's broke and was disrespectful arguing with her and Peter goes to lock the lady in that's kidnapping. If you won't let a person leave with there free will. If you've never been to a "hood" nail shop, you'll be sure to get the full experience here. That's not a bad thing either. The first time I came here, well over a year ago, I was taken aback by the amount of people inside. Every technician was occupied with a client while others stood, sat, leaned, as they all spoke. It was overwhelming for me, a person with social anxiety. At the same time though, it was a comfortable place to be, and they didn't mind me, or my stroller, or my kids. Don't judge me, I went impromptu. My nails came out great and I've been a regular ever since. Don't get me wrong, until you find "your person", you may run into those who rush through your service, handle a little rough, or otherwise make your experience less than perfect. They do however do everything within their power to amend any issue should you bring it up. I've sat with at least half the techs at least once before I found my person who's name I will not be sharing because she's already always booked LoL. With covid, there have been extra precautions with social distancing stations, masks, and plate windows. I'm a loyal customer here for a reason because even if you don't like the ambiance, they slay them nails baby!! read more

But that's not what I asked for. so the nail tech next to her basically told her to mess them up and let me deal with them. and that's exactly what she did. The shape is the ugliest thing I've seen. I really can't believe I've wasted my money on this. If I could give it no stars I would. They did a very piss poor job & I will never go back there ever again. The man doing my nails cut my skin twice & even tried patching up the wounds with glue. They're very unprofessional including the manager. Not to mention, the manager is the owner. He could care less about the issues that I was having with the guy. Every customer that sat next to me had a complaint. From the nails being the incorrect shape to the incorrect design. Please don't ever go here. If you show them a picture of the work you want, it more than likely won't come out like you asked. Unfortunately, they don't offer refunds so if you are unsatisfied with your nails, there's nothing you can do. Their work is nothing like what is shown on their social media. Everything was a half ass job that was not worth what I paid for. I went in at 6:45 and didn't leave until 9:55 and it wasn't even busy. Please don't waste your tomemoney. I finished my pedi and Peter took someone else who came in AFTER me. So Brandon started my nails. He burned my fingers a couple times. Then he stopped bc some man came. I offered to pay for my feet and come back to finish my nails as I had my infant with me as well who was getting restless with the process. He said no he would file and I'd be done. He filed my 1st 2 fingers and SLICED my fingers. At that point I told him to stop I'm done. He said he's sorry, the file was new. I told him I didn't care bc as a professional it shouldn't matter if you're tools are new or not you SHOULD NOT BE FILING MY NAILS SO HARD THAT YOU SLICED 2 OF MY FINGERS OPEN. He wanted to continue I said no like it's covid. My skin is open and yall don't wear gloves. I told him id pay for my feet but not my nails bc the service wasn't finished. He said he'd take $10 off. Excuse me I think not! I didn't agree with just $10 and he kept mumbling. I handed him my card and told him to charge my feet. He secretly charged my card for my nails. He then argued with me after I said id dispute it with the bank. he said that's fine bc they have cameras mind you I didn't sign my receipt. I called the police and all just to have it on file that there was a disagreement and that the receipt was not signed just in case they try to forge my signature. WILL NEVER GO HETE AGAIN! Plus THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, THEY DONT SANITIZE IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS, AND THEY DONT PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. They have you sitting on top of each other for hours. read more

It's a nice looking place new chairs, fresher paint, nice floors but the service is questionable at best. There's no exact order to how you'll get your needs done. You'll either become cool with one of the workers and they'll let you skip everybody or you'll have to just jump on anybody who's free or looks like they'll be free. A list would solve all their problems. It's too much gymnastics for a nail salon. Also they reuse a lot of tools, probably why the prices so cheap. It's not worth it to me and I'm not coming back.
