Went last week to get a hard gel fill in and woke up on Saturday to a fungus growing. I went to the salon to get the nails removed and was told "it's usually $20 but because we think it's our fault you would pay $10" Considering I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, have never had a fungus in my life, and was blatantly told it was their fault, I'm not sure why I would be required to pay anything? No suggestions for healing were provided, was just told to let it grow out. Resulting in additional payments for anti fungal treatment. I returned my fully filled out customer card with the intentions of never coming back.

PROS: - fairly priced service…read more- fast but quality service - easy to make appointments - parking lot across the street or nearby free lot half a block away CONS: - can get packed - small space - not enough seating if packed (will have to stand and wait) - not everyone is great with English, but they can get what you are trying to say This place gets the job done. It gets busy (pretty much all the time), so call to book an appointment if it's anything more than just regular mani/pedi. Came here to get my tips removed and get new gel color. My technician was great and got everything I wanted done with little input from me other than the color. Prices are fair for what you want done and comparable to other nail salons. Not every technician is skilled to do designs and such so you should def call ahead and let them know if you want something specific or out of the ordinary. Will def be going back regularly.

The salon is small and the employees are less than friendly and come off as defensive, as if they frequently deal with belligerent customers and over a period time have grown to expect less than decent treatment from locals.
