After years of dishpan hands and peeling nail stubs, I decided to get a full set of Gel tips about a month ago. Also got a good pedi. Have been back for a fill-in and will continue to every 2-3 weeks. Yay!! Love my manicurist and this laid back salon. read more

Horrible job. I went there for a pedicure and manicure, and the work felt messy and rushed, especially on my toes. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told, "I'm busy," even though the nail technician was not doing anything at the time. My boyfriend's manicure was also sloppy and left cuts on his skin. Overall, the service was unprofessional and overpriced for the quality of work provided. No for me! read more

I showed them my Inspo pic and this is how I left the salon. Zero sympathy from the owner Lana. She hired nail techs that talk amongst themselves and laugh at customers. 2 different LED lamps weren't working causing this to happen. The pic shows how I left the salon in the parking lot in my car. How could you let a customer leave ur business looking like this read more

Laid-back atmosphere and the people are kind and welcoming. I've been coming here for years. I have been to many places and my nails typically fling off within a week, two tops. I can go three weeks here and my nails still look beautiful. I have three jobs (bartending / serving, dog walking and I'm a crossing guard) and my nails always hold up. I always get complimented on how beautiful my nails are at work. read more

My first visit...they were welcome but in the end the customer service was grossly lacking. They kept passing me off to different nail techs as appointments came in. I was a walk in that only needed a simple soak off and manicure. They forgot to give me the manicure and the instruments they used damaged my nail bed. When I kindly and calmly told them the owner told me it was because I had gel polish removed but I've had gel removed for years and my nail bed still feels smooth. My nail beds now feel scratchy like sandpaper. When I told her I believe the file and /or instrument she used seemed to have damaged it she was very dismissive about it. She didn't apologize or even check my nails to see what I was referring to. It was my first and last time. read more

A really disappointing experience that resulted in very painful feet, even when I told the therapist that they were scrubbing too hard and to be careful . I called the next day to make the owner aware and to say it's important you know so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Regrettably I was advised to put Vaseline on and when I asked if they would like to see photos the response was " no I am busy". If that's the way you want to treat customers so be it, however I won't be going back. Almost a week later I still have painful feet that are difficult to walk on. read more

Never again will I go here. This is from Jan of 2020. I got a gel manicure for my daughter's babyshower. I explained to the woman that the gel was warped, maybe the polish was old or she applied it too thick! She didn't listen, was in a rush and just shrugged me off, like she didn't care. I thought that I would try this new place because it's in town, and I like to support local businesses. I will never go back there! read more

I took a chance on LN nails and unfortunately was very disappointed. The salon was on the smaller side which was okay because I thought 'nice it's homey' but the entire time there were multiple house flies flying around the nail tech and myself. I understand that it's summer and what not, but seriously multiple flies. As far as the $30 gel manicure the technician didn't seem to care at all what color I wanted just to pick one with out offering any suggestions. I did like the assortment of colors and that they do different nail treatments such as the SNS nails and multiple designs, but as far as my manicure experience went it was subpar. She rushed to get the color on and when she was finished I was expecting a little massage and nothing. I was told to get up and wash my hands to rinse if oil she placed on my cuticles and then looked back and another client was sitting on the seat. It felt very cold and unwelcome at this salon. I thought I would give LN nails a chance and I did, but was very disappointed. If you have another nail salon to go to stick to it! read more

In reference to my previous lengthy review on Wednesday, may I add that the numerous patrons that I referred to LN I will be informing them of the horrific service I received. I have witnessed over the years the difference in how some ethnicity's are treated as opposed to others, but I have tried to tell myself that I was wrong in trying to remain loyal. I can't overlook it anymore. When an establishment is more concerned with everything but rectifying a bad situation, I can no longer patronize this or any establishment that does such, and I will ensure that I spread the word. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I rather take a 20 minute drive to another salon before ever spending one cent at LN Nails. Find another salon! read more

First off let me start by saying this place has an amazing assortment of gel colors. I usually get a regular gel manicure and go to Rosa. I literally love her. She does my nails perfectly every time doing exactly what I ask for. She always takes her time and pays attention to detail. I've gotten an acrylic gel manicure here twice and Lana was also amazing. I only stopped getting acrylic because I personally don't like the feeling on my nails. But she did such a cool design and also took her time to make sure that my nails looked great. I've always left here so happy with my nails. Long story short, this place is great for color variety and customer care. I love them !! read more

Well...this is the second time that this happened to me so I decided to share... After sitting for about ten minutes to start my service ( a manicure and pedicure) the next available attendant decided to sKip over me and take the customer after me. When I politely asked/told the technician that I was next she said the next person will help you. Needless to say I immediately left for salon. Don't think I'll ever go back. read more

Love this place. They have done both my daughter and me and do really great work. This is the only place I'll go now.

Came here for mother/ daughter pedi. Was told to wait at the front since we had no appointment. Totally understand that. 10 min later we're soaking our feet. Another 10 min later nothing. Wait for another 10 min. Ask the woman at the front. She dismisses me and just says we'll get to you. I simply ask how long- daughter is 7 so... Again - super rude response. I'm realizing this is going to take waaaaaaay longer. I just want to get my daughter done and get the hell out of here. ) Now the woman at the front has the audacity to charge me $20 for just a pedicure- the pricing says $25 for mani/ pedi for kids. Her excuse- that's really outdated pricing. Unbelievably rude behavior - never again stay away. I'll continue to post that there are SO many better places: Nail Splash in Livingston or Kim's Nails on South Valley down the hill. Skip this rip off/ rude place. Disgusting customer service. read more

Loved her service but i did get a nail infection here. She took off my original set by using another acrylic tip and chipping them off (my nails were bleeding) and she put a new nail ontop of it. My nail was throbbing, a few days after. I ended up getting an infection in my nail and I went to her for additional help and pretty much received none and she disregarded the obvious infection of my nail. She's great with designs but actual procedure and taking care of you as a nail tech? Not the best experience. (Here's a few designs and a pic of my infected nail which is still healing. When she removed my older set she chipped into my real nail bed and it got infected.) i was a loyal customer but won't be returning. read more

I tried this nail salon 3 times and the results were the same, poor workmanship!!! The nail tech, Selena, used extreme too much nail polish resulting in thick layers that did not dry thoroughly or completely. Needless to say, my nails did not last more than a week. I will never use this salon again. Lastly, SNS powder should never chip in less than one week nor should regular polish on toenails chip after one week. The nail tech NEEDS more training, she SUCKS!!!! read more

I used to come here to get my gels put on. This place has a lot of customers rotating in and out and most of the staff rushes your nails and toes. The staff also seems to double book appointments, so don't be surprised if on a weeknight you are waiting to get beautiful since LN Nails is pretty small. They do have a lot of gel nail colors which is nice when you want something other than a french manicure. I found, however, that my nails often came out different than I had wanted and described since what they designed was quicker. Perhaps you have to be very force full with how you want your nails designed or chances are you'll end up unhappy with the finished product. When it comes to gels, you get what you pay for. I would rather pay more and have nails I'm crazy about, then settle and just be regretful. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I waited almost an hour for my appointment to start, and even though they charge a premium I always am willing to pay and should not have to wait for an to start my nail appointment. This has happened before so i knew to arrive early, which I did and the owner/manager took another client before me. I have been coming to LN nail spa for over 5 years but I sometimes have an issue when it comes to late appointments. I continued to put up with it to support the other workers who endured during the pandemic and knowing sometimes people run late. But it has come to a point where its just disrespectful of my time. I counted on Lana today and needed my nails done because I had a lot of other things to do. Definitely don't recommend this place. if they don't prioritize 5+ year clients they definitely won't prioritize a new customer. read more

I have been going to LN on and off for a few years because of convenience. The customer service is usually ok but the quality of nails (regular mani and gel) is inconsistent and below average.
