I also wasn't very comfortable with the area designated for drying pedicures, and I found the salon to be somewhat cluttered, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. Another challenge was the lack of a dedicated parking area. Finding street parking was very difficult and added unnecessary stress before my appointment. While the staff was kind and professional, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

The first time I came here, well over a year ago, I was taken aback by the amount of people inside. Every technician was occupied with a client while others stood, sat, leaned, as they all spoke. It was overwhelming for me, a person with social anxiety. At the same time though, it was a comfortable place to be, and they didn't mind me, or my stroller, or my kids. Don't judge me, I went impromptu. My nails came out great and I've been a regular ever since. Don't get me wrong, until you find "your person", you may run into those who rush through your service, handle a little rough, or otherwise make your experience less than perfect. They do however do everything within their power to amend any issue should you bring it up. I've sat with at least half the techs at least once before I found my person who's name I will not be sharing because she's already always booked LoL. With covid, there have been extra precautions with social distancing stations, masks, and plate windows. I'm a loyal customer here for a reason because even if you don't like the ambiance, they slay them nails baby!!

I think all or most of the technicians should learn different techniques for intricate styles, such as this, given if some or most of their customer population liked things like that. Started off with them telling me a gel acrylic fill in (1 color) was 25$ over the phone and then 35, then 40 when I was finished.
