Instead, someone else with less experience handled it, and I could tell because they kept asking Zoila questions during the process. For the price of $447, I expected the service to be done by the professional I booked with, especially the salon owner. The final disappointment came with the haircut -- I requested a butterfly cut, which Zoila herself did, and unfortunately the results speak for themselves (see attached photos for transparency). I love the products they use, from the hand soap to the sugar scrub (usually used when you come in they ask you to wash your hands) I get pedicures from Lieyah. She does an amazing job. She's very attentive to detail, takes sanitation seriously and extremely patient with me as I take all day choosing my nail color. Lieyah energy gives that she loves what she does.
