I had my husband drop me off since I struggle with parallel parking and I also have zero patience if I can't find a good spot. Keep in mind, parking is free on Sundays for those of you that choose to drive yourselves! I arrived on time and was immediately greeted upon arriving and told Liz would be with me shortly. I waited about 15 minutes before I was sat down but I didn't mind since I made the appt last minute and was thankful they were able to squeeze me in. Liz was extremely friendly and was very open to hearing about what I wanted to get done and designs, etc. It was very refreshing to have a nail tech that genuinely listened to my needs and concerns. I ended up going with an acrylic full set with a snowman design. Liz took her time and did an excellent job. She constantly made sure the nail length and shape was perfect and also asked me if I was satisfied with everything throughout the process. I'm SO excited to return for my fill-in! :) I highly recommend you check out their Instagram page to see their amazing work. All of their nail techs seem very talented! I've gotten cuts from Tony for several years now. I almost didn't want to write this review is…read morebecause I don't want people to know my best kept hair secret. Honestly, he is an artist and he knows how to give a flattering cut that wears well long after the customer leaves the salon. I always always always get complements. I also get color here and the way does color it looks good longer and I see less roots. Tony's more than my stylist. He's just insanely motivating. The more you get to know him you see he's hustle and really has a good heart. If you come in once or twice you'll only see one side of him but I've been here for over two years and there's more than what meets the eye.

Let me start off by saying if you wanna go to a salon and ask for one thing then get something…read morecompletely different then this is the place for you!!!!! I specifically planned out getting my hair done this past Friday because I have a lot of family functions coming up in the next week and wanted to look nice and fresh. Alyssa had done my hair once before and the price was reasonable so I decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. I specifically asked for a more intense blonde balayage look and wanted an inch or two trimmed. 3 and a half hours and $160 (plus tip) later, I was left with the worst haircut of my life. Tony gave me layers without even asking me and these were the most uneven layers I've ever seen. At one point he grabbed my hair from the front and asked which way I part my hair, then proceeded to chop away at my side bangs. That's when I demanded he put the scissors down, blow out my hair so I could just leave. I was mortified. I like my side bangs the way they are and not once did I ask for them to be cut or for layers. In regards to the color...the lighting in the salon was not the best so once my hair was blown out, I couldn't really see the balayage look that I had asked for but I figured it must be the lighting. I had trusted that this girl knew what balayage was since she had done it before. Once I got to my car I realized that it literally looked like my natural hair with faint highlights. I was so upset. I decided to contact Alyssa and explain how unhappy I was with my hair. She responded a day later, only to say that she can "fix it" for no less than $50!!!!! Awful awful awful customer service. Any other place would have owned up to their mistake and actually fixed it. During the service, the stylists were on their phones and chatting away, no wonder the service took so long and came out so badly. After coming to the conclusion that they would only fix it for $50 my best friend and I decided to fix it ourselves and use a boxed L'Oréal dye. It came out exactly the way I wanted...absolutely pathetic how two girls with no experience doing hair could achieve the look but these two stylists who've been working for years could not. Save your TIME and MONEY and DO NOT come here.

It's one of the most affordable prices I have seen. I try to go when they first open at 930am so I don't have to wait. Otherwise, going any other time you might have to wait anywhere from 30 mins to over an hour depending how busy they are. You can make a reservation but even if you do you still might have to wait. I've experienced that twice myself so I stopped making reservations. They always take their time to make sure your nails come out good. It usually takes about an 1 hr&20 mins give or take for a mani and pedi. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. My gel manicure always lasts for 2 weeks or more. Despite the long wait sometimes, definitely a great nail salon worth going to if you're in the area. Check it out!

The older gentleman who worked on my nails showed a clear lack of attention to detail, and frankly didn't want to be there. He didn't push my cuticles, trim or shape my nails, nor did he roughen the surface to help the gel adhere properly. I had interrupted and asked him to do these things which was not done. All other staff were with other patrons. Additionally, he used a dirty emery board on my skin (not nails), which was of course ineffective. The polish application was sloppy, with excessive bubbling and uneven coverage, resembling a toddler's attempt, with more on my skin than my nails. When I politely asked for corrections, he rubbed the dirty emery board on my painted skin, with no improvement. The massage was practically nonexistent, callouses were barely touched. Eventually, I asked a kind older woman there to fix the mess, and she did what she could to improve it. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed by the service and the quality of the pedicure. Will never return when visiting this area.

That sounded awesome and worth the extra money. Particularly the 10 minute massage! BUT...I didn't get a foot or let massage at all--just exfoliant rubbed on me for a total of maybe 3 minutes? And a little lotion at the end. It was really odd and I was so bummed. I've gotten more of a massage at other nail salons during their basic, less expensive pedicures. It seemed like that would be a dedicated part of the pedicure, but nope not so. The "hot towel treatment" was literally just my legs being wiped down quickly with a warm towel lol. I've had a lot of pedicures and, unfortunately, this one just left me walking away feeling disappointed. I will say that the plus side of this was that my feet do feel more ready for summer, but I could've gotten that with just the $45 version. Or at another salon with a lot more treatments. This was not worth the extra money at all for their $60 "spa" one. And I'm really glad I didn't bother trying to get their $75 one! It's a bummer because I really wanted to love this place! It's cute inside and the woman who did my nails was nice. It just felt like a pretty unjustifiable rip off to pay $15 extra for all these things and only get jelly water (I think the crystals were in there) and some exfoliant (the latter I also get with standard pedicures elsewhere, it's far from "high end" as stated). If they wanted to charge $60 for just those things, that's totally their prerogative! But then please don't advertise more treatments taking place when they're not. I still tipped 25% but in hindsight I feel a little silly having done so. Ah well.
