Immaculate salon, very friendly and did a beautiful job on my nails. Great location. Highly recommend!!

Came as a recommendation from my coworker. The nail tech Kevin was who helped me. I showed him the nail art picture that I wanted, and he did an amazing job! He gave me thin lines, and he genuinely cared to make the design the best of his ability. I will mention I came as a fix up because another salon did me so wrong. I was beyond happy after Kevin was finished. Would come again and recommended him to my family and friends. read more

Came in for a gel pedicure and I wouldn't come back. I didn't notice how dirty the pedicure stations were until my feet were already in the water (they do at least use liners) and I felt like my service was rushed. Now that I'm home I can see how messy the polish is & one of my nails (not pictured) is filed completely crooked. The real deal killer for me was that another nail tech came over, took a tool that had just been used on me, wiped it off and placed it on another station for the next guest. read more

I came here based off the Stars. Poor decision. They are slow go customers. (Waited one hour with appointment). They have two different people work on you. 1 for feet. Other for nails. They don't have a selection to choose from and they didn't do that good of a job. IMO. Not worth the 65 bucks plus tip. read more

The salon moved right down the strip mall. It has been updated, very modern. I love that the pedicure tubs have plastic liners. All of the tools they use come in wrappers. I had an appointment with Lisa but Jessica took care of me. I can't give them a 5 at this time. I want to see how long the gel manicure lasts. If it lasts two weeks, they will definitely get a five from me. read more

Horrible experience. My nails were done by Lisa and she rushed the entire time. She did not file my nails correctly. She did not fill in the gel correctly either. There were gaps in my nails. I called to express my disappointment and she was very argumentative and started to make excuses and wasn't listening to anything I was saying. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. This was the worst experience. read more

Went to this place 4 times all good. The 5th time was horrible . Walked in for a manicure with gel color. Because my nails were breaking the lady suggested a gel over lay. When I asked her how much she said $40. As I was thinking about it I asked her 3 more times each time she said $40 . So I decided to do it. When she was done she worte it up as $60. I told her you told me $40 NO NO NO $60 $60 $60 I refused to pay $60 when told $40. Especially since she did a crappy job on my nails. i threw her $50 and walked out. All the while she yelling $60 $60 $60. she said $60 first time $40 after. This is ridiculous considering she did nothing but cover my nail . It's not like I got tips put on. I will never go back there. Totally unprofessional the owner said nothing. read more

Rude service, poor quality. Would not recommend. First set was so bad I asked them to redo it. Second set was better, but it was still bad.

I've been to this establishment a handful of times this past year and they've always satisfied me with their services. The first few times I got a regular mani-pedi, then another time I got gel manis. The gel manicure lasted 3-4 weeks and was $25 (pretty decent pricing). I always end up with Jessica as my nail tech and she always gives the attention and care that a customer deserves! Lisa is really nice and honest. One time I got charged multiple times on my card bc the system wasn't working properly. After I checked my monthly statements, I brought the statements and Lisa gave me a refund within 1 business day. I would recommend nail fever and will come again in the future. read more

I showed a Pinterest picture to the girl doing my nails and she didn't do it correctly. At all. Asked for a peach french gel manicure with a design on it, came out as a regular gel french manicure. Then I spoke to the manager asking if she could fix it, and told me it's ok she probably didn't notice the color in the picture and blamed the white part of the French not covering my nail because my nails happened to be short! Horrible service! I am paying $60 to at least be happy with the outcome, right? It was the most terrible and inconvenient experience I ever had. They also had network problems today and either needed to use the ATM in their salon or weren't able to use their credit card machine. So it was frustrating waiting for that to be fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Recreations Salon is truly the best in town. read more

I love this place. Jessica does my nails and they always look in point she's honest about something that I pick that she thinks doesn't look great and ALWAYS does an amazing job. If you're looking for consistent quality at an affordable rate, look no further than Nail Fever. The owner, Lisa, is very friendly and accommodating. The shop is kept pretty clean as well as their bathroom & waxing area. Lisa is also a Certified Eyelash Extension Tech. who spruces you up for that special occasion without burning a hole in your pockets! Since Pathmark closed, the traffic decreased dramatically. However, this place is truly a gem in this strip mall where it has stood the test of time! I gave them 4 stars because I think the shop can use a little facelift, but for their craft, they are Grade-A quality. Confession: I almost want to not give them a great review because I'd like to keep them all to myself!! read more

I went to this Nail Salon on a whim. I thought they were new, turns out they've been around for nearly 15 years! The interior of the Salon is brand new. It looks like they offer a variety of services including waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. I just had a gel manicure. I loved their color selection. Paul did an amazing job. He didn't rush and actually waited for the acetone to do its job before scraping the old paint off. This may not seem like a big deal but it maintains the integrity of your natural nails. Also, the application of the polish was great. Finally, I notice this place is very sanitary. The tools are individually wrapped. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Nail Fever - Honeymoon ready! Gel manicure.. Thanks Lisa! - Nail Salons Near Me - North Brunswick, New Jersey

Lisa takes extremely long, it took an hour for a manicure !According to the picture my manicure looked NOTHING like what I wanted, i tried to talk to Lisa about it but she seemed to get annoyed! I wanted to give them a try to see if they could do the stencil because my best friend always comes here. The next date that I came back, which was almost a week 1/2 later for the stencil design that I had came in previously for. Lisa recognized the I told them exactly what I wanted as I did the other time. Lisa stated it would take too long, that's what she said to her coworker in front of me, and then they tried to tell me it'll be 15$ extra ontop of 60 for a design??? When last week it was 60$. It was extremely unprofessional and shows how lazy this place truly is. I left without spending a dime. I'm glad I left and I will never be back. lisa is lazy, tried to overcharge me because she didn't feel like doing the design i wanted!! do not be a nail tech if you dont like your job!! read more

I made an appointment two weeks ago, just came from the salon and was told Lisa took the day off. She never called to tell me or reschedule. The girl said she called her clients but I wasn't called. I guess new clients aren't important. She advised me to get rid of the acrylic nails and move to gels. I took her advise and changed paying for a whole new set. She said to come back in two weeks so I make the appointment. Now she's not there and I won't go back to place that is that unprofessional. My time is just as valuable as there time. I'm very disgusted. Terrible business acumen. read more

This was my first time going to Nail Fever and I am so happy I discovered this little place. I usually go to a different nail salon, but they were closed on Sunday and I needed my nails done by Monday morning. They usually close at 4, but it was 6 pm and they told me that they would be more than happy to take me. I got a gel manicure for $25 (+$6 tip) and was completely happy with how they came out! Absolute scammers, charged me for the most minor things like if my nails were not short enough and didn't tell me until after. Then they had me going back and forth to the atm to withdraw cash so I wouldn't have to pay the $2 fee when using my card, just to have me pay the $2 fee anyways to withdraw cash. They were the rudest employees I have ever meet and I know they were upcharging me when the lady doing my nails showed my hand to another lady and asked if she should make me pay more for the length and the other lady said yes without even looking. Also, everytime I stuck my hand in the uv light my nails would burn in excruciating pain and the lady would just laugh at me. Not sure what kind of business they're trying to run, but obviously they are not concerned with their customers, just the money they make off of us. read more
