Came in for a gel pedicure and I wouldn't come back. I didn't notice how dirty the pedicure stations were until my feet were already in the water (they do at least use liners) and I felt like my service was rushed. Now that I'm home I can see how messy the polish is & one of my nails (not pictured) is filed completely crooked. The real deal killer for me was that another nail tech came over, took a tool that had just been used on me, wiped it off and placed it on another station for the next guest. read more

The salon moved right down the strip mall. It has been updated, very modern. I love that the pedicure tubs have plastic liners. All of the tools they use come in wrappers. I had an appointment with Lisa but Jessica took care of me. I can't give them a 5 at this time. I want to see how long the gel manicure lasts. Horrible experience. My nails were done by Lisa and she rushed the entire time. She did not file my nails correctly. She did not fill in the gel correctly either. There were gaps in my nails. I called to express my disappointment and she was very argumentative and started to make excuses and wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Went to this place 4 times all good. The 5th time was horrible . Walked in for a manicure with gel color. Because my nails were breaking the lady suggested a gel over lay. When I asked her how much she said $40. As I was thinking about it I asked her 3 more times each time she said $40 . So I decided to do it. When she was done she worte it up as $60. I told her you told me $40 NO NO NO $60 $60 $60 I refused to pay $60 when told $40. Especially since she did a crappy job on my nails. i threw her $50 and walked out. All the while she yelling $60 $60 $60. she said $60 first time $40 after. This is ridiculous considering she did nothing but cover my nail . It's not like I got tips put on. I've been to this establishment a handful of times this past year and they've always satisfied me with their services. The first few times I got a regular mani-pedi, then another time I got gel manis. The gel manicure lasted 3-4 weeks and was $25 (pretty decent pricing). I always end up with Jessica as my nail tech and she always gives the attention and care that a customer deserves! Lisa is really nice and honest. One time I got charged multiple times on my card bc the system wasn't working properly. After I checked my monthly statements, I brought the statements and Lisa gave me a refund within 1 business day. I would recommend nail fever and will come again in the future. read more

I showed a Pinterest picture to the girl doing my nails and she didn't do it correctly. At all. Asked for a peach french gel manicure with a design on it, came out as a regular gel french manicure. Then I spoke to the manager asking if she could fix it, and told me it's ok she probably didn't notice the color in the picture and blamed the white part of the French not covering my nail because my nails happened to be short! Horrible service! I am paying $60 to at least be happy with the outcome, right? It was the most terrible and inconvenient experience I ever had. They also had network problems today and either needed to use the ATM in their salon or weren't able to use their credit card machine. So it was frustrating waiting for that to be fixed. Ever since they moved and renovated, this looks like a luxury spa! The prices are affordable and also offer many services like lash extensions! The staff is friendly and listen to exactly what you want. The seats are comfortable and new! Everything is kept clean and hygienic! I went to this Nail Salon on a whim. I thought they were new, turns out they've been around for nearly 15 years! The interior of the Salon is brand new. It looks like they offer a variety of services including waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. I just had a gel manicure. I loved their color selection. Paul did an amazing job. He didn't rush and actually waited for the acetone to do its job before scraping the old paint off. This may not seem like a big deal but it maintains the integrity of your natural nails. I made an appointment two weeks ago, just came from the salon and was told Lisa took the day off. She never called to tell me or reschedule. The girl said she called her clients but I wasn't called. I usually go to a different nail salon, but they were closed on Sunday and I needed my nails done by Monday morning. Absolute scammers, charged me for the most minor things like if my nails were not short enough and didn't tell me until after. Then they had me going back and forth to the atm to withdraw cash so I wouldn't have to pay the $2 fee when using my card, just to have me pay the $2 fee anyways to withdraw cash. They were the rudest employees I have ever meet and I know they were upcharging me when the lady doing my nails showed my hand to another lady and asked if she should make me pay more for the length and the other lady said yes without even looking. Also, everytime I stuck my hand in the uv light my nails would burn in excruciating pain and the lady would just laugh at me. Not sure what kind of business they're trying to run, but obviously they are not concerned with their customers, just the money they make off of us. read more

This has been my go-to nail salon for the past 2 years. Their prices are the most reasonable in the area and their location is super convenient. Lisa is the owner and does an amazing job with my difficult almond nail shape. The polish never chips the nails hardly ever break and I never have an issue with lifting. She always understands the look I'm trying to achieve and will do anything to make you happy. Their location recently moved within the same shopping center and it is beautiful, very spa like.
