I was getting my nails done for vacation. I don't often get my nails done. I normally just get them done for vacation. This place was small but comfortable. The receptionist was amazing. I walked out of the place with the best manicure and pedicure that I've ever gotten. I went to many nail salons before and have never been so happy with my nails. It's been a week since I got my nails done and they look like I just got them done. I gave them an inspiration picture and they copied it perfectly. My pedicure was very neat. I got gel and they did it perfect. The price was very affordable. I called many places before going here and they have the cheapest prices. My bill came out to 75 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Would definetly come back! read more

Idk why four season has three stars!? This place is a local favorite of mine and I've come here numerous times over the years for gel, dip etc when I'm home. The salon is quick and professional and they typically have like 5+ ladies working so even if you just walk in it doesn't take long for someone to take you. I recently got a colored gel French for $40, the service was quick and clean and the price was very fair. I was going for a micro French tip and showed them a pic of what I wanted, with orange tips on my right hand and green tips on my left - and they came out exactly how I wanted! read more

I have been a customer in this establishment over 4 years. Today was the absolute worse I went in for a filling and usual pedi. I had some cracks in my nails so I say to her are you going to fix the cracks she proceeded to say I will add more gel. So I'm optimistic she proceeds. I also say I want them shorter. I show her a picture of how I want them shaped she says ok. I also show her the color. When all said and done I had football bulky shaped nails I was completely shocked looking like wtf is this. I expressed to the woman who does my pedi my dissatisfaction. She even laughed at the work. I asked her to ask Sunni the owner can she fix it. As I came in the front Sunni came to me asking if I can come back another day first I expressed I have a flight to catch 530am this is my birthday and secondly I said no. If a customer is not satisfied this should be taken care of immediately. I then expressed I'm not paying for it until it's fixed I will pay for my pedicure instead of her taking 20 min to fix my nails she proceeded to say I don't have to come back there is nothing she can do. Again I will repeat I have been a customer for over 4 years have referred people and also my daughter come here. NO PROBLEM. I paid for my pedi and tip well over and left. I can not believe how this was handled. My nails for my birthday have been ruined and leaving a nail salon at 2pm from sitting in there from 11 completely unprofessional. I gave one star just because my pedicure from Darlin is always good. The owner does not value customers and she picks and choose whom she wants to do good work for. I am completely in awe of how this situation was handled. I thought I was going to have a hard time finding someplace to get a mani/Pedi on Black Friday, but Four Seasons was ready for the day. They had several nail technicians working that day and they took me right away. I got a regular mani/pedi. Their service included a paraffin wax heel treatment which was nice. The technician, Aleda, was polite, professional, thorough, and was neat with polish application. I brought my own polish, but their polish wall was impressive. Honestly I hate being this person on Yelp -- I try my best not to complain about businesses on here, because things happen and no organization is perfect. Before scheduling an appointment here, I scoured through the many bad, some wonderful reviews. I decided, since I was in a pinch for time, I would give them a try. I scheduled a dip powder/SNS nail service. The whole process was rushed, sloppy, and unsanitary. The entire time I was hoping they'd prove the bad reviews wrong, but if you're reading this just know: those people are not a**hole customers looking to complain, they're serious and just unhappy with their service. Only two days later and my dip powder (which is supposed to be chip proof/last 2-3 weeks) is chipped, cracked and messy looking. I'm so upset. I was there couple of times when was the other owner but in the beginning this new owner was fine but after went there notarized she it's use no quality gel nail polish because when they apply get bumps this new owner get gel polish more cheap Les quality but start charge more when became use a credit card also don't remove the gel in the proper way just want to file the nail to remove the gel which it's not healthy for the manicure the nail get irritate and damage the prices are high with no quality nail polish charge extra when you use a credit card. did t follow the procedure to do properly the manicure with a gal nail polish. after I see those thing I get disappointed star going to different ail salon with mor equality products and take care the nails with the right procedure. read more

They were quick to accommodate me everytime. Walkins are available as well. I decided to try them after I was fed up with my previous nail salon not being able to take appointments left and right and now I'm glad I did. They try their best with the designs I bring for inspiration and has lasted me 3-4 weeks. Overall great quality for the price, average gel full set extension cost $125 with design and fills were around $70 with design. Just okay. i asked for the trendy squiggle nail design and the tech sort of just threw the colors on - not much care or effort. nail polish went on thick on some nails and thin on the others and when I asked about fixing them, nothing was really done about it. Four Seasons Nails has been in my life for a LONG time. They do great quality gel manicures and pedicures. Some staff have changed over the years but for now the owner, Sunny, and her daughter, Miok, are running the salon. For $30 the gel amni lasts me about 3 weeks and if there's a chip it's never a problem for me to go in and get it fixed before a new Mani is required. The pedicures come with paraffin wax and hot stones which is awesome. They also have a rewards points system that allows you to earn some select free services the more you come. Every so often I earn a free pedicure so that's nice. read more

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done this weekend. The pedicure is okay. They quality of your pedicure depends on who you get. There were times I get someone who is great-- takes their time with cleaning and most importantly, with massaging my legs and feet. Sadly, you might get someone who just rubs the exfoliator and lotion and taps your legs a few times and consider that a massage. Seriously. Tammy did my gel manicure and she was quick and her quality of work was great. Love her. Their gel manicure usually lasts me more than 2 weeks. I always come here as soon as they open on the weekends so I don't have to wait for my turn. It usually takes an hour and a half to have both my gel manicure and regular pedicure done. By the time I leave, there's already a few people waiting. Setting up an appointment is useless here. I've witnessed people come around 10 mins before their appointment timebut they still had to wait. You can still call and make an appointment if that floats your boat but that doesn't guarantee that they will start on you as soon as you get there. And I agree with what one reviewer said that the ladies who does most of the pedicures (majority of them are Spanish) have to be careful about what they say when customers are around. read more

Customer service sucks. The owner Rosemary has an attitude every time I'm there. I never had a problem when Sunny was the owner. Now I can't even get a pedicure that I'm satisfied with. I have to keep telling the person the fix the polish or to clean under my toe nails. I have tried several different pedicurists. It get very frustrating when you can't relax. I thought it was suppose to be a relaxing place to pamper yourself. You have to keep watching the entire time you are getting the service. Another thing is the workers don't speak English. And they are speaking Spanish the entire time. It's rude and disrespectful to the customers. read more

Literally worst nail experience of my life. From out of town and thought I try this place. Needed a mani & Pedi but my experience was so bad that I didn't even stay for the manicure. The place is not clean and all over the place. My water was cold so I had to repeat my ask to warm it up. She cut my nails with not a nail clipper so it wasn't even. None of the tools looked clean. Cut my nails down so short that the wasn't even room to file them. The bathroom has bleach bottles everywhere and other stuff like storage. No toilet paper just a box of tissues. Callous treatment was an extra 7 dollars just for her not to clean the scrapper off. I've never left the nail salon with my feet looking force then I walked in. Rosemarie is an amazing nail tech. Unfortunately whoever runs the front desk or appointment scheduling failed to cancel with me when Rosemarie was not at the salon due to sickness. I showed up to my appointment and was turned away, with no help or concern. Woman who sits near the front desk didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule or wait for someone else. And chuckled when I asked why didn't anyone call the clients booked for today. They said they didn't have my phone number but that's a lie because I give my phone number when I book or they should be asking for it. Okay where do I start? I would give 0 stars but I cant . Starting off with my the gel acrylics , they added every little secret charge imaginable to but my hands and feet WITHOUT notification. Acrylic nails lumpy and bumpy. Instead of doing acrylic tips they literally glued a fake nail on the whole nails and put acrylic over it .defeated whole purpose . Ok so I have been to Four Seasons multiple times before reviewing. There are several great things and there is merit to many of the not so great reviews already posted. Positives: great designs, hand painted art, lots of gel polish options, hot stones with pedicure, staff is mostly friendly. Negatives: a little run down (could use a few upgrades and renovations), ALWAYS BUSY (appt or not), could be cleaner overall, it can be a bit loud so not the zen/relaxation place Factors that I've decided affect your experience are if they know you and recognize you, time of day (I prefer to go early in the day), ultimately what you desire most from your nail experience. Overall, I really like the service and the expertise there so I continue to go there. read more

SERIOUS INFECTION FROM THIS PLACE. BEWARE. Had an appointment set for 5:00 PM but was not seen until 5:50 PM. Had three people work on my nails because they were so disorganized. THEN developed an infection from in my thumb from my visit and had to get it drained a few days later (the most pain I have ever experienced in my entire life). I am on two medications for the next ten days due to the infection and if it does not get better, I will need surgery. I had to take time off from work due to the pain and my recovery. Was not able to use my thumb at all for over a week. Please use my experience as a lesson and go somewhere else. I hope I never go through this again. read more
