Well.. Im gonna start by saying that I'm very disappointed with the service that I got last Saturday. I did not have an appointment, but I called, and they told me to come in for a manicure and pedicure. They sat me down for the gel pedicure, and the older lady did a good job. I had no complaints. She was a 5/5 After her is when everything went downhill.. when asked, I said I wanted short acrylics, and some lady had started putting the tips on me while I got my pedi. Then, I was told to sit in a different seat, and then a second time, I was asked to move again and was guided to a seat with an older gentleman. I know there is another guy which I can't speak about, but the one I got, PLEASE AVOID AND DONT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR NAILS!! He did a very lazy job in which I had to tell him to retouch the lines because the colors weren't touching. Then, for the flower, he did me so dirty. He put the final coat and told me I was done.. I paid and tipped. When I got home, I realized how different it looked compared to my picture. I was gonna let it go until Tuesday. The flower center piece came off because he oversaturated the brush in polish and then made the design puffy. My friends told me to go back, but I didn't want to make a big deal. Honestly, I don't have that type of energy. Thankfully, my girlfriend's salon is willing to fix it over the weeked. I can't speak for any other tech, only that one that. I used to love kiss nails, it was always fairly priced and on the way home from work! never had a problem with a booking however after today i am left completely disappointed. theres a new gentleman there who works as a tech and im not sure if he's inexperienced but i am letting you all know to stay on the look out an avoid!! i hardly ever voice a complaint but i have had too many issues now and i cannot let it slide anymore. he is SOO rough with handling and doesn't seem to care after i winced in pain with nearly every tool he touched. i decided to not go with the design i had in mind because i just wanted to leave. I went in after a stressful day at work (appointment was at 3pm thursday) looking to relax and treat myself, instead i left with a cut on my toe AND finger... all of this came out to $90 total- polish on toes and a SIMPLE acrylic set. very unhappy with the service, my nails are different shades of purple, hands were dirty with residue, i was handled poorly, AND cut. on top of that, there is supposed to be a discount for paying cash... didnt even bring it up to me NOR charge less. it was only after i let him know that he cut me twice that he finally lowered it to $85. at that price i could certainly find other techs who wouldn't be as rough. never again. read more

The place is DIRTY! Please pay attention to the nasty bowl that you get to dip your nails in, the tools are not disinfected, the emery boards are used and abused. The water to soak your hands in is cold, seems like staff couldn't care less about it. The drill bits are full of nasty other persons cuticles or nail leftover. The workstation is dirty, have to rest your hands on the box that is filled with plastic nails. If you look around, looks like the place has not been vacuumed or mopped or dusted since it's been open. Overall disgusting. I've been a steady customer here for over 6 months use Tony, who I must say is extremely rude! Talks about every and any customer who doesn't shut up and sit down. I had an appointment with him at 4:30pm and arrived at 4:27 in which he just began gluing tips on a customer in his chair. I checked in sat down 15-20 min later he tells me to go sit in another technicians chair. I refused, and replied "why would I do that, When I made an appointment with him ". I only gave 4 stars because they left some residue around my fingers, I know this tends to go away with water after about a day or so but I would have liked to walk out of the place without any gel/nail polish residue around my fingers. I would definitely recommend gel if you want the polish to last longer, an extra $10. No point in making an appointment because you still need to wait 20-30 minutes passes your time. I have been a regular at Kiss Nail Salon for almost a year and have been coming here on and off since I was a teenager. Daniella is my artist and she is beyond awesome and talented. She is a very down to earth woman with a big heart and always has a smile on her face! I am always extremely happy with my nails. All I have to do is show her a picture with the design I want and BAM they're on my nails! She also gives great advice/knows what is in style if you're not sure on the design you want. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anybody! Not only is Daniella great, but the WHOLE staff is as well. Tina (the owner) also has an outstanding amount of talent and is very kind. The whole staff makes you feel very welcome even if you are not their client. The salon is always very clean and has a nice atmosphere. It is also located conveniently on route 1 next to BJ's. I made an appointment with kiss nails. After a half hour they told me they were ready for my pedicure. The woman put a plastic bag in the tub. Did not clean it or my chair! I waited. She went to do someone's nails and left me there. I told the manager/owner, and he said someone would be with me soon. When another half hour went by I got up to leave.
