I've been a loyal customer here for years, and this is the only nail salon I go to. This was the first time I've ever been charged a $5 removal fee for the nail blush that was applied here just two weeks earlier. What made it even more confusing is that I was only charged for the removal on my toes. I had nail blush removed from my hands during the same visit, and there was no removal charge for that. Naturally, I asked about the difference because it wasn't consistent. The $5 wasn't the issue. It was the principle and the way the question was handled. When I asked, I was told, "We've always charged for that." That has not been my experience as a longtime customer. If this is the policy, it should be clearly communicated or reflected in the service pricing so customers aren't surprised. I've always enjoyed coming here, and I consistently tip well. More disappointing than the fee was the attitude I received for asking a simple question. Transparency, consistency, and good customer service go a long way, especially with loyal customers. read more

Ambiance: Really chic black and white decor, that is serene, well-decorated, and pristine, with a warm, comforting vibe that immediately puts people at ease. Service: It was easy to book and pricing was explained in a pretty straight forward manner (they do prefer cash, otherwise there is credit card service fee). My friend and I got a gel mani pedi. The absence of massage chairs was offset by the relaxing 5 minute hot stone leg massage during the pedicure and a 2 minute back massage during the manicure. They provide a 7-day warranty for chipped or broken nails, which proved helpful for my friend, who had no trouble going back to get it redone. read more

Olivia did an amaZINGGGG job on my daughter's "birthday" Christmas nails!!! Although we booked a "fill", it was really a new set and a lot of art work, she was accommodated. I got the lavender pedicure for $52. There is a $3 fee for using a card also. The leg massage was fantastic and she did a great job cleaning up my nails!! There weren't any massage chairs, but the chairs were fairly comfy. No drink was offered. All products were straight out of the tear away plastic packages and instead of spacers they used paper towel, which was odd. Overall a good experience, I'm just used to something nicer for the money I spent. I will most likely go back though. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Fantasy Nails for about three years, regularly coming in for gel manicures, pedicures, and sometimes dip powder. For the most part, my experiences have been positive, and I've appreciated the reasonable prices. Occasionally, I noticed my nails chipped or cracked easily, but I let it slide because I figured these things happen, and I could manage with nail glue or polish removal if needed. For context, my job involves typing, and I don't engage in activities that would put heavy stress on my nails. The manicure I got before this experience held up reasonably well, though one nail did crack. At my next visit, the nail tech fixed it with what appeared to be silk wrap, which was great at first, but within a week, the fixed nail cracked again, and another nail completely broke off. I went back to have them repaired and was charged $10 for hard gel fixes. I was surprised and disappointed that the staff didn't seem apologetic or concerned about the durability issues, especially given the circumstances. While I understand add-ons cost extra, I had already spent $65 for my gel manicure, which included French tips, shaping, and two different colors. To pay even more to fix what felt like a poor-quality job was frustrating. The tech also mentioned it would be an additional $5 to add an extension to the broken nail, which I declined because I felt this should've been included as a courtesy for a loyal customer. During the repair, she filed over the cracked nail, which was quite deep and caused discomfort. Though I didn't make a fuss, it left me feeling uncared for. Unfortunately, just a week later, the same nail with the hard gel repair cracked again. At this point, I've decided to go elsewhere for my manicures. While the artistry and designs are beautiful, I highly recommend additional training to ensure nails are durable and last the expected amount of time, especially considering the prices. read more

Dont know if there was a managment change but was there couple days ago with my wife and we both felt it went downhill! First making appointment was horrible which should have been a sign, called three times each time answered and put phone on counter and one time hung up. They were rude, both rushed through and finished a horrible job in record time. wife's nails as she suspected chipped already. I would not really recommend this place. Visiting from out of town and closest to the hotel. It is clean and busy so maybe one of the only places in this area.
