My new nail salon! I recently started working in the area and went to a different, horrible nail salon down the street first because this one was not on yelp! Someone was smart enough to add the listing since then! I've been there about 4 times and can say.. they are consistently very clean and courteous! They have a lot of color options and awesome pedicure chairs. Also... you can get a mani/pedi Mon-Thurs anytime for $25. The only weird thing I have noticed is that they ask clients to "come back later" if they are busy instead of allowing them to wait. read more

It's one hour before close time at a salon stop by to do a fill-in and the front desk lady had her person in hand and didn't even entertain a fill-in, which doesn't make sense because they weren't busy at all so call before going there because you will be disappointed. read more

Sometimes a technician is not able to get smooth finish because of lack of training or poor quality of nail paint used etc, which is okay, we are humans; local businesses need support after covid so that consideration is there too, however, aggression towards a customer is not what you expect of a business. It's the owner's poor customer service skills and aggression that's an issue with this place as mentioned in some other reviews as well. This is how my nails were done - thick, smudged with bubbles at places. When I let the owner know, she started getting aggressive and was rude to the core, said sentences like "I don't like customers who complain". First she started blaming me for not letting the technician know that I only want two coats of nail paint, not three. The technician herself agreed that it's not me, it's she who suggested a third coat as she was not able to get a smooth finish with two coats. Then the owner started giving excuses in extremely rude way and started fighting for a tip after such poor service and misbehavior. Pathetic experience! read more

Went here for the first time today. This place seems very clean and the owner seemed to know regulars by first name. I went in with a picture of what I wanted. The nail tech who did my nails tried to do the design but it was a little off. It was a simple design with glitter, but she made it a straight line instead of like a gradient so I asked her to just drag it down, but she didn't too much and it looks like the whole nail was covered in glitter. At that point it wasn't cured yet and I simply asked her to just wipe off the excess, which she did but she had to turn to the other tech next to her and complain about it in Spanish(which I understood). This place is not bad, probably not for those who want extensive designs. I will come again but will try a different tech. read more

I had a pedicure, can't even give it 1 star. The worst I've ever had, it lasted no more than 10 minutes. When I said to another operator there why so short, they said my feet were clean, that's all I needed! She forgot to put clear polish on my big toe; never had such a bad pedicure! read more

really nice people but i paid 68 dollars and my nails fell off within 3 days, my friend got her nails done and she was cut multiple times on almost all of her fingers and the nail polish was poorly put on and the shape of the nails wasn't good overall. I have been going to Vogue Nails for a few years. It came highly recommended by my daughter, and she was sooo right. I have been a steady customer since my first visit. The prices are fair, and the service is always excellent. It's very well taken care of, and all the staff members are terrific. I had injured the nail on my big toe. and they "babied" it and took care of it until the new nail had grown out. I love the foot and leg massage, and the warm stones. I've recently moved, but thankfully not far enough away that I won't continue to return to Vogue Nails. read more

This was 3 days after my "spa pedicure". Save your money and go somewhere else. Terrible paint job. The pedicure itself was mediocre at best and cost me $45. The only difference from a regular pedicure was they Saran wrapped my feet. 1 minute massage on my legs not even my feet; calluses still intact. Really clean. For those of you that love massage chairs during pedicures, this is the spot. Their massage chairs are either fairly new or they keep them in really good condition. Tons of options. Staff is super friendly. The only downside is that I only get gel manicures and they lack gel manicure brands and color options. Must not be popular at this location as much as others. Prices are average. $20 for pedicure. Overall, I would definitely come back again and would recommend this salon to others. read more

I wanted to find a nail salon closer to my house so I really tried with this place. They have an attitude and the front desk girl who picks up all phone calls and manages the salon (think she's the owner) is extremely passive aggressive. But I overlooked all of that. Until, I went to get my nails done for my wedding and they cut so deep into my cuticles they hurt. I love Vogue Nails! I went to this place because I was dropping someone off at the same shopping mall, noticed a nail salon and just walked in. Since it was not a busy time, I did not have to wait. I like that the salon is very clean. I have many choices of colors for mani/pedi. The staff that assisted me over the years have all been very courteous and friendly. On Mon.-Thurs., mani/mani can be $25 combined. That's a great deal! I highly recommend this salon. There is a laundromat in the same mall. So if you need to get laundry and your nails done, this may be a good location for that also. read more

Think twice about going here. I was a fool and kept going here just because they were convenient to my job. All the good nail technicians would leave and then the owner would take on their clients. Maybe she is a good owner but she is a horrible nail tech. My nails would start chipping and peeling the next day. I'd go back and she'd try to blame me for this and then she just got downright nasty. Oh, and they tell you that shellac is more than gel. At my new salon, they are the same price AND 7 dollars cheaper. Again, think twice about spending your hard-earned money at this place! read more
