I was looking for a local nail salon and came across this place online. I called at 12:45 PM to see if they had any availability and they were able to get me in immediately for a gel re-fill. My first impression was how beautiful, clean, and aesthetic the place was, as well as how friendly the woman at the front desk was! I had my nails done by Catherine. She was friendly, gentle, and did my nails exactly how I wanted. Going to a new nail salon is always scary, but I would definitely recommend this place :)
I am so happy that I found this place on Yelp! I was so sick of traveling to Somerset to get my nails done... especially after I found the experience to be like an assembly line.. and not that good of quality of the work or the actual product. Parking is ample.. walking in you barely waited at all. Picked my color from an array of options and immediately sat down to get serviced. Sue did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! She definitely knew what she was doing in the very quick and thorough removal of a previous gel manicure.. regular manicure and regular pedicure. I love the way my nails looked after.. not mishapen and the coats were really quality. I was in and out of there, but in the best way possible. I loved my experience so much that I became a member... as I'm sure that I will reap the points from coming in at least once a month--and you also get a free eyebrow wax on your birthday! Very nice experience and so close to my house.
Came here based on the stellar reviews, but leaving feeling quite underwhelmed. The designs on their website photos were beautiful so I was excited to come here before my vacation and was looking forward to a subtle orange color. Unfortunately, they had nothing similar. There was only one orange in their collection and it was so bright it looked glow-in-the-dark. Their color selection was limited in comparison to other nail salons and I had to settle for a pink instead. My mom and I asked for the same design, but her design did not come out as expected. 2/10 random nails had 4 buds on her flowers and 8/10 had 5 buds... they seemed annoyed when asking for them to be redone saying "does it really bother you?" For $15 extra for a very simple design, yes, yes it does bother me... Anyway, the color/design wasn't what I had in mind so I left feeling disappointed in the outcome. The pedicure was average. We came in at 1:30 and 3 of us got pedicures at different times, which is fine but they were taking other people just coming in while having us wait after our manicures. It was veryyy busy and they were only taking appointments, but we had an appointment too so having us wait felt weird. Prices were slightly higher than other salons so call and inquire before coming in. Be advised that if you haven't been here before you're required to purchase your own nail file and buffer for $2 - you can bring them back next time you return. On the bright side, two weeks in and mine and moms gel nails are still intact and going strong. Not a single chip or discoloration!

I don't usually do anything exciting but I've been wanting a more elongated shape to my nail because they are naturally kinda stuby. I asked and I received. Love this place and love their work! Always the best
If I could give 0 stars I would! Booked a gel fill and design with Sue. As she begins to file the polish off I tell her I had some a nail lifting that needed to be repaired. She tells me the nails are good. I point out the lift and she tells me she will glue it. First red flag. After showing the crack and lift of the nail she finally agrees to repair and proceeds to tell me it will cost extra and she was just looking out for me because nails are pricy. Personally I've never paid extra for a repair but I didn't want any issues like a fungus so it is what it is. Additionally, if I couldn't afford to have my nails done I wouldn't be in her chair so that was the 2nd red flag for me and I contemplated just paying for the file job and leaving. I showed her a picture of a design that I wanted and was told it's Saturday and it's busy so she didn't have time despite booking nail design along with my fill. This is followed by a "where do you live question"? Which is fairly common question but it was beginning to feel discriminatory at this point. I tell her where and then she says that's a nice area and then proceeds to tell me she won't charge for the nail repair. In the end I have gel under my nails, and the polish doesn't reach the side of my nails completely. I wanted to leave so bad I didn't bother asking for them to be painted correctly. I wouldn't have proceeded with designs even if she had time either. I will NEVER return to this nails salon! I would rather bite them off and have nubs than deal with what I went through.
I've been coming here for the past few years and this is honestly the best place to get your nails done in the area. Super clean, super friendly. I've never had to wait with my reservations. They also have you bring back the same file and nail buff so that you're not reusing someone else's, and I always see them open a clean set of tools for my nails right in front of me. I saw Joy's work in the yelp photos and fell in love, so I've been requesting her ever since. I could only find 3 of the pictures of manicures she's done for me, but there are so many others. Edit: I went again today and got another gel manicure done. Thank you, Sarah!

Had an amazing experience at Nails Touch, they are under new ownership and have completely renovated the inside. I had an appointment and they were running on time. My manicurist did an excellent job, she paid attention to detail and delivered exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be coming back soon! read more

The pricing is on the affordable side! Did a great job ! They offer a ziplock for your own personal tools, and signing up for vip is very cheap . Staff was very friendly! read more

I got my nails done by Iris :) gel mani with a regular pedi and they give you a nail kit bc of COVID which is understandable. The total was $67. I love coming here :) they are so nice. read more

I love love love Nails Touch The entire staff is so friendly it's so relaxing and warming to walk in and everyone greets you with a smile :) I always get my gel fill ins and gel manicure at Nails Touch and the craftsmanship and detail is impeccable. What's also really cute is that everyone comes over to watch whenever I decide I want something complicated for my design (which is more often than not) and they all help out to pick the best colors too~ If you love to get pampered and have beautiful nails, go to Nails Touch !! read more

I was introduced to this place by my friend Isabel who has posted a review here already! I'm always skeptical about nail places, but I can say for sure that this is now my FAVORITE place!!! I had Joy as my manicurist (she only does gel manicures) and Jennifer as the pedicurist... not sure if either of those are words, but you get the point! Joy is amazing and really pays attention to detail, which I love. Also, if you are unsatisfied, you just tell her and she makes whatever fixes you would like. Jennifer is incredibly nice and was very delicate with my feet after seeing my scars. I love the both of them. I will always be coming back here! I also speak a little bit of Korean, so it's always fun to speak to the ladies and try to get to know them! FYI: my nails are natural and I never get fill-ins or acrylics or anything. Joy makes sure to keep my nails healthy and happy! read more

I was done with my awesome Halloween nails that she did and said to myself , "Gonna just do one color." But I had Joy. And she is a such an amazing nail artist, I couldn't . Told her to pick anything she wanted. This was the result. read more

I gave this place a second chance. They charged me about 70 bucks for a gel mani and pedi. I only went here cuz I didn't want to drive to my usual spot in Highland Park. I got a regular mani pedi and they charged me 40 bucks when I usually get charged 25, in Highland Park but I took the chance and went for it. it was disappointing. The lady cut my toe and the guy there tried to entertain me while she cleaned up my pedicure and then she tried to charge me before she painted my nails which was weird. Anyway, she made my toe bleed and I'm never going to go back. They're not worth all the reviews they have. read more

Just had my nails done for the first time here.They did an outstanding job! I'm so happy with my fill in as well as my gel pedicure. Sarah did my fill in which I had gotten done else where and she fixed it making it thinner and shaping it nicely. Loren did my gel pedicure and she did a great job on my feet as well. I love that they massage your legs using hot stones and they also use fresh aloe. Quality and service same as the place I use to go in NY. They are super busy here and looks like appointments are required, highly recommend this place. read more

Came here for the first time based off the reviews. The employees are very nice don't get me wrong, but I just received the worst gel manicure of my life. Maybe she was rushing or had a bad day idk. I'm really upset I even paid and tipped for this. I'm not one to cause a scene or speak up if I don't like something so that's partially my fault. Idk how the nail technician looked at this and thought it was acceptable lol read more

I rarely do anything for my birthday, but this year I decided to get my nails done as a little treat. Happy to say I wasn't disappointed. I tried to call ahead after work to see if I could still be fit in, and the owner informed me that I should come ASAP. Unfortunately, the traffic was terrible and I got lost along the way, pushing me back 30 minutes past my scheduled time of 5:30PM. I wasn't sure if they'd still take me in, but I thought why not since I made the trip there. As soon as I came in I was quickly greeted and sat down. Young was very kind and warned me of the heat since this was my first time getting gel done. Because I came late, the staff ended up staying past 7PM, but they were still very nice on my way out. They did an amazing job on my nails, and I've already received so many comments on them! My only criticism would be the price of $70 for a gel full set as it's usually get it for cheaper up north where my family lives, but for the quality, I didn't mind paying a little extra! read more

Had my nails done here 3 weeks ago and not a single nail had chipped. I work in the hospital and I'm constantly washing and sanitizing my nails. very satisfied with the quality and sturdiness of the nails. Also I really appreciate the cleanliness and sanitation efforts of this salon. All their tools are special cleaned per use, and not shared between customers. I really feel safe having my nails done here. read more

I went here this morning after seeing all the great reviews. Must say, they didn't disappoint. I called yesterday (Friday)to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was very sweet and accommodating and I got one for 10AM Saturday. I went in to get a pedicure and manicure. First off, the pedicure was one of the beepedicures I've had! Not to mention the heating pad for your shoulders, massages and hot stones. Jennifer did both my mani and pedi and she was just so sweet and lovely! Everyone who works there is so sweet and it's just a relaxing and wonderful atmosphere! I had to write a review because if you're looking for a great nail place...this is it! I also got their membership card because this will be my new go to place! I don't think I've had a better experience at a nail salon then I did here today! Btw, I've never had so many massages before while getting my nails done! Love, love, LOVED it!!!! *UPDATE* (1/1/19) Second visit was yesterday afternoon after work! Jennifer took me again to do my pedicure and gel French! I got the white on white. First time actually getting a white on white gel manicure & it's safe to say I am in LOVE! I love how on the second visit Jennifer even called me by my name too. I love how personable and inviting they are and they really go out of their way to make sure you are the most comfortable as possible. Even with a cold, Jennifer could see I kept sniffling and my nose was starting to run and ran to get me some tissues when I didn't even need to ask! I was in a quick pinch and needed to get my nails done stat. It can be really tough to get an appointment on a Saturday morning, but when I called Nails Touch at 10:00 they told me to come in at 10:30. Often times, it's still a wait. Places tell you to come in just to get you in the door and then make you sit and wait. I hate that. It drives me up a wall. I had my feet soaking in a hot bath by 10:31. This was some prompt service. The pedi did not feel rushed at all. A standard pedi included a hot stone massage and a hot plastic wrap on my feet, I've never had either of those things included in a standard pedi before and now I'm not sure if I can ever go back. My mani was also great - ample time was spent massaging my hands and shaping my nails. I usually get a layer of glitter on top of my polish and sometimes nail places freak out about this. They will try to charge extra or make a stink about adding it to every nail. No one at Nails Touch was bothered by my request at all and everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shouts to Sara the owner. She was such a doll and I noticed that she went out of her way to introduce herself and make conversation with every customer. read more
