Prices are quoted differently and then changed when you are ready to pay. They do not inform you while getting a service that there will be extra charges... And when they cut my nails way toooo short, they told me to pay for a new set to fix it when it was their fault entirely; didn't even offer a discount to fix their fault. This is a great place to go if you want an infection When you sit down, the nail tech will take her inside out, dirty gloves and turn the right side out before putting them on her hands. The she will dumps nail tools out of an already opened package that she took out of her drawer instead of the sanitizer and use them on you. Next she will take out a dirty used nail file and pumice stone and try to use it on you. If this sounds like your cup of tea, I highly recommend this place. This is absolute poor practice from an establishment that claims to be sanitary. Especially during a global pandemic. read more

Not happy with them at all. I had a guy that just started doing nails there and I asked him if he was experienced and told me yes. He removed my gel manicure and pedicure by a little sanding and then "prying" the polish off. It took two hours for a mani/pedi! Bottom line my nails looked awful! You get what you pay for! I have been to this place a bunch of times. I have never had any issues using this nail tech. Well up until Thursday afternoon. I had an appointment for 2:15 for a fill. I explained before I made my appointment and again once I got there that my nails were lifting. I also made them aware that I did not want gel to be placed over the under part of the nails that were lifting. They did this to me 2 weeks ago and from excessive hand washing (I'm assuming) the gel wore down and allowed space between my nail and the tip to collect dirt and water. The nail tech decided it would be best if he remove all the old gel, cut down my nails, and replace the full set. I agreed! After what felt like an eternity my nails were finished. I unfortunately was not paying any attention to him. Terrible decision on my part. When I realized what my nails looked like I was very upset to say the least. I was in a hurry and I left without saying anything. Plus I'm not much of a person to complain. I didn't want to make the guy feel bad. When a few people noticed my nails and made comments I felt embarrassed. My mom ended up having an appointment the following day (Friday) and I am away on vacation. So I asked my mom if she could show the owner the photos and explain the situation. I asked if I can get my money back or he can give me a credit or put towards the cost of my moms nails. His response was no if I have a problem I have to say it right away before I leave. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to Simply Nails! My nails are so thick, wide at the top, and crooked. They look ridiculous! I can not believe I paid $65 to look hideous. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I live 30 minutes away I've been faithful to Johnny and Stacy and it's a shame that I was quoted a different quote over the phone got there at five dollars more now all of a sudden they change charge for nail design eight dollars for not even the best work it's a shame that they value the money over a loyal customer when they were in the end give them more money definitely won't be going back read more

If I could give this place a ZERO. I would. I had a pedicure done by the owners father and a full gel set done by Stacy. the pedicure was great. Stacy, however did a terrible job. All my nails are crooked, the French line was too think, my nails aren't even and they are lifting after ONE week. Every time I try to correct her about what I wanted she responded with I know what you want. I didn't get to see my nails until she was completely finished. when I called to ask for a refund, not only did they NOT remember me being there but the girl hung up on me. i got my nails done by Nancy and i started getting rashes on my hands and then ended up being diagnosed with nail fungus. be careful and make sure the instruments are cleaned please. will never go back there again. read more
