I've honestly never experienced anything close to that level of pain during filing/cutting. I work with patients and, in medicine, that level of carelessness/roughness would be considered abusive. She spent 30 mins rushing through a full gel set w/ tips while ranting about the fact that my nails are too short (yes, stress, but please don't make me feel worse). After she finished the set and told me to pick a color, I said I'd "paint them at home" because they were so uneven. The other patrons were watching the interaction with puzzled/concerned looks and the staff didn't do anything to intervene. I'm just completely shocked.
