I've been here a few times before because it's local but after my last experience I will not be going back. My gel nails last 2 weeks or less when I go here but I needed my nails done so I went. -Called about cat eye polish - yes they have but didn't mention price -When I went in and requested it, still did not mention price. I figured it would be more money, usually $10 in most salons, so I didn't ask. This was my bad. -Whoever started my nails (perhaps the owner?) seemed offended or something when I told her my nails were done at a different salon (she asked + even asked the price I paid. I didn't tell her where I went) -The person who finished my nails didn't get the skin around my nails and acted like she's never seen someone with dirt under their nails? I'm pretty active and wash my hands often but yknow sometimes things happen. She didn't get it out and painted my nails anyways. -At the register, it was $40 for the gel manicure.... My first appointment went well and I was very happy with my gel manicure. My second appointment is where things went downhill. The technician was aggressive causing multiple fingers to bleed. They used an electric file to take off the gel and it caused extreme damage to my nails. I told the technician it burned and was painful but she continued. My third and last visit was to soak off my gels as I did not want to have another salon take it off as this was their mess to fix. I advised them that I was not happy with my services but they didn't seem to care. I will not be going back. My nails are extremely weak and damaged beyond repair. This is one of my go to places for a pedi. They are always available even if last minute. They really take their time and make you feel relaxed and not rushed. They have a lot of staff and everyone is usually always very friendly. I appreciate the atmosphere and the decor. The parking lot can get a bit full because of the plaza, but otherwise I enjoy the service here greatly! read more

I went to Top Nails last week after the grand reopening of the store. I used to come here before the fire and since they closed a tried a few other salons in the surrounding area. It honestly is gorgeous inside, still has many chairs for both manicures and pedicures. The place is spotless and everyone was friendly. I called and was able to come in 30 minutes after calling for a gel manicure. And safe to say even a week later my nails still looks great! No cracks, chips or broken nails. 1st time I got a pedicure it was the BEST ever !!! Better then my normal in philadelphia ( I get pedicures every 2wks) . Today is the 3rd time I've been back at top nail and the absolute worst I have ever had in 40yrs!!! The girl started doing my feet without removing the clear from my nails!! I tell her the 1st time her response "yes" I say it again... her response "yes" 3rd time I point and say remove polish ..her response "yes " ... now it's a lost cause whatever... starts rubbing my feet n legs .. if I wasn't seeing her with me own eyes I would not know she was doing it !!!! Feather would have been heavier... so I say can you add pressure/ harder And guess what answer I get (YES) blood is boiling if I wasn't wet with no shoes on I would have walked out !!! The best part I asked for the girl who did my pedicure the 1st visi the girl on phone said today is here day off ...after the mess started with my feet who starts the woman right next to me !!! A bit more pricy than other salons around and they overbook so you may have to wait for 20-25 min before being seen, BUT they take their time and will give you an AMAZING pedicure (hour long) and their gel manis don't lift or crack. Recommend visiting! read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. MY NAILS ARE BLOODY. I called ahead and asked 3 times if a gel manicure and gel pedicure were 65$ in total. The manager on the phone said yes and to come in. When I came in, got my nails done (horribly, each nail was a different shape), and went to pay, the manager said it was going to be a total of 90$. My nails are bloody on the sides from the rough job the technician did. I would not have gotten my nails done here if I had known the price would be 90 dollars for A TERRIBLE JOB. Ridiculous. I have never had a manicure last so long and not chip! They don't soak your nails in acetone which weakens the nail bed. The pedicure at $30 is the best around. Having a nail salon nearby - I had hoped it would be great. They do good pedicures but manicures have always been a hassle. 1. They are pushy/rushed when it comes to picking a color 2.Not a great selection of colors. 3. Most recently I had asked for a gel removal as I wanted to let my nails breathe - and they messed that up. They did not use the right technique, even when I told them that the gel color is still there and is bumpy (see pics below). I am not sure why i have to pay for a removal if i still have gel on my nails. This will be the last time I come to this place. Hope this didn't happen to anyone else. read more

i personally had a horrible experience. There was no one behind the desk and it took almost two hours to finish french nails due to the lady getting up and answering the phone. They nails turned out horrible i ended up going to a different salon to get them fixed. Jenny is the best! In the past I usually got full set acrylic with gel polish on top because a regular manicure or a gel polish manicure never lasted longer then a week! I have been there on four separate occasions to get a gel manicure and each time they have lasted 2-3 weeks! I have been getting my nails done on and off for over 20 years and I have never had a gel manicure last this long! read more
