They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. The nail tech (I believe her name was Liz) seemed to rush through the entire service and was not gentle at all. She ended up breaking skin on toes and didn't even ask the shape or how I wanted it done or even give me the books of colors to choose from, anyways , the experience was very uncomfortable and honestly painful. It didn't feel like the level of care and quality I'm used to here... I left with my toes a mess, and this morning woke up with an infection in my toe (shown in the picture) from her ripping out my ingrown toe nail. thank god I didn't get my manicure here cause who knows what that would have looked like. I've been to nail salons my whole life and have never experienced an issue like this. She did things so quick and rough that were so painful. I've honestly never experienced anything close to that level of pain during filing/cutting. I work with patients and, in medicine, that level of carelessness/roughness would be considered abusive. She spent 30 mins rushing through a full gel set w/ tips while ranting about the fact that my nails are too short (yes, stress, but please don't make me feel worse). After she finished the set and told me to pick a color, I said I'd "paint them at home" because they were so uneven. The other patrons were watching the interaction with puzzled/concerned looks and the staff didn't do anything to intervene. I'm just completely shocked.
