My daughters both had 2" taken off the length, and one only had a bang trim. I was applauded when I was told the bill was $90! I did read the menu prices on the wall and knew that they consider a child 6 years or younger only; I understood that I had to pay women's prices for my children. The price listed on the wall was that women's haircuts start at $30 and go up. Since there was no layering and their hair is shoulder length, $30 each child was appropriate. The nice woman, whose daughter's wedding is next year, yelled from the back that she asked me if I wanted the girls' hair washed and I said yes. I did, but there is no price listed on the wall for hair washing. I am 49 and never, ever have I been " a la carted" for a basic hair wash when my hair is cut. I then went on to itemize her reasoning: $30/child's cut, and $15/ child's basic hair wash. Did I buy the bottles for the week! After the staff all spoke in Hindi so I couldn't understand, they said they'd charge $5/ child's hair wash. I had only $20 bills in cash on me and didn't want to use a debit card, so I handed over $80 and left. The $10 I left was the tip. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible business ethic. Never again!

Long story short, I'm leaving for vacation and my girl wasn't available so I came here and asked for a recommendation for someone to do my brows. What I got was a mess! When I saw the one brow I immediately told the girl that I usually don't take that much off and she, visibly seeing I wasn't happy, said my eyebrow was already messed up (it wasn't). The wax felt fine going on and I do not have sensitive skin but there is some kind of stinging welt beneath the eyebrow that got messed up. Nothing could be done so I didn't say anything more and I left. I called the owner 15 minutes later because I was too upset after looking at my brows in the car and she said I would be offered a refund and to go to someone named Lidia next time. She called me back a couple hours later and she said she talked to the girl and the girl explained everything she did to me during my session. I don't know how that's relevant. Explaining what you did doesn't make me like the outcome. The owner said the girl who did my brows "does them all day" and that "no one has ever complained". That was the end of the conversation. My manicure and pedicure were flawless and the nail tech was very sweet and friendly. My wax was pretty painful but maybe because I hadn't had one since the Summer and forgot how bad and awkward they can be. However, the lady offered to give me a complimentary touch up a week after, which I thought was nice. Clients were coming in back to back for waxing in the couple of hours that I was there, so this must be the place to go!
